Annabelle and her team are incredible. We had a month long stay and it was the perfect home away from home. The kids enjoyed having access to the pool during those warm Perth summer days. The location of the apartment was brilliant, being that it was central to everything. It was never a long trip to anywhere. Thanks again

We rented Unit 30 for a period over Christmas (Dec 23). The Hay Street apartments are ideally situated in Subiaco, with excellent transport links, choice of supermarkets and restaurants within easy walking distance. The apartment itself is a duplex and of a decent size, however there is only one bathroom so if you are 6 people, you may find yourself waiting for the loo. The beds were very comfortable, towels were provided and it had a washing machine / tumble available for use. The hot water was always plentiful and the air con just about managed to keep us cool during the hot Perth summer. The owners provided detailed information about the apartment and the location. The WIFI was excellent and the entry process was super easy. We did have a couple of issues - firstly, there was a leak in the bathroom basin, which are being reported was sorted out extraordinarily quickly. Excellent service. Thank you. The apartment overlooks the pool, which is of a sufficient size for a swim during the hot weather. There is a shower and spa with the pool complex too, which is a lovely addition. It's kept amazingly clean and was never too busy to secure a lounger or a seat. However, in spite of notices, informing residents that the pool is only for use during daylight hours, people ignored these and could be heard in the pool way after dark. In addition, it is advised that neither glasses or alcohol or smoking were allowed within the pool area - this was ignored openly by some guests. Clearly, this is NOTHING to do with the owners of Unit 30, however it was irksome that these requests were openly flaunted by some other guests. Payment: we had some issues in paying the rental balance from the UK. The invoice clearly states that International bank transfer is accepted and the necessary details are provided HOWEVER it transpires that the owners do NOT accept such payments, which caused us some problems. (And, at time of review being left, we are still attempting to recoup money from HSBC, however please note that at no point did the owners of Unit 30 attempt to defraud us at all. They were perfectly above board AT ALL TIMES and one could rent from them with impunity.) Maybe if you were renting from Australia, you would not have such issues? The owners were super quick to respond to any communication and for this, they are to be thanked. The bathroom - is slightly dated and could do with some TLC. The kitchen - it's a slightly strange layout - but had everything that one needed, included a dishwasher. ANTS.....I know...Perth summer.....but in spite of fastidious cleaning, they were a constant nuisance. Overall, the location is excellent, the apartment is a good size, it has everything one needs and it's very good value for what you receive. The owners are very quick to respond to any issues or problems. Would we stay there again on our next return to Perth? Probably.

A lovely stay with every requirement on hand to meet our needs. Beautiful clean premises and nicely located, we loved it. Pool and barbecue facility a bonus. Perfect place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere close to the city, in a great and lively suburb and has everything you need. The apartments are clean, well supplied and spacious. The pool and bbq are also useful. Additional accommodation is at a reasonable price and comes with parking. Couldn’t have been better.

The location, cottage and service from Annabelle were all great. We really enjoyed our stay, hopefully we get a chance for a return visit, Densil and Meron (Nov 2023)

Great location to hospitals, restaurants and not far from city. Units clean tidy with all you need amenities kitchen, bedding, TV, comfy lounge ect. Friendly service from host and useful instruction checkin. Recommended this accommodation

Lovely apartment in an amazing location! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Subiaco area to stay here. Close to woolworths, coles, the train station as well as all the eateries and night life Subiaco has to offer - whilst being lovely and quiet. Couldn't ask for better!

Subiaco Village was the perfect place for our stay in Perth. It was so close to everything we wanted to see and visit. The renovated bathroom with open shower all on one level was good for accessibility. The beds were super comfortable! The apartment was cool on hot days and quiet in spite of being on a busy street. And our car hire place was conveniently a 2 minute walk away. The owner was very thoughtful and the place was clean and had all the amenities we needed for a great stay.

