Delicious lunch menu! The Bo Kho was super tasty, and spicier than I've ever had it at other places but good. The toasted baguette was good with it too. Would also recommend the Vietnamese iced coffee!

I’ve always enjoyed my meal here especially the Rare beef Pho and I continue to be. The service is warm and friendly and the food is delicious. There is seating in the front (on the street) and a good amount in the back. It’s very busy between 12-1pm (for good reasons).

Clean area and efficient service. Food was good – cooked almost perfectly. A bit of the greens were a bit stale but might be from the heat of the eggs and tomato.

Always looking for a stand out bistro with great reviews so I googled and looked for the best near to me whilst waiting for my partner in hospital. Choices, choices as we all know in East Perth! The decisions wasn't easy, what got me in was the atmosphere and beautiful outdoor setting and cleanliness of the Bistro. The manner in which the food was prepared and presented and professionalism of the staff working hard to meet the rush of business people dining in. All I wanted was a coffee....the selection of food was too good to just walk out with just a coffee. Such a great menu which also caters for gluten free customers ✅ Ohh, that naughty bacon and egg roll and those Danishes 🙈🤩 Highly Recommended - lushous coffee too! The Danishes will definitely have me back too 👏

Our first lunch in Perth. Relax ambient, many people from surrounding offices came for quick lunch. Service was quite quick, some dishes were already in display. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The food we ordered (vege pho, rice with grilled porkchop, rice with crackling pork) were actually very tasty.

Food was served quite promptly but my drink took a while. After finishing my meal, and upon asking couple of times, then was I made known that the Viet hot coffee had to take 15-20mins to prepare. By which time I have already been in the restaurant for almost 40mins. (Staff were working their fastest but the lunch crowd just keep coming) Meal was quite nice but portion can be bigger.

It was a hard choice, as whole menu looked super yummy. Ended up chosing A delicious smashed pumpkin toast with poached eggs and added extra avocado. Freshly squeezed orange juice was amazing too. Both ladies working there were warm & kind. Definitely will be back when I'm in Perth again ♡ Thank you.

Great little lunch spot. Decent prices and good food. Stopped in here for a mod work work lunch. Ordered some grilled pork and rice. The food was very tasty. The highlight with the soup/broth. Simple, yet really full of flavour. I will be sure to try the pho next time I’m there. I will go back.

They make absolutely delicious vegetable omelette. And I think I’ve found my go to place for omelette. Thank you and pls keep it up.

Great vietnamese noodles... Waited 7-8mins, supposed to be lunch thingy.. but they accommodated, hence have to wait a little longer that's all... Nonetheless, great meal, hot soup on a cold day - priceless

Great vegan and vegetarian options, I love the pho chay and bun dau hu. The ca phe (vietnamese coffee) is also *chefs kiss*

Seriously underrated little spot on Hay St. We’ve been twice for brunch. The BLT and Smoked Ham sandwiches are out of this world. Super fast service. Super friendly too.

Came here for lunch with a couple of friends and was not satisfied with my meal. Taste was incredibly bland and not remotely what i expected. At this point i probably wouldn't have left a review but if I did, maybe a 2.5/3. But after i passed on my experience to the staff member who served us, I felt that I was snubbed off. I was very polite and intention was to provide feedback but after the response recieved this place gets a 0 (default 1).

Very delicious food, trust me, try pork chop rice and a glass of Vietnam drip for $19.5 available for breakfast and lunch.

Popped into this lovely cafe today. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was fantastic and coffee was great! Definitely going to be my new weekday spot.

I've ordered through Ubereats so was a bit high price at the end coz of the delivery, but OMG it was heaven. I got the BBQ pork soup and it was amazing. I didn't realised it 5min from my home so definitely will be popping by on Saturdays!

Make sure to come before 11:30 am to enjoy breakfast. The eggs benedict is great! Lots of seating inside.

I tried out some of better known top cafes in Perth but EAST wins. The coffee is brilliant. Excellent breakfast too, brought to my table by the chef who was was super friendly and hospitable. I'll be back for more!

The pho broth was good buuuut they added the hoisin sauce in the soup, making it salty and the rice noodles was still chewy and uncooked.

Everything this about this place is good except of one staff treating badly. She’s white short girl if she is there you might experience bad customer service. Every other staff is very friendly and helpful except for her. I don’t know why she treated me like that but when i order the food she brought it to my table and slid it in my table rather then putting on my table. Except for her everything about this place is good.

i came here with my mum and brother and it was the best cafe food i’ve ever had. the dish menu looked good too, but we were looking for something quick and it was! it was so delicious and flavourful and they have siracha on every table !! the coffee was delicious and the baklava was to die for. we got 3 different toasties and the cheese was so stretchy 😋 you can tell lots of love is put into the food and the person who works there is very nice :)) the walls had pretty designs too and they had so many options 😙
