Completely disappointed at the small area that dogs are allocated for an 'off lease exercise area" . We recently moved here from Dalkeith where 95 percent of the river front is dogs off lease if under control. Seems there are must be a lot of anti-dog people in the Town of Cambridge. Perry Lakes and Bold park are huge areas and understandably need to be protected. But obviously there is little to no faith placed in dog owners to control their dogs. The exercise area is completely inadequate in size for any real exercise for dogs and owners..

Beautiful big park for dogs and other recreational activities

Lovely area. Lots of friendly dogs. Attended the first Canines of Cambridge festival here and we had a blast! The Cambridge Rangers really adore dogs :)

This is a wonderful dog exercise area & very cool because of the Trees. Dogs can run freely & do what they do best, play! There is water for them & plenty of friendly locals, who regularly exercise their 'friends ' & are for the best part, always up for a 'yarn'. I notice some dogs venture into the nearby wetlands but please beware as I have seen snakes on the northern side of the lake, close to the skate park and obviously it is their habitat. Freely available & convenient parking if you want to 'lob' in and give yourself & 'man's best friend' a treat.