We spent just under 4 weeks in a one bedroom apartment on Hay St in Subiaco. The unit is modern, well equipped and close to everything you need. Annabelle was a great host and made the process before and during stay effortless. We highly recommend and will definitely choose to stay again for our next Perth trip.

The cottage was way above our expectations and ideal for walking into Subiaco centre and its many Bars & Restaurants. It was also handily placed with just a short walk to either the Train Station or free CAT Bus service into Perth.

We stayed in a very comfortable, 2 bedroom apartment. The Staywest team were responsive to any requests. The location on Hay St is great for access to buses and trains. The pool, although modest in size, is just what you need at the end of a long summer's day. We'd stay again.

The apartment in Subiaco was centrally located and a short walk to all amenities and transport. The accommodation was clean and very comfortable and had all the requirements of home. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it. Annabelle and her team do a great job. Thanks again.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment in Forrest St, Subiaco and it was great. Lots of room and had everything we needed. It is well appointed and a very comfortable place to stay. Location was fantastic with nearby cafes, restaurants & pubs. It is within easy walking distance to the Subiaco train station and supermarkets too. Great weekly rate to stay. Annabelle was a great host and the instructions she gave for the apartment was fantastic. Easy communication and cannot fault the apartment. Plenty of cooking and washing facilities.Will definitely stay here again and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

I can highly recommend Annabelle and Staywest Apartments. We stayed there on a family holiday with 2 kids. The place was modern and roomy with comfortable furnishings and very thoughtful and convenient little touches like a power-board with USB ports next to the bed to charge phones. The kids loved the pool, and the location extremely convenient. Annabelle's communication was excellent, and she was very accommodating with an early check-in.

Very convenient setup. Love the communal BBQ area, pool and spa. Everything you need in the apartment, washing machine and dryer very convenient. Close to the city, train and Subiaco centre. Apartment had everything we needed for our 9 night stay, especially the pool when the temperature hit 32!

We stayed at a 2 bedroom apartment in Forrest Street. Excellent location for us. Nearby for all the stuff we wanted to do - eat, walk and shop. Annabelle was quick to help us when we needed. We will definitely stay at Staywest Apartments when we visit Perth again.

PRICE RAISED AT LAST MINUTE. Confirmed a deal to stay at these apartments for 13 nights and put down a deposit. On the day of the due invoice they had raised the total cost by about 25% Wouldn't trust them with another booking, caused quite a bit of stress organising new accommodation at short notice. Deposit was refunded. * Edit * In response it sounds like your grievance there is with your property advertiser (expedia for public reference) As I booked your property and the deal was done. Staywest raised the price at the last minute and I feel it's a fair reflection of what happened to me.

Great clean and tidy modern apartment located in an ideal, quiet area. Close walking distance to great coffee, Subiaco shopping and the Perth CBD. Easy to get onto the train or freeway.

Annabelle was simply amazing! From the very first phone call to ask about the property to actually leaving. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was everything we could have wished for and the lovely little extras like milk in the fridge and bikkies with the tea and coffee made it a home away from home. The appartement is decorated with a nice touch and in very good quality! We had everything we needed for our stay. The location of the appartement is great, everything is in walking range or can easily be reached by car… Annabelle was always reachable in advance, when I had some questions and answerd within hours. (no matter the time difference to Switzerland…) The Online Guestbook has a lot of helpful informations, where to find everything important around the area. If we are coming back to Perth, we already know, where to stay at! Thank you Annabelle!!!

We booked multiple apartments/locations through Staywest Apartments for our staff members visiting Perth. Locations are super convenient and very close to our office. Check in was a breeze and the staff loved the apartments. Annabelle was wonderful and was very helpful in helping organise the multiple locations for us. We stayed in Park Street, Subiaco. Fabulous accommodation in a great location. It exceeded our expectations. Well equipped, very quiet and a lovely outdoor area. Annabelle was always quick to respond. Excellent value too. Hope to return.
