Dog friendly, scenic place for a stroll, lots of shade to retreat into if too hot, good parking. There were BBQs there and a children's playground.

Beautiful place to have your dog run freely while enjoying other dogs company, huge open space for your fur baby and if you got kids theres a playground as well, toilets are clean and lots of water spot to topped up your drink bottle and for your fur baby; theres a section for off leash area which they can play in grass, path and water and on leash as well for those who are on training, majority of people are pretty friendly so you will feel safe with your furry friend. Bring a picnic with you or there is a coffee van and food truck on weekends.

Riverside Gardens is a great place to visit as it is family friendly and dog friendly. There is an off lead area for dogs and also an on lead area to cater for all dog personalities. There are ample BBQ and picnic facilities as well as toilets available. The River side 'beach' is nice and sandy for kids and dogs to play along. One if the nicest dog friendly River spots we've come across in Perth.

Beautiful parks and conservation areas, the"Flip it cafe" is a wonderful place for families to relax by the river whilst enjoying the great coffee's and light lunch supplied by friendly staff. There are toilets and BBQ facilities all around the parks and a beautiful conservation reserve to the west and east. This is also a dog friendly park with a dog swimming beach. Worth a look, I regularly walk here.

This Park is a paradise for dogs and dogs lovers alike. The lawns river foreshore, little island and the river itself are full of smiling faces and wagging tails. Several food vans are there for anybody interested in a snack of any type: We loved the Vietnamese van, and the coffee car. Great place.

Nice park, great for dogs (there will be many dogs after work usually). Just across the river from Ascot, there is exercise equipment, bike paths and plenty of picnic shelters.

We take our Gordon and Irish setters there about twice a month. It is a great open area for dogs to free play in. Lots of open grass areas and the beach and river. Since it is very popular with dog owners there are usually no issues with non dog people. Car parking can be an issue sometimes, but we usually go around 4 to 5 pm on Sundays and it isn't bad then. The public toilets are shut for refurbishment at the moment (Oct 2021) but the dog water taps are accessible.

Great open space for the dogs to run about off lead. The park runs beside the river and there is a great beach for the dogs to get into the river for a swim. Most people are responsible with their dogs and had no problems.

Great place to take your dog for a walk. There is coffee and a few stalls set up on weekends. If your dog likes water there is a swimming beach area next to the river.

The park is huge there’s a beach area for the dog, fishing area for the people, birds sanctuary and fence area for the dogs, cycling path and walking paths. There’s plenty of parking areas. Mostly welcome for the friendly and pet owners

Went there for a meeting with friends. Was very impressed by the size of the place which is quite surprising. It's a very large area of green grass with beautiful views of the river. Certainly a very peaceful place to bring your dog and your children to play in the playground which is near to the parking area at the end of the road.

Always enjoy this open space with the 4 legged friends. Does get very busy after weekday work hours and weekends but still enjoyable.

The garden is a big open area.It includes the Bird Sanctuary. It has a Dog exercise area, playground, BBQ areas, toilet, walkways. Heaps of visitors in the morning: running, jogging, walking, walk the dogs. The open and wide park provides a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy especially in the Covid19 period.

Lovely place for kids and protected by sun sails. Some of the attractions show their age but it’s overall a brilliant place to let the kids play. It’s also fenced in so really helpful if you have a little runner πŸ˜…

Excellent park for families, exercising and dog walkers alike. Plenty of food vans on a Saturday and Sunday, including business to buy treats for your fluffy friends. Three large ovals to walk around, a beautiful bird sanctuary, public toilets and bbq facilities make this a great weekend stop over.

We don't have a dog but we take our toddler to the enclosed playground very frequently. There are 3 slides, plenty of swings and various other play equipment. There is usually a food or coffee van nearby which is nice. With proximity to the river foreshore it's a great location for a walk with the whole family.

This park is great for kids and has areas for dogs. I enjoyed talking by the river and along a creek. It has a great open play area to kick a ball. Often food truck and ice cream truck are around. It has several shelters and bbq near by. My kids enjoyed playing in the trees and the play area. There are toilets here too.

Fantastic place to take your dog for a walk and some off lead time being a dedicated/declared off-lead zone. Plently of open space and which can get busy on the weekend with a huge array of different dog breeds running around.

Great place to take the family, especially the furry members. 2 enclosed dog areas (good, with signs saying more features to come) plus the large grassed areas of off lead allowed, with river access. Highly recommend for anyone with dogs who need good amount of exercise.

Been there on a Sunday. Very nice dog park. Heaps of people with their dogs and a very nice relaxing atmosphere. Water station everywhere. Bins and free bags fairly close to all corners of the park plus some extra in between. Small Ball hire station :)
