Worst CP since we left home 2 1/2 months ago. You are greeted with huge pot holes, sites are untidy & broken uneven concrete pads, amenities are covered in bugs & insects and to top it all off the power went out as soon as started cooking our dinner. Had to put fridge onto gas as it didn’t come back on till sometime after 8AM the next morning. This according to a few l spoke to was all to common. Thank god it wasn’t a hot night. We had originally booked into to stay a week after 1 night of we couldn’t stay a minute longer.....of course a no refund policy!!! While the mangers are limited to what they can do perhaps the owners should look at spending some money on the power system & upgrading the grounds. Very very disappointed as it was in a fantastic spot. Done my dash on Acclaim parks for good as this was a second Acclaim park both with a need for some major upgrades.

This place isn't worth recommending. No electricity at peak times, we're freezing here in September. The bin is a community one, and is over filled. The camp kitchen is disgusting, rusty, dirty barbecues with filthy tables and furniture. To want to visit the Swan Valley, and this is your caravan park is a disgrace, it's the most expensive park we've encountered, and it is sincerely not worth it. It needs a massive upgrade, and a new change of attitude from owners.

Me and my mum moved into a cabin here after spending 3 and half months homeless living in her car a small Hyundai Getz, totally loved it here made some awesome mates, the former manager informed me that the other cabins are long term and if you have a job works in your faither to get one just started a new job and the park changed managers and now informed that none of the cabins are long term and to be told we only have a week left here due to we have been here for 87 days, which has really upset my mum and I because we love living here with all our new friends to now be in a week's time living in the car again ☹️ wish they could make some arrangement with us so we don't have to go. But other than that it is a lovely place to stay.

Been coming to this park for six years on and off. Park could be better. Considering the position. Very handy for all the attractions. Owners need desperately to spend money on this park. Manager tries his best but has his hands tied by the owners not wanting to spend any money. Ablutions nice and clean caravan sites as good as they are going to get.

Shabby rubdown potholes everywhere. Spend some money people. The long termers are keeping this park afloat. Someone should report the owners for bad management

Absolutely horrible, we were renting short term in 2019 January and there was a stabbing over drugs and a lady. Very poor tourist park would recommend bringing children here also the manger was rude and all about the money!! Over priced for something like this dump

Manager very friendly. So close to all the great vineyards so much to see and do. Clean older facilities. Big old boiler which takes time to heat up but well worth the wait for a lovely hot shower. Washing machines and dryer. Close to Mildlands and Guilford for shopping. Pet friendly. We will be back

If you're a tourist and looking for a relaxing place to stay then keep driving! Definitely not somewhere I would recommend for travellers, it's actually more of a permanent van park. The facilities are very old and the van pads leave a lot to be desired with cracked concrete and very sad looking surroundings. It's also perfectly placed in the flight path to enjoy the underside of the planes and accompanying noise as they fly overhead. But the crowning glory was finding a syringe in the men's toilets. On the flip side all the other campers were friendly and quiet even though it was NYE but do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else

If you expect even slightly modern amenities give this place a miss. Any repairs were done a very long time ago and very dodgy. The showers were cleaned last century maybe. Check out the photo of the rusty washbasin and tiles in the showers. Lid on the power box busted off and letting rain in. Potholes 120mm deep in the bitumen. On the good side the showers were good and hot and the place is quiet. Others liked it as was rustic.

We booked in for 10 days, and there have been zero regrets! Yes there were pot holes as you drove in, but not as many as there are on the roads we pay tax dollars to fix! The apartment we stayed in was bigger then we expected. The shower was amazing! Hot and so much water pressure, it was just as good as a massage. There was a full sized fridge and great cooking facilities. My children have been so happy here. They made friends with other kids in the park, and I have hardly seen them. They're off playing and making memories - like we used to do when we were younger. The facilities were great and exactly what we need. I loved the fact that there was no WiFi. My kids got to live life outside of a screen. It's quiet enough, that you can sit in the sun with a drink and food while the kids play. And still within 10 mins of any shop you need. Absolutely love this place!!! If I could buy a cabin here, I most definitely would! And management... they have been wonderful. Helping with anything they can, and so easy to approach. If you're looking for a family friendly and memory making place to stay, I could recommend this place enough!

Absolutely degusting. Floor dirty, mattress was wet with urine and the smell was there all night. Never been so disappointed.

Room was very basic but reasonably clean, air con was not working but given a fan heater to warm the place up. If you you have a large vehicle or 4 wd you will not be able to pack next to your cabin parking area ver y small. The cabin served our purpose but will not stay there again.

Great location central to all the Swan valley attractions. Kids enjoyed riding around the park & the kangaroos along the fence line. The park does fall behind others in terms of maintenance but we didn't experience any issues. Thanks

‘The best campsite I’ve ever been to’ as voted by our 6yr old. He loved watching all the planes coming overhead. The pool is amazing too, this campsite is in a great little spot. Very quiet campsite other than the planes coming over head (as you would expect being so close to the airport) we would definitely come again!

I would love if people could learn from my absolutely horrible experience that only lasted 1hr45ish minutes at this absolute dive. This is my first ever review but I’m disgusted as a new father and as my first time in Perth the way it went. It’s long but worth the read. Arrived there and met Glen at the office, seemed nice at the time. Got to my patch was no 113 on the site. This is down at the very back in the full timers area. ( which is 70% of this place they call a caravan park) . However to discover the next door people were blaring music and smoking illegal drugs at 4:30 pm on a Saturday, smashing glass and hitting golf balls against their caravan annex. I reached out to glen and asked him would it be possible to move but there was no space available and didn’t seem too concerned for me and my family (13 week old baby). He then went on to make a very inappropriate comment about young lady’s (young) skinny dipping in the mornings. I did not find this one bit funny or professional. The cabin across from me there was a mentally ill man who went off, shouting and banging in his cabin so we felt very unsafe. His full time neighbour came and apologised and said he does this one or twice a week and this is normal(absolutely not normal) safe to say we packed up within 15 minutes and fled. Rang the next morning and got no where with a refund. I would highly advise to stay as far away as possible and especially with a family. Kip

Very friendly staff Good hot showers I stayed in the camp site. Petrol station out the front.. Exiting the park takes a bit of time. As west swan rd can be very busy at times. All in all great park to stay. Will be back.

Caravan park in ideal situation for visiting Swan Valley. Powered sites tight for longer vans. Laundry needs more than 2 washing machines, particularly if one person uses the 2 machines. Service Station at front of the park has reduced hot food available from when we were here last. Fuel.price very competitive.

We stayed on the 24th till 25th floors where dirty with chocolate melted on it. Double bed had springs coming thru it. My step daughter didn't have a towel but the pool was beautiful.

It pretty poor when there is no hot water and you can't even have a shower. There a few things that may be forgiveable but charging for basic facilities you can't use is not one of them. I was appalled to find out there was no hot water for a shower. One thing most go to a caravan park sites for is a shower and to be connected to electricity and gas. 🙄

Perfect stop over after a delayed flight into Perth, the manager was great and welcoming, and he did a fantastic job at making us feel at ease after naively thinking we’d be able to find some where to stay late on a Saturday evening
