I had visited Perth for a short trip from Sydney and I was simply on awe of the stunning waterfront views it provides within 200 metres if vicinity. Also the best part is lots of dinner and cafe options to explore. The staff are highly professional and friendly and always happy to share the best things to do around the city. Highly recommend.

Our 3 night stay in Quest South Perth was absolutely lovely. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff throughout the whole establishment were very polite and helpful. We had a great stay, would recommend to anyone. Christmas decorations were also a very nice touch.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was quite satisfactory. The service was excellent, and the hotel's location proved to be convenient. The 2-bedroom room was spacious, although the balcony offered little more than views of surrounding buildings, which seemed like a missed opportunity. A small improvement could be made by providing complimentary water, enhancing the overall guest experience.

We have loved staying here. The location and view is amazing and the rooms are great. Every single staff member at this hotel is awesome. They have gone above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. There is always a cheery hello and a lovely chat which has made our move to Perth so perfect. I would highly recommend staying here.

Awesome location, awesome rooms, great cleaners, very friendly reception staff (I miss the chats I have with them), mum stayed in one of the disabled access rooms. The good grocer is downstairs, which is very convenient. Air con works fantastically. I can't fault this place!

Highly recommend this hotel in South Perth. The best thing about this place is the very friendly and helpful staff and management. They go out of their way to make sure your stay is the most comfortable it can be. We have not received service like this anywhere else for a long time. Addition to that, the hotel is perfectly located to everything you need. The parking is also super convenient. This our first time at Quest South Perth. Most impressive is the excellent service extended by all Quest staff, from the reception, front office, housekeeping and manager. As an example, we needed help with bringing some dinner roast that we had made to a Christmas family gathering. Card boxes were sought and provided in double quick time. To top it off, the views are amazing, and precinct are convenient with a supermarket next door, walkways and bike paths within 2 minutes’ walk.

Generally a very nice experience and very friendly staff. Room is quite comfortable and even a separate bedroom from the hall. And even a surprising fireworks view from the apartment on Sat night. The one thing that marred w writhing was the power failure on early Friday I think at about 5am+. Woke up to no a/c no lights no nothing. Thought it was our room only, and could not access the fuse box; Then discovered it was the entire floor, no, seemingly the whole building. Much later only to discover it was the South Perth region.? We tried calling initially the reception but NO ONE answered, it said press 2 to emergency line but again NO ONE answered. SO- where is the communications to the guests- what do we do? What IS happening? Should we leave? There was no electricity to get water going! Thank God it was 530am and there was already sunrise/light! So we could see and move around in the room. The main issue is- should not the hire have provide at least a piece of paper to every apartment/room of what was going on - even if it was not your fault and something was being done- cos there were like crews walking around a bit, to open the emergency doors to the stairs and such. Poor comms to the staff and such. Isn’t there an emergency generator for the building/apartment? What is your protocol for such situations ? Where is the guest safety and concerns ?

Staff were super accommodating, extending my checkout time due to waking up with a migraine very unwell and then also offering somewhere for me to rest once checking out until my headache clears to drive safely which was really thoughtful. Rooms were clean and super nice!

I recently enjoyed an amazing stay at Quest South Perth Foreshore and wanted to share with anyone looking for friendly, well-appointed accommodation in the South Perth area! Michael, Trudy and the team go above and beyond to provide a quality of service that cannot be faulted. So helpful and kind. The rooms and facilities at Quest South Perth are excellent, the property is spotless, nothing too much trouble. The location is brilliant - a few minutes walk to Mends Street jetty to hop over to Perth, very close to the Mends St dining and shopping precinct, Perth Zoo, Windsor Hotel and a short Uber / taxi / drive to Angelo St and Como. Such a fantastic hotel, the staff are super friendly and accommodating. Its in a great location with heaps of options for meals, the apartment itself was spotless, spacious and well appointed. Great views over the river too, highly recommend.

I can't rate Michael and his team highly enough. The professionalism, care and attention to detail is amazing. I had a large number of relatives visiting Perth from the USA and Canada last month and they all thoroughly enjoyed their stay and left for home with fond memories of South Perth. Great location, clean, comfortable, ample parking. Family friendly. Staff were excellent. Convenient 24hour IGA downstairs. Close to Perth Zoo & ferry terminal to CBD & Cafe's. Rooms tidy good facilities and friendly staff. Only downfall is the room next door playing rave music all night every night and stopping us from sleeping

It was a lovely stay, marred by booking dot com being a blunder and us ending up with a room without a view. Unfortunately they were fully booked the duration of our stay so we could not change rooms however the exceptional service and follow up by the owner was truly unexpected. He really did go out of his way to ensure this wouldn't happen in the future. Pros: conveniently located, with a 24/7 grocer, laundry service, Cafe, pharmacy all just an elevator ride away. Cons: parking is charged at an exorbitant fee and there is no guarantee you will actually get any parking. Room: super clean.. which is always great! full amenities in the kitchen including a nespresso and capsules and milk which was fantastic, the bed and bedding was disappointing - it was a bed on wheels which I hadn't experienced before..and there wasn't an actual duvet. Bathroom was well supplied with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fluffy towels and a great hairdryer. Staff was so accommodating and helpful in between the days and cleaning hours. A great stay overall

Regularly stay at Quest South Perth for work and cannot recommend them enough. Always friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. Perfect location with supermarket and plenty of restaurants nearby.

