Very good place for jogging, cycling and the kids park is good. Had an evening walk on the river side walking track. My son enjoyed riding his scooter. The night city view is spectacular from McCallum park. It is a good place for night city view photography.

Great place for jogging and cycling. Amazing Perth view and good environment. Fresh air but the smell of bbq makes me hungry. Haha. People do picnic at the nearby park which has provided fully bbq facilities..Would recommend for friends and family...

Loved going to the 4WD show here. Nice to walk around seeing a huge range of products and YouTube celebrities (ask about fuel economy, and support the pick up rubbish campaign😁) . Sun cream provided but take a hat, water bottle and hay fever medication! An enjoyable day!

It's a great place for everyone, young and old, especially those who want to have fresh air along the separated walkways and cycle paths. The scenic views along the way were magnificent overlooking the Perth City skylines with consistent human flow, be they walking, cycling or any other forms of using the cycle paths. We walked from McCallum Park carparks to Taylor Reserve and then turned back to McCallum Park directly to Charles Paterson Park, and then walked under the bridge onto Burswood Walk to arrive in Burswood Park, and then walked back! It was a beautiful walk with cool breeze and beautiful sunset by the time we reached our car.

Large park and open space on the bank of the south side of the Swan River. They have plenty of free parking close by. Playgrounds, sheltered areas and courts for playing sports. Nice place to stop for a picnic and enjoy the view of the city and river.

Perhaps because I went there during a winter night, it was dark and cold! I believe if it’s a warm day, the river sceneries should be very pleasant! 😄

The view is great for walks with friends and pets. There is an odor in soil after the rain, other than that it was awesome.

Beautiful venue for social catch ups however don't get caught short with the 2 blocks of public toilets closing before the sun goes down unless you've made prior arrangements with the shire for the key when BBQing 🙃

Amazing sport near the city and along the Riverside. It has some great basketball courts which are a beauty to play under the lights at night. A must visit for all families and also for a good basketball session.

It's big, it's green, it's by the mighty Swan, there are b ball courts, bmx set up, outdoor gym stuff, nice cycling paths, picnic facilities, Frisbee course... Listen up peoples , this is a glorious inner-city park.

Ive loved McCallum Park for at least 30 years. It's spacious, shady and being right on the Swan River just makes it perfect. It could do with a few more bench seats but other than that it's still a favourite of mine.

Dogs are left to roam freely and the basket ball courts were playing obscene rap musics unsuitable for children to be around. There are no fences and no locks so if you are looking for a place to hangout after dark.

Wonderful open space to go fly a kite, walk your dogs, kids on Bikes etc. Accessable parking on Canning Highway, or a short walk from Victoria Park, bus transfer station. Shady trees, occasional gas BBQ's and bench seats. Walk from here towards South Perth with 😎 awesome 🌆 City Views

Beautiful park by the Swan river. A perfect place to exercise or to simply watch the kids playing. Would be great if there are public toilets, or if the footpath/cycling track lights can be kept on a bit more often. Too sad it was too dark sometimes. Not sure if that's too much to ask for.

Open and wide with enough green area, playground , exercise equipment. It's facing the city and the Swan River. Pedestrian and cyclists tracks clearly instructed.

Best place in Perth for pick up basketball. The park is beautiful and accessible and getting parking is usually not an issue. There are lights for the evenings and the hoops are in decent condition and well maintained. Victoria Park understands the importance of the courts and pays attention to upkeep which is great for such a highly utilised public space.
