Bought a large hot chocolate for $4.5, reasonably priced as drink came out very well made. Actual counter / waiting space is very small but lots of dining area in adjacent room and outside. Be warned you might unintentionally walk straight past it the first time round!

This place was not easy to find. You guys need a big sign on the wall or cafe with an arrow pointing at your shop. I found you on google maps and when I was standing access the road it was not obvious that there was a cafe there. Surely you're not running a secret coffee shop? Anyway I got an iced latte. It wasn't bad, it was slightly over extracted but aside the minor bitterness the flavour was full. Based on the coffee bags lining the back shelves they use Fiori coffee- I approve. Their fridge is stocked with regular Browns milk and I didn't see any milk lab cartons around in plain sight so their hipster game is not strong- not a bad thing though I would prefer to see Browns extra creamy or banister downs milk- all the cool kids are doing it. I didn't try the food but it looked fresh and tasty. The shop was clean and relatively tidy. Overall I'd recommend you visit this place- if you can find it ;-)

Terrible service and I felt the lady in the counter was being racist towards me because of my accent and the way I speak. She started making snapping comments to the other lady in the counter about me so loud that obviously I could hear. I feel it's absolutely unfair and her behavior was disgusting. I told her she didn't have to be so rude and still denied it. I will never go back for sure.

Chilled out little coffee spot 100m, great spot to spend 5 mins away from the office drinking your coffee reading the paper or with colleagues. Relaxed outdoor seating is also an under valued commodity in Perth. Friendly staff, coffee could be stronger/less milky but that comes down to personal preference and decent lunch and snack options.

Fantastic coffee and even just a simple ham and cheese toasted sandwich was delicious with the soft whole grain bread.

Best iced chocolates and muffins, super comfy and cute seating! Staff are always smily and happy to help. Sometimes I have problems with allergy contaminations in other places, but I've had no problems here <3 thanks bachetto for making my day x

Kids and dog friendly, seats outside. I was really keen to try this place given the perfect scoring! It's a small cafe but has a lovely and welcoming feeling. Coffee was really nice and there were lots of tasty looking offerings on display. I had the feta and spinach pizza which was a bit too salty but tasty. Will be back whenever I'm in the area!

Had lunch here with my baby, he enjoyed watching cars go by while I sipped my coffee and enjoyed a delicious salad and sausage roll. Everything was fab!
