Great food. Great vibe. Employees are lovely. The owner needs a serious attitude adjustment considering he works in hospitality. Watched many customers receive shockingly rude service. Feel sorry for the employees to have to deal with that, but their politeness and good service certainly made up for the experience. If you hate serving people don’t buy a franchise?

Food was good and excellent but customer service was worst. I do understand that my order was large but the boy who took order was not coperative and was rolling while taking order and was signing during taking order. Very rude behaviour very much disappointed. His customer service made my day bad and i bought my mom for first time to have good gyg.😡😡😡😡

Friendly and Fast service. Tried Burrito and Nachos with spicy chicken option. Liked both of them . Store is clean and tidy. As we are sharing they offered us extra plates and cutlery.

Can’t find lettuce at your local supermarket? Come here and order the $3 taco, it’s 90% iceberg lettuce. The older gentleman who took my order was excellent - too good for this store. The other staff spent more time socialising than serving.

Disgusting food . Flies all over the place. I ordered beef taco and guess what it had no beef inside. The taco shell is made of white flour that is deep fried. This food is a disgrace to Mexican culture.

This place deserves 5 stars,I haven't eaten tacos for a long time because it was hard to get tasty tacos in Perth. Everything here is fresh and tasty.Service is friendly and fast.They give you delicious avocado dip fresh ly made.Even their potato chips are Devine.Now I can't get enough of this place in Northbridge! The prices are very reasonable too much better than eating at Mc Donald's.Come ad try you will love! Another important thing They are open until 11 pm!!

Honestly this franchise is one of my favorite , and there’s nothing in it for me and I’m not asking for a refund but unfortunately I have just finished my meal which I ordered to go from your branch, and I found and a hair in my food . And I don’t think this is the kind of quality you want your customers to expect . I have always wondered when is this going to happen because most restaurants here in WA don’t make wearing gloves and hair nets obligatory which is our right as customers. So I hope this become obligatory in all Guzman Y Gomez branches

These guys were so very helpful, I was unsure what to get and the manager had said his favourite was the pulled pork nachos, i had the pool pork nachos with jalapenos and they were absolutely amazing. Service was fantastic and so helpful.

i’m just sharing my experience, i love this food and i’m not doing any bad comments but i want to give you good feedback and also i already told to manager about this issue i try your food whenever i got chance like permanent customer but when i want to burritos bowl and i add extra coriander in my food, i never find chopped never ever and said to manager as well it looks like you given to animals. please advise to your cook try to chopped it properly because i worked in Guzman as cook. Thanks

The nachos are always great but the amazing service from Mark Collins last night made it even better. He made sure our food was served up to a good standard despite the wait. Give this man a promotion!

Not like your competitor beginning with Z who I made the mistake of ordering from. I ordered a burrito with slow cooked beef and jalapeños and I actually got what was ordered, hot and tasty with a very generous amount of filling. I also ordered a hard taco and was suitably impressed. No picture available because it was actually edible. Well deserved 5 stars, I'll certainly be back and advise others to go. Your staff are clearly a credit to your business. Thank you.

The food is good, and my family have ordered from here many times over the last few years. But this is now the 3rd time in a row we've paid for guacamole in the burritos and haven't got any! That's $2/burrito X 2 burritos at least each order for 3 orders in a row now!!! I'll have to visit for a $12 refund. Edit: so revisited GYG Northbridge again to order dinner after no response on my review. Spoke to the manager and showed him the review I had left, he just says thank you and started walking off before I called him back to address my complaint and he says "so you want 2 serves of guacamole?" Clearly he didn't want to offer me a refund or take $12 off the cost of my order.

The best burritos in Perth. Extremely fast service, and the friendliest staff. Get yourself a spicy chicken cali burrito and your taste buds will jump forward millions of years in evolution and gain sentience just so they can thank you.

Takeaway Mexican fast food restaurant. Meals can be ordered in advance online or at the counter. They also deliver by a food delivery service. Food comes out quickly and is fresh, always a good option later in the evening when you don't know what to have for dinner.

I came here to order food but staff and manager is very rude. I just order for nacho fries with veggies without mushroom but they refuse it and talk very rudely. I love guman Gomez food and always have it. But First time I have this experience at northbridge ....its not a good customer service.

The burritos are fresh to order, packed with taste (order spicy - it’s not too spicy) and good value meal deals that include a beer of you want. Service is hit and miss - grumpy and impatient isn’t unexpected. The franchise owner though is great and they work hard.

It is a great place for Mexican cuisine. The staff and service are so good that it feels like you are a guest at their home and not a customer at the restaurant.

Make sure you double check your order before leaving or when food gets delivered. I ordered a pulled pork burrito with extra jalapenos and sour cream. I got a chicken burrito with no extras that I payed for . I also ordered cheese fries as a side , I opened the box with the seal sticker ripped already, and half my food eaten . Not sure what's happened but wouldn't recommend putting your trust in the northbridge shop ,so disappointing

I ordered menulog from here. Has been a success every time. Not too long of a wait, and the food was packed well. Foil and paper packaging, love how sustainable they are.

Best Mexican fast food in Perth (though I understand that might be saying much).

I have eaten the last Saturday and order nachos fries and nachos but the nachos fries were in the wrong portion. It were smaller than always and with little chicken.

Very bad customer service, walked in without a face mask and with a medical exemption for it. The guy at the counter was nice but some random worker out of nowhere comes out and heckles me. I show him my exemption and name and he still wouldn’t let me order. Should learn to train there workers about having some respect.

I dined here last night. I had a corona and silly me pushed the lime in too hard and it bubbled over loosing half the beer on my table. The staff member saw what happened and immediately went and got me another one. This is above and beyond. You’ve won me! The bowl was also amazing, better than other Mexican takeaway brands I’ve had. Well done!

Used to love GYG, but was very disappointed with my order at this branch. Shredded mushroom bowl came with no lettuce, no cream cheese, no salsa (only diced tomato), and the mushrooms were extremely dry and salty.

I ordered here for the first time and their food portion was great. They serve the food in timely manner. I always order at GYG Belmont but their serving their was not that good. Its actually not enough. I would definitely comeback and recommend this place to my friends. And you have lovely staffs too!! ♥️⭐️

Guzman has the best nachos hands down. They freshly make all the tortilla chips in store for that fresh taste. What more could you want?

I don't really know if this was a good or bad GYG but we don't have a decent Mexican place in Hobart and this one was pretty dope.

My wife lost her wedding ring and thought it may have been in the bin. A lovely guy searched through all the food scraps without complaint and found it. We were delighted of course - service above and beyond with a smile!!!

Good service but I saw the manager give the staff a hard time when it was unessecary.

You were the only venue that did not disappoint me tonight. After being in three different restaurants in the area for 1.5 hours (all specialised in asian cuisine) I had to walk out from every one of them after waiting an average of 20 minutes without service. When on my way home, I passed by Guzman & Gomez and decided to give it a go since I did not want to go home on an empty stomach. Although your venue was full, I got my burrito in less than 10 minutes. That for a busy night in Northbridge is amazing. Keep it up guys!

The staff are fantastic, very kind and helpful. The manager is checking all orders because since a computer update a few weeks ago, the computer is glitches and making 2 orders instead of 1. He refunded our money after we didn't notice! Didn't mind our kids.

I’m no food expert but the nachos and burritos were very delicious and reasonably priced. Located in the heart of Northbridge Guzman y Gomez got pretty crowded sometimes, Especially with deliveroo and uber, love the self service condiments station, sorry I took all of your cilantros. I kicked out a cockroach one night because some customer were scared of them. Don’t worry it’s not from the venue itself but it came from the street.