It's been almost a year since I stayed here, but this issue has been so disappointing that I was thinking about it and it still makes me so upset, so I thought I may as well leave a review since I never received any other kind of help from the Quest. I'd had a favorite red shirt that I had for about 10 years (since high school), but I'd taken really good care of it and it honestly brought back so many memories from the places I'd worn it. I also had a pair of black shorts and I'd had both of these items laid in my bed. One evening when I came back with family from a day out I'd seen housekeeping had come and made the beds. I soon noticed that my shirt and shorts were missing and I tried contacting the front desk to speak to housekeeping. I had to call on 4 separate occasions, because each time I called they told me housekeeping wasn't available. I eventually got a hold of them about 2 weeks after I'd left the hotel and they told me they didn't see any clothes show up and there was nothing they could do. It was so upsetting, and I honestly don't know how they could strip and wash the duvet/sheets without noticing them. They must've just tossed them out of convenience, and that really just makes my blood boil knowing how much I loved that shirt. Basically had my shirt stolen right from my room and they don't care, so hopefully that answers for you how they treat their customers staying here. Might be worth staying at an airbnb/some place that doesn't have housekeeping service like this. Would rather wash my own sheets than lose my valuables.

Highly recommend! Rooms were very spacious and clean with a fantastic view of the city from the balcony. Staff were super friendly and willing to help when I was in a bit of a pickle with where I was going to stay in Perth. Location was also fantastic and close to everything I could've needed. We recently booked a few rooms for a wedding party, with the bride and groom also staying in the rooms. Everything from check-in/out processes, help throughout the booking with room moves, extra keys, and room selection made us feel like true VIPs. It was an beyond amazing experience and I couldnt recommend a better place for special event bookings. From amazing clean big rooms with views, and special treats left for the bride and groom, it was more than a 5 star service and we felt truly grateful for the amazing hotel staff that really contributed amazing memories to such a special occassion. I travel alot and never leave google reviews but made sure I did it for this booking.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and located in the best part of Perth for delicious food at many of the local restaurants and deli's. Truly value for money with a billionaire view. Easy access to the city via the ferry, bus or taxi, and very secure parking. Only a short walk to the Perth Zoo, foreshore and ferry terminal.

Although, looking fancy but they should try better. I called earlier to get any apartment with views for Australia day and just before finishing my sentence just fully booked and after that what you looking for!!!??? ( demand and supply game) And yet we wondering why the industry is still behind..

Book 6th floor river/city views, great apartments, fabulous staff. Good value. Would stay again and again

They were so kind as to give us the best room they can. They also made sure we had everything we needed and were so helpful with showing the bridal party and our suppliers to our room. Everything is great but no swimming pool.

Great location with restaurants, the river and hotel etc. so close. A fantastic boutique 14 hour IGA supermarket in the same complex makes supplies and food shopping so easy. Great range of gourmet fresh prepared meals available as well as hot food ready to go. Great, helpful staff too.

I loved my stay at the Quest South Perth because mostly because the room I was provided with was clean and organised but also the city view which I specifically requested was the main highlight of my stay. Despite the extra $50 per day fee it was truly worth every penny, I feel like having such a spectacular view from the room is what makes the day even more special. I have had an amazing vacation here in Perth and the stay was right up there amongst many amazing places I got to visit along the way.

We stayed with Michael and his team for over 3 weeks in one of their modern apartments. They made us feel part of their family and were always quick to offer help and often anticipated things we may need, such as a room to put all our luggage. Nothing we asked for was a problem and we loved the luxury goodie pack on arrival that made us feel very special. It is an outstanding location and excellent staff always ready to offer a friendly smile and a chat. I even got some great business network tips from Jacqueline. Our stay was so good my 10 year old son did not want to leave! Thanks Michael for making us feel so welcome back in Australia. I will always highly recommend Quest South Perth to any friends or family I have coming to stay in Perth.

This is a good small size hotel where you can chill out. I stayed here a couple of nights with my wife. It was great. The staff are helpful and kind. While we were staying, they showed us good support. Around the hotel, there are a variety of shops and small cafes you can jump in. The Swan river is next to you, so it is awesome to stroll around it whenever you want.

Neat, tidy and super close to everything you need in the South Perth precinct. Would definitely stay again 👍

I have booked to stay here for about a month and so far the first week met my expectations except that the unit I am staying in now is without a good view. Hopefully the management will move me to a better view room next week 🙂

Many thanks to the staff at Quest South Perth Foreshore. My wife and I recently moved to Australia and recently completed a several month stay here while we looked for housing. The staff was friendly, helped with all our problems, and assisted us with adjusting to life in a new country. The location is also excellent, with great views and plenty to do in walking distance.

This is a great place to stay, friendly staff and really good rooms. Handy to the Ferry, great riverside Walks, good coffee, a 24hour good Grocer downstairs, in short, ticks all the boxes.

From the staff to the actual building, this Quest location is amazing. I had a long term stay here( about 4 months) and enjoyed every minute of it. The housekeeping consistently comes and gives great service. The building and amenities are tidy and modern. The owner, Michael, is visible and very hands on. Any issues you may have are addressed in a timely fashion. Great experience, 10/10

Partner and myself staying a week, Andrew is amazing on front desk,his attention to detail and service is terrific. Nothing to difficult to handle. Room s are exceptional, can't fault anything, location is just what we needed for our time in Perth. Worth every cent, Ian and Desley Richardson.

Excellent Location, Fantastic view, clean and spacious apartment and best was the front office manager Rahul Aggarwal and the owner himself Mr Miachel. We stayed for 10 days. It was like home away from home with such helping front office people

Rooms, cleaning staff, and location were great. But check out process ruined the stay for us. We were overcharged by 10 nights ($100+) for parking and didn't receive a receipt until I asked about the irregular charge a week later. Was refunded, but only for 8 of the 10 nights I was owed and had to follow up AGAIN to receive payment. We were surprised by the lack of transparency, glad I checked my accounts.
