Don’t make a booking with the expectation of actually having your dog professionally groomed. I waited 6 weeks for an appointment only to be told on arrival that they could only do an all over shave. I said that was not what we were after as it is the middle of winter and we normally just get half off his length rather than a shave, and said it would have helped to be told in advance that was all they could do. A woman that seemed to be a manager or more senior staff member came over and rudely told me it was all explained to me on the phone. I assured her it wasn’t. When I decided to decline the appointment I was told aggressively that if I came back there would be a fee. No problem there as I have no intention of setting foot in the place again.

Great place to bring your pups to socialise. Other owners are usually very friendly and happy to chat. Situated pretty central to all of Perth’s suburbs. Staff are always so friendly and genuinely love all dogs which come through the cafe. Has three sections to the place, front of house where you can browse and shop for all pet related items. Middle section is the cafe seating/dining areas and back of house where they have their pre organised play date areas. (Visit their FB page for the details) Menu is pretty good and for an okay price. Just understand that whilst you’re not getting Zumbo quality cupcakes, you do get a cozy covered place with good music to enjoy some time with your pooch also with some likeminded lovely people. Top establishment, happy every time we visit! Keep up the good work!!

Best place to celebrate having a doggo 🐕 they have a cafe, shop and salon. First place I've seen where you can take your dog and eat at a sheltered cafe (not outside seats) which is amazing for colder days. We celebrated our dog's first birthday, the staff came out and sang for her too! The cake must have been so good, she destroyed it before we could take some pictures... Very good selection of doggy treats and human food was tasty too!

It was our first time coming here and we received very poor customer service, walked in and nobody greeted us, or guided us to how the business works. Didn’t even look like a cafe, just a bunch of staff chatting amongst themselves. Would not recommend.

Amazing place! All the girls there love the dogs so much and you can tell by the level of excitement when you drop your pup off. The dogs just have so much fun and it's worth every dollar. I only really intended on using day care for a period of time to get my puppy socialised with other dogs, however he's loved it so much and I feel so comfortable leaving him at FurBaby that I can see us being very regular clients for years! I also love that FurBaby will send pictures of my pup each day to let me see the fun he's having. Couldn't recommend them enough!!

Very poor service, they charged me $20 for doing nothing not once but twice. $40 for my puppy to just walk in and out. Day light robbery at its finest and the excuse is cause his to excited isn't that normal for puppies. Cheaper to get a meal at pub and go leave satisfied. In relation to the lie they just tried writing to cover up the robbery they obviously do on a daily. I watched from the start, and I didn't see no aggression or what rubbish your writing about. What service did even provided? None you did nothing zero. He was if anything over excited so don't lie. That's not aggression. This so called cut why didn't the person show me? Cause your lying again. Very poor that you'd an article of excuses and lies very poor that you'd blame the dog and try make me come back for a bath and wash like if you can't handle him trying to do his nails then how you going to bath him. I'll find someone who knows what they doing as it seems the staff is very inexperienced and would have as much knowledge as a clown at a circus. And last your girls explained nothing zero, less then half an hour what are you talking about it was less then 5 mins both times... seriously you must be a ring leader of the biggest circus in town. I'd ring you if I wanted tickets for the circus not for advice as I don't need to put down to a dumb level

We were excited to take our dog to FurBaby for the first time. On the phone we had a lovely chat about trimming hygienic areas and tidying up ‘grinchy’ paws as well as a de-shed. When we arrived they made no effort to familiarise themselves with my dog, just immediately wanted to put their leash on him with no introduction. When I picked him up he wasn’t fully dry and very little effort had been made to trim his paws, and what was done was uneven. The staff didn’t say anything to me about how he went, just asked me to pay and barely looked at me. It all cost $160. I have had friendlier service elsewhere for $100, half the time, my dog came out looking neater and more importantly he came out happier. Truthfully I’m disappointed.

Have been using Fur Baby for a year or so now, they have been doing a good job the previous visits so no complaints about the cut quality. We had re-booked after our last visit for 3 months in advance - yet on the date that was booked, they tell us that the booking was never made and that the next available appointment is 2 months away. Completely stuck now with no groomer available - hardly an apology or rectification was offered by FurBaby. Very disappointed with how we've been treated.

I orginally messaged a while ago to book and was told of a delay due to COVID..no stress. Eventually booked in well in advance. I had arrived early (my own fault) and was struggling needing to use a toilet and nothing close by. I asked the girl if i could please use the toilet (it was urgent and i could see them) to be told its staff only. Ok. Cool. I get its policy but just felt a bit shunned.... I mentioned my pup has a skin condition (i did mention on the phone at booking). Its under control but looks bad on her belly. I said just any oat shampoo etc is fine (which is all we have had in the past 9 years)... to be advised its an extra $10 for "sensitive" shampoo. Ok. Cool. Id understand a medicated wash being more for sure....but a sensitive one? I advised just clip/shave and that she had some ear matts so im all good with having anything shaved /trimmed as needed (assuming would be evened up etc). They are were quick which was great. I thought. When I arrived, i was informed they didnt/couldnt clip her nails or clip her hair properly in those areas. I wasnt offered to hold her while they then trimmed her nails...and was charged $99 for a clip/service not really completed (her ear clip was also longer on one side and quite uneven in parts on her body). I was told how sweet she was.... but for the first time in 9 years of grooming...i just didnt get the package I thought id recieve from a dedicated grooming location. Maybe im being fussy, but I just felt underwhelmed.

Very very lovely place. My dog had very very knotted and overgrown hair on his long and floppy ears and And all over him. When he came out you could tell they tried 101% to make sure he came out looking cute and adorable while still being knot free and having his soft and fluffy fur back. Although the service was quite expensive I did enjoy my time taking my dog here and only had to leave as couldn’t get appointments because of such popularity!
