So o booked and paid for a family room on the 20 March for Sunday the 27th. I have 4 kids youngest being 4 months. Payments was taken and all way confirmed. I arrived this afternoon to the motel after 2 flights to get to reception and was told to get the key from the safe. My key wasn’t there! The lady said it is and then said sorry we tried confirming your booking and I said you took my money and told me I was booked. Well to end this off they said sorry you need to get another place to stay and that they will refund my money on Monday. Worse service and stranded for 1 hour before finding a new place and a baby screaming !!!! Disgusting to do this to a family.

Clean Motel.. Friendly staff.. 2 gripes.. WIFI didn't work on the first night as I had to do work from Motel.. Tried password heaps of times on different devices.. Next day was given the same password and it miraculously worked.. Also pool closed at 6pm.. finished work at 5pm and wanted a swim when I got back to relax especially when you are away from home and couldn't.. Only reason I booked this place because it had a nice pool..

Good value for money. The room was spotless, linen crisp and clean, bed huge. Modern decor and well appointed. Not stingy with the basics, lots of soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, tea, coffee, milks. It's the little things that make a place comfortable. Only down side is the road noise. I would definitely stay again though. Shopping centre down the road is a bonus.

The family room is dismal. The one we were in had a smokers corner next to the bathroom window which is split style (see pic) that cannot be closed. This window issue also means the street noise from the highway can be heard like you are sleeping on the road. The bathroom was a joke as well, it is impossible to have a shower as they have just crammed it in, standing 7ndee the showerhead is impossible, and the whole bathroom gets wet as there is no shower curtain, and to be super helpful the towel rail is also in the same cramped shower cubicle.

Excellent! Spotless and the beds are so comfortable! Highly recommended!

Clean, modern rooms, and close to airport.

The location is ideal. Walking distance to pub and shops. Close to Perth. Freeways. Room spacious. Fully equipped and comfortable. Well priced.

Good value and reasonably close to the airport. Reception closes at 6 pm so phone and arrange after hours access

Ordinary roadside motel. Very noisy, room smells of fly spray. Pool only open 8am to 6pm so no use if you're working, Cafe closed since covid. Staff seem apathetic to feedback, must have heard it all before... Room itself is clean.

Lovely clean room and convenient to everything. Enjoyed my brief stay.

Reasonably located to the airport,Uber costing at 5.30am $56. Not a cheap location.

The lady at reception asked me for 500 security bond..... and the room was only 147 a night...... what a rip off I'll take my money else where..... I would never recommend this place ever, their not even worth 1 star

On the weekend We stayed in room 17 and it was absolutely wonderful,very clean , quiet , plenty of tea and coffee , everything was there that you would need just a 5 minute walk around the corner to a lovely cafe which sells some really amazing food for Breakfast or Lunch. The shower was fantastic , only 1 little nit pick was the hair dryer did not work nor the power point , the actual hair dryer came off the wall in my hands . Rachel at reception was so absolutely wonderful Beautiful smile very warm greeting and helpful The price of our room was pretty good , our room had 2 lovely lounge chairs to sit on they only just needed to be re padded on the seat as they were a wee bit hard, but fabulous. Woman at reception allocated me room 34 against my will (Ground floor close to the main road - NOISY as she said it was the the last room she had. When I got back to reception a few minutes later I heard her taking a booking ,, although I didn't show my feelings I felt unfairly treated. Was it preferential treatment..??

The parking is odd car not at your door in rooms 1-10 .Bus stop out front 👍no need to use your car

Was on a work trip, so the location was good for me. Room had everything I needed and was clean and spacious.

Rooms are super clean and neat. Location is fantastic. 5 minutes drive to Westfield Carousel and 10 minutes walk to Bentley Plaza Shopping centre. All the staff are very friendly and helpful from the receptionists to the room maids. Very satisfied overall and would definitely look to stay here again.

A clean and comfortable place to stay. Very conveniently situated close to the airport with a reliable system for Check-In and Check-Out outside normal working hour. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms serviced to a big standard daily. I stayed in the same room for 18 days without any issues. I highly recommend this motel and will return at the first opportunity.

I didn't stay at this hotel, but I did go to see my mate who was staying there. The room seemed nice inside though, with dining table, chairs & small kitchenette with separate ensuite. It seemed like a pretty decent hotel. Oh and there was a large swimming pool on the grounds, which looked very clean with a safety fence surrounding it. Ideal place to be for summer 🤙Seeya

Room was clean and tidy. Location great for where we were going. Looks like had been upgraded sometime in the past. Bed was comfy, bathroom great. If I had a negative about the room it was the TV was too small for the size of the room. Thanks for honour of staying at this venue will do it again gladly

Noisy during the day, bed had bugs looked like bedbugs. Few spiders. No toothbrush and toothpaste. Left much sooner yet no refund of any amount. Personally don't recommend this place.

Room was very comfortable and the level of cleanliness was A+. Love the crisp white linens on the bed!
