Stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms were clean and tidy. Couldn’t fault the room for the price except that the bathroom could do with a makeover. The shower is on top of the bathtub but it looked more like a nursing home/ hospital kind of feel. The beds were comfy although they were on wheels which moved quiet easily. The bedsheets were super clean which passed the missus high standards. Good facilities. Has a small gym and a small pool but to be expected for this is the budget of Crown hotels. Awesome breakfast buffet at Market & Co restaurants downstairs. Overall was happy staying here. The staff are friendly and although this is the cheapest of the crown hotels the standards are usual Crown standards like their other more expensive hotels. 👍🏽👍🏽

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! We stayed at the Promenade Burswood for 7 days. Where do I start .... the room is dirty and even after the so called supervisor comes to check and re-clean the room it is filthy. I was able to write the word "Dirty" in the dust on my side table (I have a picture but can't post it here). The staff are useless - still waiting for the duty manager to call us back 5 days later. The food is overpriced - Market & Co is not worth the money. Oh and if you want to diet go to the Atrium at the Metropol because you will get a cockroach with your mushrooms for breakfast. Its wonderful because you won't want to eat again for the duration of your stay. No-one can make a decision without going through red tape that would rival some new legislation. Basically, go stay in the city at any other hotel- you will have a better stay anywhere else!! If I could post pictures I would but there is no option available on google review.

I have been here a few times for work, and it's a very pleasant experience. Rooms are quite large and have always been clean. Room service was high quality and quick (although premium food comes with an equivalent price tag). The first time they did accidentally charge me twice for the room, however one email and they sorted it out. They also could have been upfront about the extraordinary cost of the valet parking, especially with the fairly copious parking available just across the road if you don't need the undercover. But overall great.

Probably the worst booking experience of my life! Booked one room king bed for two nights for my partners birthday. Received a confirmation email for a twin bed. So I gave them a call to find out what happened. They reckon I booked for two of the same rooms, which is completely wrong. I asked to cancel one and make the other a King bed. (Reminder the confirmation email only said one room). After the employee checked with the manager she called back and said that’s all good we will see you this afternoon. Only 5 minutes later she called back saying we wanted to double check you’re coming today as we don’t have a room for you anymore as the 2nd room was booked for 2025???? (Not sure how that happened). She said we can rebook but it will be a higher rate. I had enough at this point and told them to cancel it all. The utter incompetence displayed and lack of understanding of the situation is baffling as we stay at crown regularly back home in Melbourne and have never come across an error so small turned into an absolutely cluster****. Do not book at Crown Promenade Perth that’s all I can say. I wish I could give this review a -5 stars.

Extremely disappointed with our stay. Me and my friend stayed here for a week and woke up every morning with back pain. Our rooms didn't get made some days. The showerhead was vile and looked like it wasn't cleaned in 10 years. The selection of products for shower was poor. Pool was cold, not heated - no jacuzzi or sauna. Had to use my data most of the trip. Constant noise, can hear next door having showers, also there was loud drilling next to our room one morning. Very overpriced for what you get. Definitely won't be staying again.

I stayed at the hotel for a work trip. Location is good if you are attending a show or similar that is in the vicinity. Unfortunately I found the cleaning to be an issue. Including a dead cockroach on the chaise lounge. Some of the towels were also stained. I ordered room service a few times and for the price, I expected more. Often what you receive is not what you get. I ordered a traditional breakfast that included a hash brown and got hot chips instead with no explanation. I ordered chicken with an Asian slaw and got a couple of herbs on top. Very deceiving and meals not up to scratch compared to other Crown hotels I have stayed at. Service was prompt otherwise. Honestly I’d probably avoid in the future.

This did not meet expectations. Arrived a couple of hours ago to what was supposed to be a room with a view of the river. We were upgraded automatically to a spar room but still no river view. Upon entering the room there was a used coffee pod on the side and an unused one on the floor. Wouldn’t want to start out with a coffee. 😁 wanted to charge my phone but found there’s no usb plug in the room. Will see how the rest of the stay goes but not impressed so far. They have a lot to improve on. Trevor

