Nice place in the middle of the shopping centre. They have good coffees. Friendly staff and quick service.

We ordered French toast with bacon for $21.45, and for the price and location of this cafe, we did not expect to be served with the end slice of the bread. Please look at the video and picture of what we ordered. We also took a picture of their menu as a comparison. As you can see, the inside of the slices of bread was not even dipped in egg and milk. It was dry. I have never seen any cafes that serves the end or last slice of the loaf. I've even had French toast in smaller cafes, or in remote regional WA for cheaper price $15 but the end of the bread or last slice are never served. Dome Cafe Booragoon please do not do this to your paying customers. $21.45 and you served us the back of the bread/last slice and stuck to the other slice of bread. The staff were very friendly and the food and coffee were great. The menu is smaller than if you were at a full size Dome but there is still a good range. It was quite busy when we went there and there's not a lot of space between tables but we didn't have to wait long for our food or coffee.

Dome is in the heart of the Garden City shopping centre. It's conveniently located at the cross-section of various shopping paths so you're never too far from the cafe. There is substantial seating available, some with great visibility of the shoppers while others are more hidden away. The tables and chairs have a good feel to them and if you look up, you'll notice beautiful details on the ceiling above you. The cafe is popular so the staff are all busy. A shout out to barista Maichel, for making my perfect coffee/chai. You guys are awesome. Thanks for brightening up my day!

Always a great place to stop, rest and enjoy a coffee. Being in the middle of the shopping centre, allows you to pause while sipping on your coffee, and see who is walking by. Always a social place to stop. Coffee is always good. Iced coffee is my favourite for a cold drink.

Food was really nice. Menu was rather small compared to other domes, however the pizza here was amazing. I was prepared to kill my partner for her side :p Finding a seat was a bit hectic as this place seems really popular between 11 and 2

Very bad quality food. We ordered stacked fritter with salmon, pancakes, and avo feta toast. All items tasted horrible. Pancakes were dry as a crust. Toast was so hard rock and drenched in bottle of oil our teeth hurt chewing it. Smelliest salmon fritter 🤢🤢🤮🤮

Has worked part time here before. Supervisor under the instruction of the Singaporean owner will tell you to rest 3, 4 times each day without pay when the cafe is not busy. owner still owes me $60 which he has taken away as cash from my pay saying it's for tax. Until now I still haven't got back this amount. Typical money face owner.

It's not 4 PM yet, kitchen is closed. Not even giving takeaway coffees. What's the point of saying open until 04:30 PM? Cleaning hours is being counted in kitchen hours.

Excellent Dome Cafe right here in Westfield Booragoon! I have tea here nearly everyday of the week and staff are always polite. The food is good too, for a fussy eater like myself with a lot dietary issues. My friend & I really enjoy our tea time here!

We didn't visit this particular Dome but it's very expensive and the food isn't anything to write home about. I have rated the price based on meals. The Dome in Geraldton do good milkshakes.

Shame that staff awesome... But not only one single slice skinny toast with bacon eggs or eggs or breakfast menu used to be at least 2 slice toast with breakfast... Senior staff said we don't do it anymore... And what happened to toast bread NOT 🚫 on grill eek

Ordered food and coffees, service was average. Asked for brown bread I got white. Coffee was extremely hot. Coffee came out as I was almost finished my breakfast.

Very poor customer service. Small tables. Limited menu (a reduced version). Their kitchen for hot food is located elsewhere. Service is rather slow. And most annoyingly, rude staff. Dome cafes are normally quite reasonable, offering good food, service and atmosphere. However, this particular Dome at Garden City, Booragoon could possibly be the worst Dome café that I have visited in Western Australia.

Environment: located in big shopping mall. Plenty of sunlight. Very crowded. Small tables. --- 6.5/10 Service: busy. Need to wait a while. Able to get tap water to drink at front desk.--- 6.5/10 Food: not have a full menu on table. Wanted to French Toast but unavailable as no ingredients. Ordered Pancakes instead. Presentation was ok. - Pancake stacks, $16.95: 3pc, not fluffy. A bit dry. Every ingredient was there. --- 6/10 - Salmon Eggs Hollandise, $21.95: good runny egg yolks. Fresh spinach leaves. --- 6.5/10 - Hot Green Tea, $4.7/teapot: seved with tea leaves in a teapot. Taste was not like green tea. Around 2 cups. - Iced Chilled Twister: ok

Just sent my hard poached eggs back and advised I wanted them runny as poached should be, came back hard the second time. Disappointing.

Place is an embarrassment. Extremely slow service Coffee took 15 minutes Milk shakes took 30 No excuses. Avoid

Worse service ever!!! I waited for a coffee 20 min!! I asked the staff passing 3 times and I just heard “yeah”!! I asked a take away cup and it came in a normal cup and it was so cold, I just left!! Enjoy coffee somewhere else!! Don’t waste your money here!!!

Staff was on 06.10.2021 morning around 0915, you are serving customers. Greeting, smile is must. Coffee is good but you're faces made the day worst. I would mentioned the names but yiu don't have name tags. Rude faces, no smile. IF YOU CAN'T PROVIDE THE SERVICE WITH A SMILE, FIND ANOTHER JOB

100% wouldn’t recommend. Never been so dissatisfied and the service was appalling.

Staff didn't listen to order. At least wasn't charged for the drinks that were missed. Probably go to coffee club next time

Absolutely shocking slow service. 20 minutes for a take away coffee ! Avoid , go somewhere elsewhere, it’s ridiculous
