Very much a city caravan park. The amenities were dated, but I must say, super clean and tidy. Good size camp kitchen and the toilet and shower alway clean. The grounds itself are very much below average. The vast majority are permanent and very untidy. Most of the caravan sites are in a state disrepair, like ours, an old 50mm pipe out of the ground and smashed, don't fix it, just paint it with white paint. Concrete pad so out of level you need to use ramps. The local permanent resident must see other people so infrequently, they need to stop and stare with open mouth. Next time I will make some photos of myself for them to keep. The park is very much on the "classic" end and must only be clinging onto being a Big4

I stayed here recently with my partner, and it was amazing, it was a lovely couple of nights to ourselves, we had our own clean space. The service was great. The only thing is the reception, I struggled to find good tv channels or being able to use my phone but it was a good break away from social media and my partner and I could focus on each other.

Certain quirks made our stay uncomfortable. 1. Significant presence of permanent residents made for a sense of proprietary ownership. For example one person used 3 out of the 4 washing machines available at same time even though she had only started one when we arrived! Large son stood by, intimidating. 2. Only 1 toilet access key given for 2 independent adults. 3. The area is central to services and the airport, but also feels pretty edgy. Heard 3 police sirens over a couple of nights. The toilets themselves were kept spotless, cleaners obviously very good standard. Staff at reception were also courteous and professional.

We stayed in A/B Chalet. Absolutely fantastic. Huge space. The room was cleaned to perfection and all staff went above and beyond to help you. Highly recommend.

Fantastic caravan park, the people that work here, from managers to reception to cleaning are all lovely, polite, saying hello and always with a smile. The people in the park are equally friendly, it’s a very family orientated atmosphere, even though I am by myself I feel very welcome. I had documents I asked to be scanned and emailed to me, no problem and done straight away. The facilities are very clean and tidy and overall the park is extremely well kept. It’s a caravan park I am going to miss for sure and one of the best I have stayed in. Thank you for the hospitality

Lovely tidy place to stay and affordable. I'd say the studio rooms could do with a broom, but staff were super helpful and sorted me out. I'd definitely book to stay here again! The recreation room is great. Enjoying my time here

Caravan site was good nice and level and large enough to get our 25 ft van on (overall length) Only problem we had was that the sullage line was blocked resulting in a back flow of fatty stinking sullage from???? this ran back onto our site and under the van smell was awful . However this was fixed and sullage washed away later that night.

Reception very helpful and courteous. The sofa bed was saggy & very uncomfortable. When informed, they were happy for us to use the unit next to our unit so we had two comfortable beds for a small extra cost. Maybe the saggy bed should have been checked prior to our arrival, but they did help us straight away

We stayed in a family studio room. It was a big room. The beds were comfortable, the linen was clean. The decor was a little outdated, but tidy. The bathrooms were close to the room, and they were always kept clean and the shower was hot and had good water supply. The pool spa was not heated. Overall a good stop for our two nights.

Loved our stay at Midland Big 4. The interconnecting Chalet we stayed in was very roomy and clean and well set up for large groups/families. Park was small, private and quiet and close to shopping centres and takeaway shops. Facilities were really well looked after and clean easy to locate and use. Was so lovely waking up to our beautiful view from our chalet so peaceful would definitely recommend and stay again

The front desk staff were so cheerful, helpful & accommodating considering we booked last minute. Nothing was too much trouble, even down to booking a second night & finding a spot for our second tow vehicle & trailer. Park is an older one but clean & tidy. Permanent residents are friendly. Some sites are tight to get into but with a little patience & skill it can be done. Quiet park also. Will stay again if we are ever in the area. Thank you for making our stay a good one.

Well located caravan park with adequate powered site. Clean amenities with plenty of showers and toilets. Super awesome kitchen! Great entertainment room with heaps of DVDs and books. Would hope to have more bins or higher collection rate as the bins filled up very quickly. The blue gum trees can be quite annoying as the fruits kept dropping onto the caravan too and can be quite difficult to remove.

Partner and I have stayed twice now, one tent site and one in the family studio.. We absolutely loved the place, staff, facilities and friendly neighbours. Will most definitely be back! Thanks again Big4!

Good park, amenities very clean. Has a laundry & disabled bathroom. You need to ask for a code at reception if you need to use it. You do hear the incoming flights overhead.

Have stayed there for about the last 13 years and the park is at its best currently. Friendly and helpful staff. Everything you need for a comfortable overnight stay is here..