The room is ok, nothing extraordinary compared to anywhere else. The giant stain on the lampshade is a bit of a turn off. The fridge being showed into a small cupboard with no airflow creates a hot box mixed with it not shutting properly and the result is Barely "cooled" drinks. The amenities however are terrible, particularly the "gym". A room no bigger then a wardrobe with a few machines jammed in. Some very light dumbbells and no barbells. Out of the three lonesome exercise machines one was broken and out of service. I now understand why there is no photo on the website. I had expected it to be at the least decent based from the images for the other gyms in the crowns line up. The worst part is the stench of chlorine that hits you as you enter the room. Immediately my eyes began to burn and I felt nauseous. I lasted approximately 3 minutes before I had to leave. It's particularly painful with how far out of the way the compound is from anything commercial, as it boasts to have all necessary amenities but then fails with such a basic one. Safe to say I won't come back

This is nice hotel in the Crown. My partner and I enjoyed the stay here. The room is well cleaned and breakfast package really seal the deal. The service can be improved. Our package include sparkling wine on arrival. We didn't get any of it until next day we informed the front desk. We then waited another few hours with no sign of the wine, so I decided to call the front desk again. Then staff member who came only brought me 2 wine glasses and asked me if I need anything else. I was at shock with what he said.

We had a mini stay as a family. Pretty basic room for the price. The pool area is very disappointing. There is no view and it's tucked around behind all the buildings. The staff are friendly and it's in a good location though.

Not bad, not excellent.. overrated. Rooms are dated, everything is overpriced. There's a lot better places to stay for the same $. Location is good, especially if you want to go to the casino.

Firstly our aircon wasn't working in our twin room, four of us stayed for equestrian in the park and it was a hot weekend! (All in the 1 twin room) Complained 3 times about the air-conditioning until someone came and looked at it, for the size of the room it should have been ice cold but still wasn't working to its full potential even after the maintenance man came. Small room size and bathroom for what you pay for. Cleaners only left 3 towels on our second even though they new we had 4 people staying and had collected 4 used towels in the morning. Room was dusty and visual able finger and hand prints on the main door. Behind the bathroom door their was collected dust. Even though this is the cheaper crown stay it doesn't mean that attention to detail and lack of quality should be cheap also. Wouldn't stay again.

Very disappointed by the quality of everything. Better to add a handful of money and stay at Crown Towers. The pool is a lot smaller than what looks like from the pictures an lid there was no BAR service, just an empty desk with “BAR” written on it

Had an amazing time staying at Promenade, partly owe this to the lovely lady on reception who gave us a complimentary upgrade to a spa suite. We usually don’t like spending too much time in our room, but on this occasion we were more than happy to spend a hot afternoon chilling in this lovely space. Promenade is linked conveniently next to Crown Casino, so later there were lots of great bars and restaurants to explore.

Nice hotel to stay at, just found the front desk service by the guy who served our company could have been better. He was resistant to our request would would be seen as normal so not sure why he was like that. Felt unnecessary but the stay was good.

I provided this info to the hotel last week and got a cut and paste response. I visited last year and stayed in Crown Towers. This time I booked Promenade without realising the significant difference between the 2. I arrived on Sunday and gave my car to the Valet and checked in. The staff were quite lovely, no dramas there. As i walked to my room there were a few wine buckets etc in the hall (not unusual except it was well into the afternoon at this stage) and 2 wineglasses against the wall next to my door. They were still there this morning (3 days later). I came out later for dinner to find my car sitting on the forecourt in a parking space - shouldn't it have been securely undercover somewhere? I first went into my room and there was light reflecting from one of the nearby Crown buildings making the room very bright and quite warm compared to the hallway so I had to close the blockout curtains. I then noticed the sign on the bed advising that if I wanted my room made up I had to hang the sign on the door by 2am. This sign keeps falling off the knob. I called room service to ask for a bucket of ice and was told that there were Ice machines on Levels 3 and 7. These last 2 things should be mentioned before/at booking time. I used the QR Code in the room to try to find this information under amenities but it just goes to your site which sheds no light whatsoever. In my bathroom there is a yellow mark/stain along the join between the wall and tub, a chipped/cracked tile above the tap and the water pressure and temperature fluctuate whilst showering. The design of the shower screen is counter intuitive and makes the space feel quite constrictive and just unpleasant, especially with the wall mounted dispensers - move them just 30cm further along the wall and the shower wouldn't feel so cramped.

