As always… ISCHIA Restaurant do not disappoint! Some of the amazing food in Perth. If you are a foodie, this is your spot! No matter what you pick from the menu, it will blow you away! Very tasty…. Staff is ALWAYS friendly, make you feel like you are right at home. Very clean. What an atmosphere! Did I mention they make the best pizza in town? They also have the awards to back it up! Thank me later, I take bribes in lunches at ISCHIA!

This is one of my favorite Italian joints in Perth! Can’t go wrong with the wood fired pizzas, crab pasta, and grilled squid. All the food is amazing and it’s BYO! The best part is the staff is so friendly and accommodating. If you love authentic wood fired pizza and traditional Italian cuisine then I recommend checking out Ischia. ❤️

I visited Ischia for the first time on a Tuesday night. The service was nice, fast and the dishes really good! The portions very generous and the favour quite enjoyable 🙂 the prices are a bit high but nothing unusual for this type of restaurants. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends!

Authentic Italian! The better pizza and pasta experience! Need to book as the place can get busy!

The pasta was very ordinary. I had the chicken and egg pasta which was all stuck together and not a great texture. The chicken parmigiana was very flat and uneventful. The stand out was the pizza and the dessert which had the more authentic italian flavours. The service was also great and it is open pretty late on week days

Risotto balls are nice, and staff are nice too. However, the air-conditioning is really not strong enough for summer lunch, so cannot give it 5 stars. It was also very noisy like a traditional street market. Personally it is a no-no to me.

We shall start with the food. First off the Linguine al Granchio Blue. The pasta was cooked al dente with some nice tomatoes, and garlic to give it some more flavour. The chilli also added some spice as well as some nice high quality olive oil. The crab was also delicious with the creamy pasta. Also good portion size. 9/10. Next is the Fettuccine all’uovo con pollo. It had a nice texture with freshly made pasta and well cooked chicken, as well as the Sundried Tomatoes, Mushroom and spinach adding a good amount of flavour. The creamy garlic sauce also added a lot to the dish. 8/10. Thirdly we have one of the specials at the time. The Prawn Risotto. It had Prawn, Sausage and chilli with some creamy Prawn Risotto. It was very tasty and had a perfect texture and was nice and filling. 8.5/10. Now for the Carbonara. It was perfectly al dente with a good portion size of creamy spaghetti. It had onion, guanciale and some things like garlic to make the dish even better. Solid 9/10. The 4th dish my group tasted was the Chicken Ravioli with broccoli sauce. It had broccoli and some sauce to compliment well with the Chicken Ravioli. It was creamy, thick and filling! Anything you can hope for considering it’s a Chicken Ravioli! 8/10. Next up is the Ischia Prawns with Pasta. It had nice and fresh King Prawns, spicy chilli, Garlic and creamy tomato sauce. Unfortunately there was a bit too much pasta compared to the prawns especially considering it was a prawn based dish. Still delicious though and good portion sizes. 7/10. Finally we have the Pappardelle Ragu. It was tasty with al dente pasta with delicious fresh beef and a nice red wine to par with the tomato sauce. 8/10. Next up is the sides! The garlic bread was nice and soft with a good amount of garlic butter. 8.5/10. Lastly for the sides we had the Deep Fried Camembert Cheese. It was absolutely delicious with perfect melted cheese and crumbing. 10/10. We also had some drinks. The chocolate milkshake was nice and cold and chocolatey though all milkshakes are not included on the menu. 7/10. The other milkshake we had was strawberry which just tasted like blended strawberry milk. Not terrible though. 6/10. Now for the service. It was very good with the food coming quickly and one of the waiters have very good humor in them. Added to the experience! All the waiters were all very polite and listen to everyone’s requests. Finally the atmosphere. There was nice music playing with a nice area right in the inner city. It was a bit quiet when we went but we did go early in the evening and there was an Australia vs England game that half of Australia was watching. Pretty nice place!

Really nice simple food. Nothing to rave about but no complaints. Excellent prompt and efficient service, all the staff were lovely, very impressed. Overall a very pleasant experience and shall be recommending to others.

I paid $26.90 for Pumpkin and ricotta ravioli the tub was barely half full and there were a total of 8 pieces of ravioli! This was the worst meal received from your restaurant. Please seriously consider this feedback and tell me what you are prepared to do for me.

What a shame. This place has all the right ingredients for a great restaurant, with a great location on Beaufort St and kind, attentive staff. It seems like the kitchen just can't follow through. Elements that I assume are premade, like the arancini and pasta sauces, are delicious and flavoursome. Sadly, of the times we've dined there, the pasta is almost always overcooked. The veal dish my partner tried tonight was lacklustre, overcooked and underseasoned. We had to ask for an itemised receipt because the impression the meal made felt so subpar compared to the size of the bill. I would be willing to tolerate a noisy, crowded restaurant with outdated and impersonal decour if the food was amazing, but it simply isn't.

Had a really great lunch here whilst celebrating a relatives birthday. It was a set menu with about 6 choices for mains. There was anti pasto (good selection)and arancini (delicious) on the table to start followed by grilled squid and wood fired pizza. Both were excellent. I had spaghetti marinara that was in a very tasty sauce with a good selection of seafood, the prawns in particular were delicious and cooked to perfection. Dessert was a great creme brulee with a lovely crisp caramel topping. Service was excellent with attentive and friendly staff. A restaurant I'd be very happy to return to.

