Pretty good little spot in a nice location. Surprisingly quiet given the proximity to Mill Point Road. All day breakfast options and some other more substantial options as well. Nice bookshop to browse through. friendly staff and looks to be dog friendly in the courtyard.

We stumbled upon this cafe and bookshop by coincidence when we were looking for a cup of coffee near the park and I’m so glad we did. We had great coffee, a nice atmosphere to read our books, and some great chats with Michael and Carol who own and run this place. Very kind and welcoming people.

Millpoint caffe bookshop was a great stop over, for breakfast/brunch! Their books are available for browsing before purchase, and they have a wide range available for most tastes. Food was great too, we had omelette of the day (with spinach and mushrooms), their eggs and avocado and the french toast. Enjoy!

"My parents had an absolutely wonderful experience at this cafe! From the moment they walked in, the ambiance was cozy and inviting. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making them feel right at home. The menu offered a fantastic selection of delicious dishes and drinks. What truly sets this cafe apart is the exceptional service. They went above and beyond to ensure they had a great dining experience for his birthday. They can't wait to return and explore more of their menu. Thank you for providing such a delightful visit. Highly recommended!"

A quaint Caffe offering lip smacking food and an amazing collection of books. The atmosphere is relaxed and urges you to put your feet up and read a good book.

Cool idea, but it was pricey! $58 for pancakes, eggs benny, a milkshake, and chai latte. Unfortunately, everyone at the table commented on the drinks being very bland and the food just average. It is hot and humid out the back, and the service was not welcoming or perceptive. You have to ask for everything. I'd recommend for a slice of cake and to browse books (great selection), but not to take a group, or children.

Such a great place to be. Usually a great selection of books. The cafe section is fantastic. The gnocchi porcini with Italian sausage had no right to be as good as it was.

I used to love this place, especially the couch. Today, I called in to reserve the place. Then I ordered food and drink. I was told I could only stay at the table for 1.5 hours. After that, I need to leave or move to another table. This is the first time ever to know that a reserved table at a cafe has a strict time limit. Really disappointing. Never going to come back again.

Lovely cozy Cafe with a book store. The ambience is great, a nice place to hangout. Food is very good, both quality and quantity. Lot of seating space. Service is very efficient, staff are kind and polite. Place is kept neat and clean. A must visit when in South perth.

This cafe is absolutely gorgeous. Parking is just in and around the streets. Comfortable seats in the bookshop space great for meetings of 2-4 people. Outdoor space is shaded. You can take your pets & they get spoilt. Staff were friendly and food was quick.

Great vibes for any book lover who wants to be surrounded by them as they have their morning coffee, the chai was very very yummy and they didn’t burn my soy milk!!!!! Will definitely be going here again

Nice interesting cafe, food is nice and came out quickly. A lot of different options to choose from on the menu and it’s reasonably priced. Would rather the sauce inside the quesadilla instead of on top as it makes it a bit messy to eat. Quinoa salad was missing the pumpkin.

So I've been going to this Cafe for over 12 years. It's changed hands in this time. Today I ordered the pumpkin salad and it had feta in it which I don't eat so I asked if they would mind swapping it out and putting some Avocado in for me instead. You would have thought I was asking for the crown jewels rather than a little bit of Avocado. I was told NO, it's too expensive. Really? So...Bookcafe I won't be back. You have lost my service.

This a really good place to visit for a meal or coffee or browse in the bookshop. Staff are friendly and courteous. Seating indoors or out. You can even sit outdoors under cover when it rains. Parking no problem and it's all on one level for wheelchair access.

Well!! Did Anyone say Fresh? I’ll Tell you like it is all the same. We took a chance to stop in at this lovely, quaint if not eclectic caffe today and we were not disappointed either. It only went in search for coffee and a gluten free cake or something to go with out. A quick dash in saw me served with such surprising hospitality as if I was someplace in Italy and an expected guest. Note, that Is surprising given the excuses many cafes give when their staff are rude , glib or just plain run off their feet when bad service occurs. Oh yes the cake.. It was fresh Fresh as if it just left the oven. It was their gluten free/dairy free orange sponge cake that was as tall as you could or should have a single layer and just enough orange drizzled to soak in and not spoil the sponge. Anyway it is served with cream on the side (I had mine without, but it was the most sumptuous slice I’ve had in a v v v long time. Oh!, other local cafes! Take note at the serving sizes and stop telling me that you have had to decrease your cake slices to two finger widths with inflation, because this cafe gives you more slice(4 finger widths) for your $$ than you’re expecting to have. What a wonderful experience and the coffee was an excellent match! Thanks for really serving us, like we were actually welcome there.

We have ordered their risotto today. It tasted like... "Heaven in my Mouth". You got to try it.

Food was great, the owners are lovely, back yard is a nice setting for breakfast. Slight confusion over meals that came out but quickly resolved. Cakes looked delicious but we were too full so we will have to go back.
