Great peaceful park by the river with a small jetty. Small playground, BBQ, tables and chairs. Heaps of grassed area to run around on. Parking is very difficult at times

Has a nice little beach and a jetty the kids can fish off. Good spot for water sports like light boat sailing, kayaking or supping. Has good amenities a play ground and large grassed areas. I'm quite sure it has gas barbecues as well. Great spot for a picnic.

It is a really awesome place I have ever seen before. And cool things is that this place is really neat and clean more than other river sides. I have recode some videos but only 2 videos because I dont want to be a spoiler for visitors. My personal suggestion is to visit thjs place on sunset only. You will get a really beautiful scene.😍

Recently, we had a BBQ eve at shelley Foreshore, and it went on a bit late till 8 pm, but unfortunately, we couldn't see since there were no lights that's the only set back otherwise it's a fantastic place to relax with family

Great place for families with children to use the children's playground facilities or the BBQ facilities with public toilet building just nearby. Couples with dogs can let their dogs to play around in the open field or on the beach, or even splashing in the water! The concrete cycle paths or walkways meandering along the river side are great for people to cycle along or walk with ease while enjoying the breeze from the river. The Jetty sets the tone for taking scenic photos with the swans swimming in the background against the Perth city in the distance!

It's beautiful and peaceful place that's perfect for picnicking. There's plenty of space with good visibility. My only complaint is that there could be more trees as it can get quite hot.

This is an excellent place to have an evening picnic with a large group. Our Probus club comes every year in January with about 60 attending. Plenty of shaded lawn and BBQ's. Parking can fill up quickly so go early

A nice place to be out and about to soak in the nature. Plenty public ameneties along the way to make it for a pleasant walk, run or cycle. If you are into Park run, come down here every Saturday from 8am.

Popular among joggers, bike riders and those getting their dose of daily exercises and cardio. Well maintained, clean and ideal for picnics and get together.

This large reserve area is great to cool down in the hot summer afternoons. It has a children's playground, public toilets, shaded picnic areas and bbq's. The beach area is good for a splash or can jump off the jetty but check the depth first! A favourite for us and great for young kids.

Beautiful foreshore. The calm, peaceful and beautiful environment brought relaxation. A place for family as well. There is a Public BBQ set with a water supply, pagoda shade, public toilets and a children playground. Good for outdoor activities.

Great facilities, public toilets and barbeque. The enclosure with the sand bar next to the boat house is an especially good place to exercise your dog. Make sure to bring some balls to drop into the donation box in memory of the golden retriever.