Absolutely fantastic all round. The little fresco area is like being in another place. Amongst Perth best wholesome food in my opinion and it doesn't break the bank either. Will be back for sure, thank you...

Great pizza n pasta place

I’m glad I paid a visit at this restaurant when the next door cafe we wanted to go was temporarily closed. Ischia had been always on my wishlist so why not give it a go! The service was extraordinary, the Italian guy and young lady were very friendly and caring. We chose to be seated in the patio and it was very refreshing and lovely. The food was amazing too, the pizza is undoubtedly authentic Neapolitan wood fired, the cheese was very milky. The fresh marinara pasta and fried squid were great too. Will definitely come back soon.

This is where authentic Italian food is. It felt like eating in Italy:) The delicious pizza and pasta were enough to entertain us. The only thing that was a little uncomfortable was that it was a little hot during the meal.

Well we almost left when we first arrived as we were given a tiny table for two on the busy footpath outside the restaurant but I'm glad we didn't! All the staff were lovely but an older Chinese gent in particular who was very funny and charming offered myself and others sitting outside blankets and a discount on the soup of the day. For entrees we ordered the fried squid and king prawns and I have to say, it was probably the best fried squid I've ever had (and I have eaten A LOT of it at many different restaurants). The sauce on the prawns was divine, we had to restrain ourselves from scooping it up with spoons and eating it after prawns were gone 😂. For mains we had the seafood marinara and the pasta with scallops. The scallops were cooked to perfection and weren't skimped on like a lot of places (there was around 10 of them) and all the flavours in the dish were just perfectly balanced. There was nothing too rich or overwhelming but the furthest thing from bland. The seafood marina could not be faulted and it was nice to have some decent mussels for a change that didn't taste weird. Service was very fast and efficient except for the mains which were a little on the slow side, however not surprising considering it was flat out on a Saturday night. We were taken care of and never found ourselves looking around trying to get the attention of staff. Overall, this place is the bomb! I know we will be going back and I highly, highly recommend it to anyone else.

Fantastic service, from the moment we walked in until we left, staff were wonderful, friendly and prompt. Our dinner was delicious and would return in a heartbeat next time we’re in the City, highly recommend! Also loved the wine list.

Money won't be able to buy health, time, love and happiness, but it can buy you this delicious meal instead. My colleague just moved into a new home and we came here for celebration. We had great dishes and delicious pizza and pasta. Great service from the friendly staff. This restaurant has a lively vibe and ticks all the boxes.

We had lunch at Ischia restaurant on a Sunday afternoon. The place was busy and we were lucky to get a table without a booking. We ordered the margherita pizza and the vegetarian ravioli. The pizza was soft, cheesy and tasty. A 5 out of 5. The ravioli was just okay. Would definitely recommend the pizzas here. The service was fast and the staff were very friendly.

Our kids love the kid's menu. We adults love their pizzas! Good place for family dining. It is indeed one of the best pizzeria in Perth!

Met friends for lunch today at Ischia First time at this Italian Restaurant for myself and husband My husband enjoyed the Peroni Beer on tap,whilst I enjoyed an Aperol Spritz which was nice and cold. Service was A1 Food was delicious So all in all a very enjoyable day Will definately return

Love this place, been here a few times, never disappointed. But I found it hard to get a booking because they are so busy, stop by before 12pm on a Sunday, so happy that we manage to get a table. The best pasta here, love the beef Ragu, plenty of tender beef meat, and the texture of the pasta is just perfect! Yum yum yum.. I will be back for more

A popular and busy restaurant offering decent and honest Italian food. The meals we had were above your average casual Italian with generous portions and comforting Italian flavours. Prices are reasonable, and they have benefits for registered frequent customers. Service is also great. It's best to book in advance as they tend to be booked out quickly, especially on the weekends.

Where I've always wanted to go. Traditional Italian pizza and fresh pasta. All the food and service were good. The servers are always smiling and friendly. The food is served very quickly.

Our favourite pizza place in neighbourhood 🍕🍝🥗 This place is always busy, being filled with lots of happy people. Self ordering system with QR code is placed at table, which I’m not keen on, but Friendly customer service in the venue as always. Must book a table in advance if you are planning your meal at peak hours.

Impeccable service for the price, to top it off the food is amazing, great quality and great taste. Wouldn't definitely recommend the gnocchi dish and woodfired pizza. 5/5 would visit again!

Super overrated. Can cook pasta at least, its almost dente which is nice. Have come twice in the last 2 weeks and wont be back again. Calzone wasnt fully cooked the first time (but was good after taking it home and finishing it), veal is tasteless and absolutely overpowered by sauce with soulless sides. Ragu is solid. Left feeling really disappointed with how much we had spent. So many other places in Beaufort st, dont waste your money here.

Lovely atmosphere and friendly service. Pizzas are authentic and cooked in a traditional clay oven. Pasta is terrible; over cooked and almost clay-like.

Always love coming to Ischia for dinner. First found this place around 3 years ago and have never been disappointed. The staff are always friendly and attentive and with a few Italians on the roster it’s a great place to practice a bit of the famous language. I also love the tv screens that show high quality videos of the restaurant’s namesake, Ischia, just off Naples in Italy. Goes hand in hand with the delicious arancini balls, pizzas or pastas. Never had a bad meal here and I was pleased with the recent addition of a window shield to block out the warm late afternoon/evening sun. Best Italian in town!