We got to the front desk to check in and were told we had to put a $500 bond on the room, yes we didn't read the fine print but it wasn't there when we booked. Luckily we had it but if we'd saved up for months to have this break and play pokies, it would have all been taken from us. The room was $269 and the bond $500? One night... the room was nice but climbing out of the bath after a shower was dangerous, i had to ask my husband to help me. Never again would we stay here,

Very basic rooms that are starting to looked very well used. Attention to detail doesn’t match the price eg spider webs on lighting in the lobby, soap scum on shower glass, peeling wallpaper. After paying less to stay at the Samphire on Rottnest Island, I expected the Crowne would at least match, but it just feels like any other hotel room…just more expensive.

At the end of the complex not all that convenient. They do not supply complimentary water have to purchase from mini bar. Bed was fine ,nothing out of the ordinary. Not great for views. Service good.

Amazing experience watching Moulin Rough at.l the crown theatre. The show was fun and I did t want it to end. No waiting time, only the bathrooms are quite limited.

Extremely over priced hotel. - Bathroom amenities kit was literally just body wash and hand soap. (No conditioner, shampoo, or shower cap). - Security deposit is outrageously high. - The closest parking that I could find was almost a 10 minute walk away (paid parking lots were full) so don’t bother going if you have trouble walking that far - Air conditioning doesn’t work properly - Breakfast isn’t included and costs almost $40 per person

A really reasonably priced hotel, excellent value for money. Front desk staff are so professional and polite. Rooms are clean and fresh. Hotel us situated in a great location.

What has happened to this hotel. Have stayed here many times and it seems to decline in quality everytime. The room we stayed in had huge stains on the light shades, the bathroom shower glass was not cleaned and filthy, the toilet did not flush, the air conditioner kept changing temperature. Everywhere you look is dirty and everything is completely stuffed. The staff are great but the place needs a major overhaul and well and truly overdue. Not staying again, I don't like paying money for dirty, broken, unsanitary accommodation. I've seen backpackers in better condition.

First time i have stayed there, was absolutely great, huge comfy bed, everything was clean and staff was so nice to talk to. Definitely will highly recommend and 100% will stay there again.

  • 3/5 Michael H. 2 years ago on Google
Staff not overly accommodating and somewhat argumentative. Booking details do not include the $500 room bond that they hold for a week. Staff say it's because of people cleaning out the mini bar. The mini bar is only worth $180. Certainty never staying again with that. Will go back to staying in the city where you get value for money and no pathetic over priced bond. Room was mostly clean, some mold on the ceilings in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable, room was an ok size.

COVID 19 station provided. Clean standard room. $350 per night got a carpark view. Breakfast room service was nice. Mini bar wasn’t replenished over the 3 night stay including bottles of water which is disappointing.

Our room was terrible and gave a strong smell of vinegar which didn’t go away. The shower water pressure was abysmal. The power went out in our room late at night. After calling guest services they said someone will be up to fix it. 15 minutes pass and no one arrived or called back. We called again in frustration as we had made it clear that it was dangerous and that we smelt smoke and they finally moved us to a new “spa” room. So we had to pack all of our things at this late hour and move. The aircon didn’t work in the new room. Disappointed in the overall experience. Didn’t receive any apology upon checkout. Just a woman completely ignoring the situation and interrogating us about why we were checking out late. Where I then had to explain again what happened and that we were given late checkout because of it. Overall I recommend paying more to stay at the other crown hotels. It’s much more worth it and the prices at promenade were insane for the room and service we received. Won’t be coming back.

Absolutely disgusting to see cleaners re use paper cups rinse them n put back to be re used instead of fresh ones apparently a common practice when I asked the cleaner and that they thought was normal no hygiene what so ever they don't change quilt covers and I saw one cleaner wipe the toilet with a cloth them used that same cloth to wipe glasses appaling practice and can hardly believe it was right in front of me I will never stay here again after such disgusting habits for the price you pay you would expect more integrity and pride in the work and hygiene obviously not never again

Pleasantly surprised at this great value hotel. If you want to be in the heart of the action at Burswood but want to save a few extra dollars for the tables, this is a great choice. Small buffet breakfast but all items ready and good quality.

  • 4/5 Benjamin C. 2 years ago on Google
Quaint little place. The rooms are a good size for 2 adults and 2 kids. Room service is essentialy market & co lite menu. The gym is small but efficient with a view if the pool. The pool is small, the view of the back end of the theatre, optus stadium and residential places is ok. Nice place to chill. Looks like the business center is good. Market & co for breakfast is good. Small walk to everything else on site.

