After arriving late in the evening we discovered we had been given the wrong room meaning we had to send family away as they were unable to stay. Then we had no power to televisions, microwave or kettle. And finally the rooms which are advertised as refurbished had curtains of the rails and crushed lamp shades. Followed up with management and no offer provided (other than come back to Perth - from melb for a discount stay. No thanks. Terrible customer Service and so disappointing for the family members that had to drive 90 mins back home for what should have been a celebratory evening away.

Not bad, bit of wear and tear in the rooms that could be easily fixed. Prime position though. Lively pool area and the gardens are nice too

Fabulous accommodation. The spa was lovely in the morning, and the kids loved the pool. The sauna was a nice treat. The loft rooms were really great. Had a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, so very comfortable. The Japanese restaurant was absolutely delicious. Our only regret was trying this on our last day, had we tried it on our first day at would have eaten there everyday. The service was wonderful. Easiest checking in of all the hotels we stayed at in Perth. We had a different room booking on our first night, to our next 2 nights, and the lovely lady on the front counter was so wonderful at making the move from one room to the next, easy and seamless. We were most appreciative of this. Would definitely stay here again.

It is one of the great value resorts for vacation or business stays. The neighborhood is peaceful, and safe, not too crowded like in the city. The rooms were as advertised, clean and home-like. One of their staff brought us a great experience on the first day of check-in, a lady in her mid-20s and 30 wearing spectacles, loved her great service and hospitality. One of the air-conditioner remotes was missing and she helped us concernly and courteously. Overall, the resort was a satisfying experience for us, in a great relaxing area and an enjoyable stay. I would come again for future vacations!

Loved this place. We had a 2 bed, 2bath apartment. Was a little tired around the edges but clean, tidy & comfortable. We were able to cook in the fully equipped kitchen and also able to do some washing as it had a washer and dryer. We would stay here again.

Great place, clean and fresh. Parking is secure. Some guests were noisy when coming back about 1am. That was the only issue, otherwise was very happy with the facility.

Week end stay with family for 18th and 70th birthday get together... we had a BBQ brunch in the pool area...heated pool partly under cover so if raining you can still enjoy a swim...great spa by the pool...close to cafes Tavern IGA...self contained units with everything you need... beautiful relaxing place for a few days or a longer stay...can't wait to go back...

What a great find for our family of 5! Exceptional value for money and I could not think of anything I would expect them to improve on. We will definitely stay here again.

For 4 star hotel and prices 300 plus per night...Its Not great service for the experience U want with a family getaway... Everytime U swim in the pool U get other people's hair on you ..so not sure how often they clean the pool... And for the service for the rooms... The rooms are in good tidy condition comfortable stay but could do with a dusting as the blinds were full of dust.. .But if U have a family and need extra linen as in we needed blankets in for how many kids we had and the accidents the younger kids made.... going to the office to ask for any extra linen..they will not provide... Accidents do happen when you have young children... So we asked for 3 extra blankets and the office refused... Not good service if people have to be cold at night....

We absolutely loved our stay here. We stayed for 11 nights. The room was perfect sizing for the two of us. The service was great when speaking to them at both the front office and in restaurants. Close to both the city and Freemantle. So many great attractions and not too far away.

Location is Prime! The Resort is literally right where you need to be to do all the sites around Perth. 25min drive from the airport. 28min drive to Fremantle. 8min drive from Perth. 4min drive from the Zoo. So convenient! The rooms have EVERYTHING you need for a self sustained family holiday. Fridge. Washer. Dryer. Dishwasher. Cooking utensils. It's perfect. Good size rooms and apartment space over all! I saw some reviews on the cleanliness of the apartments lacking and it was the same in ours. Dusting definitely needs to be done on a weekly basis but beside that we left our "please tidy our room" sign out 2 days in a row before we had to leave our bin bag outside the front door and see reception for more toilet paper. Reception had no real response when we mentioned no ones tidying our room. We then managed to catch the cleaners on day 3 of our 5 day stay and asked for them to just come vacuum and replace our towels. Which they did immediately but was still a little frustrating. Mobile reception in the room was poor (Optus & Vodafone) but the free WiFi wouldn't connect either. Pool is huge! But I wouldn't say heated. It was 27deg both days we used it, which I know isn't freezing but not what was expected of a heated pool. The spa on the other hand was a beautiful 36deg and very spacious. Some broken tiles on the seats led to a scratched bum but I'll survive. Overall a really family friendly accommodation resort. Just need a few minor tweaks.

Rooms were small but not terrible but the facilities were fantastic. With free use of a tennis court, spa, sauna and pool with an area for smaller swimmers. Service was below average with the pool being closed 2 hours early all three nights I was staying but other than that, Average hotel

We love the Broadwater. The staff are extremely accommodating and helpful, the apartments are clean, well appointed and spacious, and the value for money is perfect.

At first glance the facilities look amazing, but they are let down by extremely high amounts of dust left on the ceiling fan, kitchen cabinets and aircon units, which are all visible from the loft area. The spa are not really warm, not what I expected as it was advertised as a heated spa, Left extremely underwhelmed as the price point does not match what is on offer. The location is fantastic, Close to freeway heading in either direction, the zoo being just around the corner and everything you as far as shops is a short 5 minutes walk away.

Excellent weekend stay...clean rooms... everything you need to have a good family holiday... beautiful warm pool...spa and sauna...spa and part of pool under cover.. very relaxing...

Rooms are huge and well appointed but the pool is advertised as heated which is very misleading as it is solar heated so hardly warm and spa is freezing. We booked this place for Easter due to the heated pool but couldn’t use the pool as was so cold. Very disappointing.

Looks nice unfortunately we never made it to the resort!! We came down with covid 24 hours earlier to our reservation. I asked politely for a refund or a change of dates explained our circumstances which didn't get very far with the booking staff. Still had to pay the full amount of the apartment we never got to lay eyes on. We found this very selfish for a well known resort. I recommend not booking with this resort in these changing times as they will not be understanding in similar cases. As a big supporter of family resorts this was very disappointing you should save your money and book with someone more respectful..

I absolutely love this resort and will 100% be back. The staff have been amazing, the room is awesome. The showers are divine … you don’t want to get out - great water pressure and extra large water fall shower head. The pool is fantastic, so well designed and thought out. There are great shallow areas for the kids plus great shade and relaxing reclining sun chairs. The restaurant is also excellent. Absolutely great hotel and very reasonably priced. Close to the city - 10 min drive.

Absolutely disgusting service and rudest staff. Receptionists and security guards very rude and unprofessional. Was charged multiple times for no reason by reception and was charged for losing my key after the reception lady yelled at me and my family, making my girlfriend cry. (All on camera). 1/10… NEVER STAY HERE!!!!

😐 Its a good place. All facilities are well above average, food overall was ok to good, pizzas excellent. Only issue I have is they don't monitor noise well after 10pm. We had a drunk crazy group of 10 right next to us who I had to confront at 2am in the morning. A broadcasted text message by manageme...