I really hope the owners and upper management review the footage watching the managers child roam free with no supervision. We were only “disruptive” in the last 3 days. But stayed for months, all because we stood up for ourselves One of the worst experiences. The managers child roam the the park and always no supervision. Constantly expected to be a free baby sitter of said children. Every time I’d try keep my kids at home the managers kids would take them away every chance they got. The managers daughter locked our daughter in the disabled bathrooms (ours is 2 years younger then their daughter)(my daughter is 5) then blamed us. We don’t even know the code so how would my daughter? I received a written warning for this. They needed to keep their children at home so they are not constantly taking my kids away from my site and I’m having constantly chase mine across the park every 5 minutes The managers have a fire pit and would have people in there house constantly for drinks. We had seen this fire pit and they told us an order for heaters had been put in, 2 for the camp kitchen. Yet they kept one for there house at the cost of Big4 and only installed one in the camp kitchen. We got a written warning for using an enclosed fire pit for one night. (Manager is the example of behaviour, with them owning a fire pit then and using it. It’s not crazy for residents to think they can do the same) I’m sure they will claim they have never used it. How convenient They would allow people to block our only foot path to the toilet block. When I tried to tell management I was told “we are trying to cause drama” the people staying at the lot claim the managers gave them permission to block the foot path and no one should walk through So my child and myself would have to walk across hoses and power cords risking tripping when it’s night time instead of using the communal path. (Having cord lay all over the floor for people to walk over is against all OHS regulations) A resident in the Park gave our 12 year old a vape. The resident claimed to of never seeing this vape. We brought this up with management and again they claim it’s in the name of drama. Then claimed my child must of stole the vape. I questioned how that would be possible since the said resident had “never seen the vape”. Manager told me that oh well it must be that I work in a vape shop (which I do not) the constant story changing is a clear sign of lying and toxic behaviour. Cameras everywhere even at the caravan in question so should no issues providing videos evidence before making such a wild claim. They could not produce any. Just said “people sore her go there”. Well yeah generally how visiting someone goes you have to walk and see if there home 🤦‍♂️ When we told them we were leaving early as we could no longer deal with unprofessional behaviour and standards they have set. They quickly became quite defensive and behaved like children. They decided to lie and have attempted to get us black listed because of “our children’s” disruptive behaviour and money owing. Why is my child and myself penalised for the influence and behaviour set by the managers and managers children. We left the park with 13 days in advance with ledgers as proof. We have seen the email and it’s quit disgusting full grown adults would act like this. My child wouldn’t lie like this OHS is breached often when the managers child is doing maintenance work all over the park. 10/11yr old During school hours! It is very sad that Daniel the maintenance manager is such coward. He lies and hides behind them. Gives you the finger then physically runs away scared. They honestly have no idea how to parent. The house provided to them in the park is a disgusting pig sty that the owners should check it. Once we had enough of their children they tried to slander ours 🤦‍♂️ When we left he was trying to make me react. A “Professional manager” saying “haha we sent emails haha my partner is the other manager for this park”. All on camera in the front office. Because that’s how adults work 👌👌

Great place to end our camper van trip in Western Australia, short drive to lots of shops. Very quiet at night, amenities were all clean. Over all a nice little park to spend two nights in.

Not a great experience unfortunately. Didn’t feel secure. Small caravan site, we didn’t put awning out so we could park car. Allot of permanents and long stayers in cabins. The cleaner and maintenance guy do a great job at keeping the place tidy but amenities are old. Wouldn’t stay again.

The team at BIG4 Perth Midland Tourisk Park is amazing - very well-communicated and helpful throughout my stay for 2 nights as a stopover from Melbourne. I didn't get to use any facilities as most of my time is out and about. However, the room is spacious and bed is comfy. Thank you once again for your hospitality.

All the staff were unbelievably friendly, willing to help and gave my wife and i alot of tips. They were fantastic in giving us a place to store the caravan with power for a night whilst we went over to Rottnest Island for a small fee of $20.00. That was great and made it so much easier for us to tour Rottnest Island without the worry of the caravan. Amenities were very good. Great park, and would be happy to stay again. Thank you to those lovely girls in reception over a couple days. There were at least four different girls and ladies and they were all brilliant.

Good location and easy access even for big vehicles. The amenities are nice and clean. There is not much room in between the spots so no privacy if want to sit outside. As with most of these campgrounds, the Wifi is bad.

