Around 6:30pm there's too much staff replacing the products in the shelf we can shopping properly. There's plenty of products with wrong prices, when go to pay prices is different or sometimes there's no prices. But anyway is a great supermarket that l go every day.

Normally I love woolies! But this location’s customer service REALLY STINKS. Had the displeasure today in meeting Svetlana, one of the self checkout assistants, and she treated me as if I was a thief the entire time. I was having issues with scanning items at the self serve cashier and she barged in saying I was doing it all wrong, claiming I wasn’t scanning products and just putting them into my bag. She then continued to hover over me watching me scan every item like a hawk and putting a store log in code whenever I had an issue (don’t understand why she couldn’t just waiver the bag weight option like an actual HELPFUL assistant). This isn’t the first time I’ve had awful customer service from this woolies, really think they’d do better considering this is a busy store.

Clean and lots of varieties of groceries , vegetables, fruits, poultry, meat&seafood items both frozen and fresh , fresh bakery items, Asian condiments, ready to eat frozen foods and self billing facility.

Well laid out store, easy to navigate. Really pleasant and helpfull staff, especially checkout staff.

Handy Woolworths store in the CBD, great for grabbing something quickly during lunch or in your way home from work. Not the most complete range considering it's a reasonably small store, but has the essentials.

in the heart of the city, its got all we need for both the office and home. decently sized, but a bit cramped. well stocked too, though on some Mondays, its seems to take them ages to replenish their stock. staff working there are generally friendly and helpful.

Food Court - Clean spacious and not like a big open canteen area - broken up well into spaces and has a licensed area ! Great design full of light - only tried one food outlet which was nice so can’t comment on the others - love the Woolworths on the bottom floor and connection through Hay St and St George’s Terrace- Woolworths - good one - separate sushi counter and Japanese dishes in fast cooked food I have not seen before - quick - lots of self serve - one of the nicer ones across Australia that I have seen

Superb shop and everything to hand, really handy and close to the hotel district.

Self checkout was very simple and it gets very busy during lunch time however staff handle it very well.

Charged me $12 for two Carlton Draught stubbies. Disgusting ripoff!!. Offended! No Christmas Carols in case they offend someone, but do not mind offending customers with their beer prices!!.

I like this Willie's it's got everything wanted ,also there's lots of varieties there's Asian Foods, Italian Foods Aussie Foods etc a whole range of Foods.Drop in an experience it for yourself I think you will like it.I let you in a little secret ,come in around 10 am.11am then 7pm. It gets pretty busy around 12 pm to 1 pm then around 7pm to closing so on , don't ask me why it seems to get busy on the other hours.

Some of the staff can have a bit of an attitude problem at times, I guess they may have to deal with a "range" of people coming in as customers, but it's still not right to allow a few rotten apples spoil it for the rest of us? Right?...

They have good knowledge of where the goods can be located. I particularly noticed the efficacy of Liz, Barbara and the Deli staff. The Deli staff are from Nepal and Bangladesh, always very friendly and helpful. Thank you🌞😀

It's really strange as a Scotsman holidaying in Perth to see "Woolies" as it is long gone in the high street back in the UK. However they are different over here as it is more of a supermarket in Australia. Having said that they have a variety of produce at great prices. Oh by the way if you are over in Australia for a month, check out prepaid Sims from Telstra and Optus as they have massive data and include free calls back to the UK

I spent around $250 to collect the cute stickers but the staff told they didn’t have them any more. I was so disappointed and if you want to collect the Disney stickers please go another wws.

My shopping experience here to date was mostly good. The range of products is limited in some areas. But, broadly speaking, they have a good sense of who their customers are, what they need, like and want.

the prices are reasonable n the goods are well-presented n easy to locate. Check-outs are more than othe stores. You hardly have to queue. Besides, buses are plentiful n frequent along St George's Terrace.

Always got what is needed. Older Service lady could be a bit more happier and smile alot more. Seems like she works there but has lost interest in doing anything else. Not a face you want to see when your beginning your day. A smile goes a long way

This is my local store and I love the smile and greetings I get from the staff in the bakery and how the lady with the big bright smile greets me ! She always have my Dark rye bread ready and will pick it for me just when I am about to come in. A lot of my friends would love the service we get and it’s like you feel at home! Margaret at the check out is such a delight as well! Adore quests Woolworths!
