This has become our new home away from home in the city. Great choice of rooms, usually can always find a secure parking spot and its location is brilliant. 24hr reception is also extremely handy!

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Shower was good and bed very comfy. Location was very handy for our needs, short stroll to the water was very nice and a few minutes walk to restaurants and Tavern which was excellent . Reasonable price.

Loved the room and service provided. Any issues that we had were attended to straight away. Had a swim in the Lovely swimming pool generally a quiet and can't hear the traffic from the freeway. Staff friendly facilities clean and tidy loved the place we'll be back and we will spread the word of how good the place is

Very comfortable place to stay. Always stay here when coming to the city. Quiet area with lots of restaurants especially Como Di Lago and Imperial court, great Italian and Chinese food. Also the Karalee pub up the road.

Easy,friendly check in, clean rooms, had ironing board, NO iron, could have told us upon check in,but able to get one from reception

Quite close to Perth CBD. Not elaborate, but clean and cosy. Very close to restaurants, cafes, golf courses, and supermarkets. It's extremely easy to walk along to the Swan River!

Spacious room with comfortable beds and enough kitchen items to make a small meal. Decor is older but room is very clean. Huge choice of restaurants within walking distance, as well as an IGA.

Well situated in Como approx 15 mins from city centre (not peak hour traffic) and very close to local restaurants, bar etc. Accommodation was spotless, big rooms with retro tiling in the bathroom. If you're a light sleeper then avoid rooms 39 / 40 because there's a noisy fan outside that cranked up at approx 5am...ask for a room further away from reception.

I cannot fault them. Service is great, reception is always friendly. Rooms are always clean. The special features I like is the balcony, nice size kitchen.

I often write about first impressions and how they really count when arriving out for dinner or at a new accomodation property. I’ve found myself rethinking this over my weeks stay at Windsor Lodge Como WA. If I’m to be honest upon arriving the receptionist was lovely and very welcoming but when I got to my room I was a little disappointed in the decor being a little dated. After a good sleep followed by a little local exploring of the local hotels and coffee shops I felt rather embarrassed of my initial remarks to the platform I book through….. I won’t repeat any of it here and hope no one sees it as this property the owner and his attentive staff are nothing short of sensational in every aspect when thinking of the hospitality industry…. The property itself is clearly of some age but I cannot recall the last time I stayed in such a well cared for and clean property. From top to toe this property and the rooms are diligently spotlessly cleaned by the hard working busy housekeeping staff. The little extras I received such as a bicycle stand for my bike and a clothes airer for my washing are just the beginning of the excellent hospitality on offer here. The location is awesome especially if you like cycling and eating out, two of my very favourite things….. Thank you so much for a lovely stay……
