It’s a good playground for toddlers, especially if they are at an age where planes and trains are interesting for them because the flight path for landing at perth airport is basically overhead and theres a metro train line on the corner. My boys were loving it.

Great local markets held once a month. Went to the recent night markets they are brilliant. Special kids area heaps of food trucks and plenty of variety with the stalls. There is almost always a cool car display as well.

A pleasant quiet park with a small playground surrounded by mature trees and defended by two 25 pounder artillery pieces from WW2 in working order ...

The history was amazing and you can buy a booklet for a small fee of $2 to tell you all about it.

Beautiful spot, toilets are feral. Byo toilet paper and soap. Also disinfectant spray for the toilet seat you need to clean before use.

Big park in the middle of Guildford with some nice heritage items spread about the place. Seems fairly well maintained and is nearby some good bars and cafes.

Stirling Square is a picturesque park, one of the points of interest on the self-guided walk through historic Guildford. Located in the heart of Guildford, this beautiful park is a great venue for picnics, catch ups with kids at the playground or even weddings in the gazebo. The park surrounds St Matthews Church, built in 1873. During my stroll around the grounds I took in the delightful ANZAC commemorative rose gardens, the war memorial, the Stirling Memorial Gates and the majestic sugar gum trees. In close proximity of the hustle and bustle of the Guildford shops and eaterys, the park is a perfect spot to take time out during a hectic day.

This location has a lot of history. If you are into historical places and reading up on them, then Stirling Square is a place you may like to visit. Besides the historical, Stirling Square is close to a few other places that are worth visiting. Alfred's Kitchen, for example, a must if you like hamburgers and the Stirling Arms if you want a drink. Guildford in general is an interesting place to visit. There is always lots to see and plenty of places to eat out.

The markets were great on a Saturday afternoon, This particular Saturday also included the oddities market, which was very worth it. We braved the 40 plus degree day and were rewarded with such amazing offers and sights. We will be back

😐 It's a lookout in a muddy car park....that's it.... just some stairs and a concrete platform...great view of the hills and the skyline.
