Plenty of parking with complex and street. Have to say loved the atmosphere of the place, they roughly divided the place in 3 area. When we were there the area at the entrance seem to be eatery, and the other area more coffee. I absolutely love that ideas, plus you are surrounded by various coffee machines. The staff are very good as well, they don’t hassle you to order, it was a great relax environment. The coffee we ordered was very good. Highly recommended.

What can I say about Dimattina coffee shop on Collingwood street osborne park, Today I decided I needed something cold to drink with a coffee kick, and thought I’d take a trip to the Dimattina coffee, The young ladies behind the counter where only happy to help, and even went the extra mile and made something not on the menu. The ice coffees where amazing and served with a smile and the extra touch of a chocolate on top was a above and beyond. The young ladies that served me where amazing and a credit to the owner, there so helpful, friendly. I’d urge everyone that’s passing by to pop in and try one of there many different coffees and sample the food. Once again I can’t recommend this place enough, great staff and great coffee.

First time here today. Tried their Avo Smash, added grilled haloumi and poached eggs and couldn't fault it. Serving portion is pretty big, this particular dish was out of this world. Compliments to the chef! Staff was so friendly and very professional. They check on you every now and again, make you at ease. Cafe itself is very clean, great atmosphere. Thanks team, Will definitely be back!

Dimattina now stock the epic Grassfed vegan donuts on the first Friday of every month. I tried both the chocolate honeycomb and the key lime cheesecake donuts and they were both incredible! I HIGHLY recommend the custard filled ones as their custard is simply amazing 🤩 Dimattina are coffee specialists so you are always guaranteed to get an excellent coffee here! They also have a number of vegan options on the menu including smashed avo, tofu noodle salad and the ‘Super D’ nourish bowl.

Quaint little gem hidden away in a small corner of Osborne Park. From the outside, it looks like a normal commercial building. When you walk in, it's a relaxing atmosphere, spacious between tables and high ceilings with the option of ordering at the counter to takeaway or if dining in, they provide table service. Super fast and friendly service, you order then literally blink and the foods already out. Coffees good, foods good, service was good. It was overall a very enjoyable experience.

Hidden gem, totally unassuming in the middle of semi industrial Ozzie park. Sumptuous brunch both for the mouth and eyes, coffee bang on. Try the cold brew, it's the best I've had. Will definitely be bringing our overseas guests here. Ps the plating is super cute, can you see the heart and smiley face? Chef has a cute sense of humour 😅

New favourite breakfast/brunch/lunch spot. This is everything I was looking for. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed with great decor and music. The service was really friendly and helpful at all times. The coffee was of great quality. But the main thing was the delicious food. I had the Asian salad with grilled prawns and it was delicious. The serving is slightly ok the small size, but not by much. The quality of the ingredients and the flavours more than made up for any quantity issues. The salad was fresh and crunchy and had a nice kick to it. Greatly recommended. We will definitely return in the future as I think we've discovered quite the hidden gem.

Seriously amazing coffee, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff! Shout out to Ricardo who gave me a quick tour of the site and explained about the different types of coffee they roast on site and the different coffee brewing equipment they sell. Will be going back there for my coffee making supplies.

This is a hidden gem. The Avocado smash was one of the best breakfasts we’ve had for a long time. Chef Didier has added some wonderful touches to surprise the taste buds. Very generous servings. Great coffee too and very friendly staff. We’ll be back, for sure!

Love this place! Quiet on a weekend, really chill and you get to have lunch burger for breakfast!

Never disappoints with the food and the coffee. Steak for lunch is not too much, and flavour combinations are awesome on the one plate. I’m a black coffee person so batch brews are definitely the way to go!

Currently undergoing some renovations, you might not even notice this lovely Cafe as there's not much in the way of signage. Don't be discouraged as inside is an funky escape from the industrial landscape outside. Served by an energetic team who value service, good food and quality coffee. Visited twice today and found the coffee wait (while worth it) can be a little slower than elsewhere. If you're in the neighbourhood, definitely recommended.

Yum! Super D Bowl with chicken. Very tasty and filling - didn't need the chicken. Unfortunately, service let it down (this was earlier in the week). Had to get up and get wait staff's attention multiple times. Service is usually better than this.

Fantastic service! We bought a trial pack and then the next day a t-shirt. I asked if I could get them posted together to save on postage and I got a reply so quickly and a shipping code at checkout for the t-shirt purchase. On top of this the coffee is so gooooood! Best coffee around. Will definitely be purchasing again! All of the range is so hard to choose from but if we had to we would say Mr Dynamite is a winner with my husband and daughter and I like Easy Street. Thanks guys for great service and brilliant tasting coffee!

Fantastic. This cafe is worth driving for. My daughter and I shared an avocado on toast and as we were sharing they divided it into two individual plates without asking. Flavoursome and the best I have ever tried. This definitely didn’t need salt or pepper to add extra taste. To compliment the incredible food were wonderful staff. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. My husband tried the savoury muffin and said it was divine. Every week we go to a different cafe to try in Perth. We don’t care about the distance. This was one of our favourites.

My friend and I really enjoyed our morning tea. The coffee, tea and scones were lovely. We did wish they had held the scones until our drinks arrived, but they still tasted great.

The food and coffee was delicious! Definitely would come back. The atmosphere was great but the service was touch and go. There seemed to be a lot of usual customers which is great! Only issue we found is that they were somewhat served before us even though we arrived earlier. Awesome spot though 😊