We booked the staycation family stay 3 pay for 2 deal, free bottle of sparkling, free valet, unlimited in house movies and free buffet breakfast each day for 2 adults and 2 children. We were expecting to feel out of place staying at a hotel of Crown ( especially with our 3 girls ) , but to say we felt welcome is an understatement. They level of service is phenomenal. From the welcoming smiles, Politeness ( our gentleman even opened my door ) at valet, and how understanding he was when he tried to say hello to our Youngest (6) ( who doesn't like new people and she hid from him ) to the friendliness at reception and the concierge. The room was amazing with views of the city to boot. The beds were lovely and comfortable. The room was also extremely clean, and smelt fresh. Had breakfast at Market & Co and it did not dissapoint. Super fresh food and hot! Lovely cold juices and water and hot coffee!! This place is amazing we will be back! But maybe with a balcony for fresh air into the room. Thank you Crown Promenade and it's phenomenal staff!!!

Great If all you need is a bed for the night. Had a stay there for our work Xmas party, and decided to stay an extra night to relax by the pool... There is no pool... Won't be staying there again. Staff are great, and rooms are nice but would rather stay at home and save the $250 a night.

Ok, so we checked in and the staff were really great. The room looks dated. Rust coming through the door frame to the bathroom. The bed was rather short even my wife said her feet were over the end of the mattress. The dining room chairs were grubby and old . They forgot the bottle of wine we paid for too

Went for a buffet breakfast for $32 on a Sunday morning. Book on advance and they Will seat up to fifty people. Scrumptious well cooked/prepared foods from fresh fruits, cereals eggs cooked any way imaginable, bacon Sausages coffee by the gallon, fruit juices tea etc. Spacious area to move around in with public convenient to the area

  • 1/5 Liz W. 1 year ago on Google
Beware you will be asked to pay $500 dollars security bond . Why and what type of people stay here ? if there behaviour is so bad that everyone pays a bond do I really want to be in the same hotel. The rooms were clean and the bed is a super king not a large double as stated on the Web site .it is over priced but good for convenience to the casino.

A bit on the pricey side for what you get... when part of it was vouchers for a birthday pressie... what else can you do... The best part is the location next to the xasino if you're going to have a late night early morning... Staff were friendly and helpful

Had a wonderful time here with family. Staff very helpful. We unexpectedly got upgraded to a spa studio when we booked in. Happy we were staying 3 nights.

Good location, Service is great. The rooms are generous, though the shower design and cleanliness is average. Water splatters all over the floor making the bath mat wet. Work needs to be done to get rid of mould in some wer areas.

  • 1/5 Shan Z. 1 year ago on Google
Staff not very accommodating at all and very argumentative, and said “I refuse to serve you” when I was questioning her about an unusual and unreasonable policy that she insisted to follow. With no convincing nor helpful explanation/advice, she just said I refused to serve you! Her manager had to come along to do her job for her in the end! Not sure what kind of corporate culture would breed such arrogant service attitude among staff when dealing with customers! Completely unprofessional!

Came to Perth for a mini holiday and stay here for a few nights. A few days prior I tried to contact the hotel regarding my reservation, was on hold for 30 minutes and still could not get through to anyone then tried multiple times throughout the day to ring and still couldn't get through. Sent an email to the hotel and still have not heard back. Ended up with a room on the first floor with a view of the staff carpark. Room was serviced and cleaned each day, which was lovely. Ordered room service once, when I called to put through my order the lady who answer said "what do you want". All in all won't be coming back to stay at crown promenade anytime soon!

Great place for overnight get away or stay cation with plenty of entertainment, restaurants and classy bars. The rooms are also quite spacious, clean and very comfortable. Easy to get some good deals on the room if you book in advance through website like agoda.

  • 5/5 amber m. 2 years ago on Google
Pleasantly surprised and will definitely return. We normally stay at Crown Towers, but as that was fully booked, decided to stay at The Promenade. Our room was well presented and spotless. The bed was immaculate, fresh and very comfortable. I also particularly loved that the drapes provide full blackout offering me the opportunity for a rare sleep in. There was also a small table should you need to work and all in all I would definitely say The Promenade is extremely good value for money. The hotel staff were also lovely and well organised.

I found the staff very friendly and professional. The room was very clean and well maintained. The only problem was the bed as when you s I t on it felt like it wanted to roll away from you and everytime you turned over the bed clunked and made horrible noises. If I go again, I will ask for a different room to see what it is like. The room was priced at ,$209 bit for some reason I was charged 220. Will try again because of the proximity to the casino