Great location, close to State Equestrian Centre, Swan Valley and Midland. The rooms and cabins are always spotless and staff at reception friendly and helpful. Love the little cabins, with beautiful views of the trees.

First time at a big 4 so I didn’t really know what to expect. The cabin chalet Villa, whatever it was called, was great and a lot larger than what I expected for the price. I found everything u need near by which made things easy and convenient. The lady in the front office was nice and friendly. The site itself was clean and tidy and hopefully I can get in again at some stage as Perths accommodation is scarce and expensive at the moment. Thanks for having me stay and look forward to the next time.

Great caravan park. Good location to main shopping and only 10min to the beautiful Swan Valley. The park is well kept, very clean toilet facilities, the staff very helpful and friendly. I have no problem recommending this park for your next stay, we'll certainly book with them again!

We stayed in an Ergo unit 2 nights. Solid construction, quiet location and good temperature made for a restful night. Communal kitchen Nextdoor is well equipped and clean, also the laundry. The only disappointments were the rusty fittings in the shower and very outdated television set in the room.

Could not find much to fault with my two week stay. Clean, tidy, relaxing , comfortable. Staff were awesome Will always from now on stay at a big4 if available

This is a very nice spot to stay at! But I want to add that you should have kicked the group out that was fighting at 2am two nights ago, you were too lenient and gave too many chances even after police and ambulance showed up. Many complaints from various guests were made against this group.

Lovely caravan park, large sites, beautiful amenities, very clean, friendly reception lady. Easy to book via phone, terrible trying to do on line pre check in form. Bit far out from where we wanted but had no choice. Would recommend. Pity Perth has such a limited amount of caravan parks to fit tourists with dogs. (Most couldn’t fit our size van 24foot all up)

Travelled from SA via plane trip. The time difference meant we arrived after closing time which I hadn't thought of. Picking up hire car I had received a missed call from the park. On arriving after hours there were 2 lovely ladies that work at the park that were chatting to each other out the front. I was embarrassed but explained to them our situation & they made me feel at ease explaining to ring the number on this sign on the door. On our stay several times a lady in a van that works at the park would smile & wave to myself & my kids. Friendly & helpful staff. Kids love the ice blocks in the freezer.👍

The location of our cabin was perfect,a balcony with a picturesque view of the wonderful nature strip, waking up to the sound of kookaburras ,chickens and various birds was helpful in unwinding. Only issues we had was the air-conditioner gave me a headache and allergies causing stuffed head. A tip to other guests don't leave food unopened as ants will be yr best friend. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Stayed 2 nights here and was very impressed with the facilities. The hottest showers I've experienced at a Caravan Park, also very clean & tidy. A brilliantly equipped Campers kitchen and large laundry. We'll done, keep up the good work.

A smaller and older park with a lot of permanent residents. The staff are lovely and go out of their way to assist you. The park is very well maintained and the amenities are kept spotless. We enjoyed our two week stay here.

Wonderful peaceful stay. immaculately clean facilities (bathrooms, cooking and grounds), tent site was secluded in a good way and staff were helpful. Would definitely go back. The site is a short drive from Midland centre shopping centre and train station. We found this to be very convenient. Park was quite full but didn't feel full or noisy. It was very quite when we stayed. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was the tent parking car parking can be locked in by other holiday makers unintentionally causing a bit of delay if you needed to leave early in the morning for any sightseeing or commitments as what happened to us, but I am sure the park will rectify this by placing no parking signs up in the near future. Additionally for the differing information of staff members advising various time frames for our stay if we needed to extend. Initially we were informed we could extend to a maximum of 4 weeks where prior to the end of our stay another stated a maximum of 7 days which caused a slight panic. Luckily we didn't need to extend beyond 7 days so I didn't get to test which one was correct. Recommended for anyone looking for a caravan park in Perth.

Stayed 5 nights due to having fridge repairs in motorhome. Very well located. Easy bus and train service into Midland and Perth plus wineries etc. Site was large concrete slab. Facilities clean and tidy and staff were very helpful. Nice and quiet as well. Recommend it to all.

I needed a safe spot to camp for a night while travelling solo and Midland Big 4 was awesome. Accomodating, friendly, fantastic amenities, easy access and easy to find. I would gladly stay again.

Parked our van here for 4 nights. Lovely park, the sites were large with concrete and grass. Amenities were clean and well laid out. The location is perfect for a visit to the valley. We rode our bikes to the Robbie Williams concert and avoided all the traffic issues. Would stay here again.
