This may well be my second review of the delightful 'Subiaco common'. It is located in the CBD Centro Heartland off Salvado Road..a street or two from Bunnings and Homebase Centre in Subiaco. The park is surprisingly large, and consists of paths amongst beautiful trees, a large lake with a fountain in the middle, a lovely playground for the kids, lots of grassed areas, open spaces, and water features. The paths are generally sheltered by trees, and are absolutely gorgeous for long strolls, especially during autumn and spring. The Common is seemingly below street level. It is surrounded by Centro style homes and high-rise buildings, with views across the common area....not unlike a mini version of Central Park in New York! I hope the photos give you a taste of this beautiful grand arboretum... Yes..yet another 'hidden gem' in the wilds of Subi... awaiting the curious traveller or tourist. ๐Ÿ˜Š

It is one of the better parks I have seen. Beautiful water feature and relaxing sounding water ways. Plenty of space for dogs if you are a dog person and lovely manicured gardens all around.

Really nice neighborhood and dare I say it the leafiest place in all of Perth? The tree canopies that line the streets here is just insane! I visited the area awhile back and it still is fresh in my mind. Green's not my favourite color but I can appreciate all the green here!

Playgrounds don't get much more peaceful than Subiaco Common Play Space. As you play in the shade you can hear the water in the stream flowing down to the big lake at the other end of the park - this is one of those parks where you can play the day away and forget about all your worries as you soak in the tranquillity. BBQs. No toilets.

Great relaxing park, not toilets (that i could see). Watch out for the knuckle heads on motorised skateboard's on the ROADS, no lights dressed in BLACK (temporary Australians ) , unfortunatly also scooters on road.

A really wonderful park with a great big pond. With a neat little playground which makes it even more inviting. I love how it has has a river flow that you can follow along. If you are looking for a place to either cook and eat at this park has a few pergolas to choose with public use bbq to use. It's a very well looked after and used place that will see me and my family coming back to in the future to come. Definitely give this place a visit!

๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ I went to Subiaco Theater Gardens on a Giant Hunt. Again I found a huge beautiful piece of Artwork by Thomas Dambo. The whole park is a beautiful setting, with lots of trees and green grass (rare in Perth)

๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ Our 1 year old adores this place for its diverse playground (both in terms of variety of equipment and the ages it caters to). Fully fenced so she can't run off, and although small, packs a lot in. Located inside an old wonderful grassy park with gnarky peppermint groves and barbeques. A hit!

๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ A great park, such a calm, pleasant atmosphere to relax with a coffee. The magpies and crows were inquisitive and friendly also.
