I
provided
this
info
to
the
hotel
last
week
and
got
a
cut
and
paste
response.
I
visited
last
year
and
stayed
in
Crown
Towers.
This
time
I
booked
Promenade
without
realising
the
significant
difference
between
the
2.
I
arrived
on
Sunday
and
gave
my
car
to
the
Valet
and
checked
in.
The
staff
were
quite
lovely,
no
dramas
there.
As
i
walked
to
my
room
there
were
a
few
wine
buckets
etc
in
the
hall
(not
unusual
except
it
was
well
into
the
afternoon
at
this
stage)
and
2
wineglasses
against
the
wall
next
to
my
door.
They
were
still
there
this
morning
(3
days
later).
I
came
out
later
for
dinner
to
find
my
car
sitting
on
the
forecourt
in
a
parking
space
-
shouldn't
it
have
been
securely
undercover
somewhere?
I
first
went
into
my
room
and
there
was
light
reflecting
from
one
of
the
nearby
Crown
buildings
making
the
room
very
bright
and
quite
warm
compared
to
the
hallway
so
I
had
to
close
the
blockout
curtains.
I
then
noticed
the
sign
on
the
bed
advising
that
if
I
wanted
my
room
made
up
I
had
to
hang
the
sign
on
the
door
by
2am.
This
sign
keeps
falling
off
the
knob.
I
called
room
service
to
ask
for
a
bucket
of
ice
and
was
told
that
there
were
Ice
machines
on
Levels
3
and
7.
These
last
2
things
should
be
mentioned
before/at
booking
time.
I
used
the
QR
Code
in
the
room
to
try
to
find
this
information
under
amenities
but
it
just
goes
to
your
site
which
sheds
no
light
whatsoever.
In
my
bathroom
there
is
a
yellow
mark/stain
along
the
join
between
the
wall
and
tub,
a
chipped/cracked
tile
above
the
tap
and
the
water
pressure
and
temperature
fluctuate
whilst
showering.
The
design
of
the
shower
screen
is
counter
intuitive
and
makes
the
space
feel
quite
constrictive
and
just
unpleasant,
especially
with
the
wall
mounted
dispensers
-
move
them
just
30cm
further
along
the
wall
and
the
shower
wouldn't
feel
so
cramped.
