May drive Parkland got something for everyone for the kids to explore and play. Beautiful little lake with little island in the middle with playground for the kids. Learn about the dinosaurs, with all the different statues and info on them. Nice restaurant to have a bite and a beverage. It's just a lovely place to visit and relax.

A beautiful corner inside Kings Park. The area is good and big enough to spend half of your day with your kids. Playground, water and ducks, scriptures, greens and birds. Toilets available. BBQ facilities. A lovely Cafe on site.

This is a lovely area for families with small children. There's a nice pond with ducks on, and a small play area on a little island. There's also other play equipment, and dinosaurs to climb over and play on, plus a lot of open space where the kids can run around. There's a nice café with toilets behind, and a separate toilet block on the other side of the pond. The Perth Explorer hop-on, hop-off bus stops here, breaking up the 2 hour circular route, if you choose.

This parkland and playground was fantastic, one of the best I've been to in a while! Beautiful native shady trees, massive lawn areas, brilliant nature play with swings, slides a windy walk, a shallow lake as well as four massive native Australian dinosaur statues around the grounds too. BBQs, toilets, a cafe nearby and waste/recycling bins too. This place is excellent for all ages, but the knee deep lake isn't fenced off so those with toddlers have to keep a close eye (which as parents we should be doing anyway). Loved it!!

One of the best part of Kings Park for Kids to burn energy and have a ball on multiple things to do. If you have young ones that like water will need to keep a close eye on them so they fall into the pond around the center Playground. Water is not deep but deep enough for kids to fall in and go under.

Beautiful playground area and great hit with the kids. Water is a nice touch, not the cleanest but just don't drink it. Cafe is available however we did not use it for our visit.

This park has always been the best within Kings Park It has a cafe and heaps of fun activities for the kids (with supervision as there is a large lake here). Great for a family picnic.

Great spot for the whole family. Great dinosaur themed playground. Raised wooden feature walkways incorporate features for kids to climb up and on and slide down. Plenty of grass for everybody to sit, play and relax.

Great place for kids holiday. There are 8 bbq's place and very wide playground. Eventhough have a lot of visitor, you can still find empty spot for your family to relax. Never feel crowded in this place. I can sleep under the tree shadow in this hot weather on summer. Kids didn't got skin burn because there is a water "mist" play spot. This is one of the best park in Perth

Cool with lots of shady areas to enjoy a play and run around - The kids had fun. The wind kept the temperature comfortable. Lots of parking spaces for a Sunday lunch time which was surprising. The island was a hit even though the drain for the misting area was blocked and there was a big puddle!

Awesome place for picnic and families. We had a reunion by the Vietnam pavilion. Parking can be scarce though which made it a long walk for some oldies or drop them off and find a carpark.

Never been before,it's a great little park .. although needs more for 2/4 yr Olds as it's catered more for older children. Dinosaurs were cool...Need a huge diplodocus in the middle of the lake that would look awesome and a few more huge Breasts around!Nice to have a decent Cafe too.

So serene & calming yet still a great, safe place for children.🚸Well designed & thought out spaces. So well designed one forgets King's Park is in the centre of Perth City🌇Very pleasant way to spend a morning or afternoon... Just chilling... or playing with the children. Educational👩‍🏫too. All the plants🌱& trees🌳have signs giving their name, history & use/s.

Great, green, relaxing place. Went to check out the native local plant display. Cafe, lake with bridge to playground on a central island, a large timber walk bridge and slides for kids. Walk through to the renowned DNA tower.

👍 Every boab tree is unique. They have character and personality as you would expect of such an ancient creature. Some individual boab trees are 1500 years old and older, which makes them the oldest living beings in Australia, and puts them amongst the oldest in the world. Aboriginals used the giants...
