Too hot to sleep. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. It had an air-con but it was in the lounge room at the end furthest from the bedrooms. Even with the bedroom door open and the AC on full it was still too hot. I ended up sleeping on the cushions from the couch on the floor in front of the air-con. Terrible nights sleep.

We moved to WA from interstate and had to do a 14 day self-isolation due to WA's border restrictions. Right from our initial inquiry with them, the hotel reception were very responsive and easy to communicate with. We were able to organise our self-isolation stay with them very quickly and easily with them which also enabled us to successfully get a travel exemption into WA. Before we arrived, we were able to order groceries online ahead of time and the hotel staff delivered them to our room and put them in the fridge for us. The reception staff were always obliging, switched on and friendly. Their high-quality service really made the whole self-isolation experience much more pleasant, knowing that we were in good hands. They even bought my wife a bunch of flowers for her birthday, which was very thoughtful of them during our period of isolation. The only minor downside to our stay was the traffic noise from Thomas Rd, but even that wasn't that bad. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to do a 14 day self-isolation, or any other stay for that matter.

A perfectly adequate self contained apartment. Nothing stand out or bad, just what is required. Clean and functional

I stayed here few weeks. The facility and staff are amazing. Though the Perth city is little distant but is covered well by thr transport. Subiaco is across the road, kings park is 10 mins walk. All in all a good place to stay

Located a few minutes to the city and close to Kings Park. Bus service is nearby. Rooms are spacious and clean and regularly serviced. Full size fridge and kitchen with crockery cutlery and some cooking gear. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

I might be missing something, seeing all the high rating stars.. There is conceptually a flaw in the design, how can you have an air conditioning in lounge room and expect bedroom to be served by it, in peak summers? And the smell, felt like some run down bar.. walk from the lift to the apartment can be quiet challenging, unless you have the nose covered. And the apartment inside equally smelly.. to add the traffic from main road will not let you sleep. So do think twice..

Nice helpful staff, very clean modern rooms. Was paid for by my employer however I would stay again for a break in West Perth. Great balcony and short walk to various eating places after work.

Friendly staff and well located for kings park which is just across the road. Would benefit from having some facilities in house. although residents can use the goodlife gym in subiaco that is a good 15 minutes walk away. No restaurant in the building but it is a short (less than 10 minutes) walk to Mayfair lane pub which has good food.

the cleanliness was not very good as i found red stain under my pillow and on my bed sheets and the carpet wasn’t vacuumed properly. the location was good because it is close and a few bus stops away from elizabeth quay. the view was not great as i could not see the city. the bathroom was not very great as the taps didn’t have consistent flow. the receptionists were ok as most were polite and helpful but some were not.

Quest has many locations. This place was quite new but it has 1 major problem. Only air con in the living room. Bedrooms only have ceiling fans. U need to keep the door open to let the room cool otherwise it gets stuffy. At the end of the year summer heat makes it quite unbearable... We arrived late after 9pm and checked in and found our room had no working air con. After an hour of back and forth they let us go to another apartment nearer to city which oddly has air con in the bedrooms but not in the living room. But we could not change to that apartment as it was fully booked for the other days of our trip. They finally gave us a different room in this quest at rheola wiyh a different bed configuration. Service wise it is ok. Except for the air con problem where they initially asked us to 'bear with it for the night'... No other issues after that.
