Very cool playground for 1+ year olds . Got BBQ' as well!

This is a beautiful Park set amongst luscious trees and Green Grass all year round. It's a beautiful spot for a picnic or a family day out with lots of space including kids playground area, electric barbecues and plenty of Shady areas. It's adjacent to the Maylands yacht club and overlooks the beautiful Swan River with the Optus Stadium and city skyline. Lots of Wildlife including pelicans and Swans. Plenty of parking spots and toilets nearby. Good spot to bring your dog down for stroll.There is also a generous sized children's play area at the top of the hill of the park next to the second car park . Is very popular with the kids and have some great Shady spots too.

The park has astonishing view of the stadium over the swan river. Well equipped playground for the kids. It seems to be a nice out stop for kayaking.

Bardon Park is a top class public park for everyone. Great views of Swan River and Optus stadium. Scenic path to walk or cycling. Barbeque facilities to have a family picnic. Children play area and lovely couple of ponds. Additionally, you can order Wood Fired Pizza and enjoy with the beautiful surroundings.

Nice place to be close to border of East Perth and Maylands. Beautiful area with plenty of car parking, plenty of spaces for adults and kids, pets to play and relax on weekends or holidays. Fantastic view of Crown casino or Swam river. Mostly, I liked the park ground, huge and plenty space for outdoor games.

Stunning park with river views and really great kids play areas, BBQs, and wheel chair-friendly picnic tables. The resident ducks can be a bit annoying because they're so tame they join your picnic uninvited! But worth it.

Great things for the j8ds to play on and great views

I'm 100% bias, this park is the best in Perth. Growing up in Maylands it was always a wonder of swampy habitat and hidey holes. Now, as an adult, the facilities have come a long way, the vegetation is grass is always well managed and maintained and those core memories are re-engaged as familiar bits of playground and trees are still there in a well kept state. Well done City of Bayswater on maintaining a fantastic Park and reserve.

A great place to spend time with family and friends or with pets.

Lovely park next to the river, with shade nearby and amazing views of the city. Kids had a blast on the flying fox, couldn’t get them off! However, I’d avoid the toilets - they were absolutely horrid, at least in my experience. Other than that, this may be one of our favourite parks north of the river!

Used this quiet park as a starting point for a shaded river walk. Good parking area and around a half hour walk to East Perth inlet.

The flying fox in the playground is awesome!!! Heaps of mosquitoes though so bring mosquito repellent. Saw a turtle in one of the ponds but the council needs to clean them up as they are FULL of algae. Not alot would survive in that water with the depleted oxygen from the algae so I was surprised to see a turtle in there...prob a very hungry one

Great place close to the river, with a large oval allocated to dogs to exercise off lead. I have visited a number of times and rarely meet any other dogs in the exercise area. It’s a great place to take your dog to exercise off lead and not be concerned about aggressive little dogs and their irresponsible owners.

A gigantic play space - a large nature play park at the top of the hill with a long flying fox, and another park at the bottom of the hill near the lake. BBQs, toilets, lots of wildlife to see too!

A well maintained garden with good walkways. Quite busy at all tines of the day with cyclists, commuters, joggers, dog walkers and wheel hair users. People say 'hello" as they pass. Dogs are kept under control or on a leash. A most enjoyable walk fir me and my 32 Kg dog.

Great area for families to meet and picnic. The playgrounds are great fun for the kids

Nice park with walk/cycle track along the river to the city. Plenty of parking, and take away pizza van late afternoon/ early evening. Good kids play area.

Stumbled across this place recently on a river walk and am ashamed to admit that as an East Perth resident, I didnt know about it. Loads of parking,big playground for the kids, right on the river, great views of the city, duck pond and a lil pizza van that's serving up most nights. Great little park

It was really nice, you can stay for the 1pm canyon 😎 so cool. There's a guillotine and you can also get pics with it.

Beautiful Park with beautiful scenery and Swans the water

Peaceful, great Riverside location, my dog loved it. (On leash and off leash areas). Great place for a picnic, BBQ seating, shady spots, playground and riverside cycle/walk path.

Clean park plenty of free BBQ and two play grounds. Top car park is on top of a steep hill so if you want to easily access the lower part park at the sailing club.

Fun park for kids with lots of play equipment including a flying fox. The view of the river towards is beautiful and can be a relaxing place to sit and relax. At the top you can play sport on a large oval area. The upper area also has a modern playground with an older style playground at bottom. My kids like playing here. There is a small pond if you have radio controlled boats. Often there is a food van. There is also a car park. The river walking and riding track goes through the park if you would like to start a ride or run here. The track follows the river.

Beautiful spot with lots of playground and includes a zip line. Has a bbq. Ample of parking spots. Has a public toilet facility nearby. You also sometimes see the local Scouts group have their outdoor activities there. Buddha’s Light Scouts Group. The park is well kept and obviously the council has put in effort keeping it nice. Would recommend it!!

Lovely grassy park with pretty views of the river, a pond, trees for shade and also open areas for kids to play, and there is a good playground with a flying fox slide. Often has refreshment vans in the car park and there are delis nearby.
