Whipper Snapper Distillery was a delight yesterday morning for a latte & date, cookie, while sitting amongst the home-grown inspiring variety of Whiskies. Predominantly a unique Distillery but includes a vibrant friendly staffed Cafe with great coffee and cakes etc. Interesting artwork murals adorn the walls which hover over a variety of seating, very cosy ambience; with a real life Distillery you can experience including guided Tours. Revisited yesterday 21/10/22 and was disappointed they now serve all drinks including my beloved latte in takeaway cups! There goes the real Cafe side of the Distillery. Also, the blokes were too abrupt and one didn't listen to my order so received something I didn't order! On the plus side a much improved food display with some very yummy treats..

We did the $80 whisky master class which was a very worthwhile experience and great value for money. It included a cocktail, 6 whisky tastings and a bowl of snacks. Oh yeah make sure you have lunch before hand as I was smashed by the end of the tasting. Steve our guide was very knowledgeable and funny which made the tour engaging!

I have visited a few of the larger distilleries in Kentucky but have to say it is really good to have these people that are dedicated to making quality whiskey in our own backyard. Tour was great and Steve was very thorough and a great host. This is smaller scale, but a distillery where you can experience every step of the process. Taste the product at the different stages of production and learn how the tastes are developed. Highly recommend👍👍 Looking forward to the wheat whiskey release...

Amazing experience at Whipper Snapper. I had a flight (flying aces, so chose my own 4) and my partner had a cocktail. All of the whiskies I had were very good. I had Red corn, wheat, rye and cask strength. All unique but in a very good way. Claudia was helping us and she was amazing; super informative and friendly. We tried the rum they make too and it was a great surprise. We came away with a bottle of cask strength whiskey and rum. They helped organize shipping back to the UK which was easy and painless. I can’t recommend this place enough. They also have a cafe for coffee and snacks, as well as beef jerky and a HUGE range of different spirits to try. If you’re in Perth, you have to go! Thank you to Claudia and everyone at Whipper Snapper.

This is a young distillery in Perth. All ingredients from WA. The entire process happens on site. The masterclass distillery is good fun - you get to taste the 7 main products, all the way from moonshine to the cask strength. Highly recommended!

We did the discovery tour yesterday and I must say, I was extremely impressed. Not only did I learn a lot of whiskey making- and how it's done locally but got to try the progression of the "moonshine" to whiskey.Highly enjoyable and I'm now a whiskey fan!! Delicious whiskeys - definitely recommend something to do especially if you're local! A shout out to Steve who answered all our questions.we could clearly see the passion 😁

I took my staff out on the Journey tour last Friday and had Alex do our tour. She was excellent in her presentation and full of knowledge about the history and the process. We all really enjoyed it and hung around after to continue trying out some new drinks. Definitely recommend!

I have bought many a bottle from here, but today was the first time my husband and I did a tour. It was awesome. 45mins flew by and I wished it was longer. They're funny, informative and all the details of the back story just make it worth it. Can't recommend this enough!

Did the masterclass with Alex and it was brilliant. Interesting to hear the story of the distillery and even more interesting to taste a number of the products. Other staff were helpful and informative with further tastings....and the 'cheesburger sausage roll' at the cafe was worth the visit all by itself. Highly recommended for whisky fans.

Had a civilised buck's night with 14 people taking the Whiskey Masterclass followed by 2.5 hours of booked time in the warehouse for the group. What an outstanding experience! The Masterclass guide was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and patient with our questions, and all staff were generous and attentive with their service. We all had an incredible time and some of us took advantage of the 10% discount that comes with doing the masterclass! Will definitely recommend to others, thanks again for an afternoon to remember!

So very last minute we decided to pop into the distillery after a recommendation and it was awesome. The whiskey was great but we had Claudia serve us and she was just as awesome. Super informative but also down to earth, we didn’t feel like a just another customer or an inconvenience. We live interstate so everything we bought was able to be shipped across country to save luggage space which was helpful. Definitely recommend if ever in Perth to pop in and have a coffee or a whiskey or even jerky!

We did the tour today and loved it - tour guides were knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. Will definitely be back for the masterclass and to the shop! Fully recommend for anyone looking to learn more about whisky and support a local distillery

Little bit disappointed with our experience here. We were really looking forward to our whiskey tour however the girl that took us through whilst lovely was very inexperienced and difficult to hear. Not her fault, everyone has to start somewhere but for us it was not $80 well spent.

Great distillery specialising in American (Bourbon, Rye and Moonshine) style whiskey/spirits, and they also have a single malt. All of them were great, with a couple of award winning whiskies which lived up to expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we were glad we visited.

We did the whiskey masterclass tour on Saturday and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Oue guide (her name escapes me now) was friendly, engaging and informative. The whiskey was also delicious and it was fantastic to learn about the history of the company and how they make their various products. It's awesome that they use 100% WA produce to make some really interesting, unique and delicious things.

An amazing place and so proud that it’s mainly made in Australia . The tour guide Alex was awesome ! She was so good that we bought 6 bottles . I’m looking forward to the mini selection / tasting paddle of whiskey to come ,

An awesome experience. I'm not a huge whisky drinker but I enjoyed the tastings in the masterclass. Steve was very informative and we learnt quite a bit about this distillery. Thanks for a great Saturday afternoon.

We love Whipper Snapper! We have been going out of our way for a few years now just to get our coffee from here... best coffee in Perth! However, we are taking a break for a while. As good as the coffee is, I can't remember the last time I have had a good service experience. The long waits are frustrating, and items are always forgotten. I look forward to coming back again at some stage later next year. All the best

We had Whipper Snapper come out and do some tastings for an event we organised for a client of ours, these guys were fantastic! Everyone loved the whisky and Stefan and his colleague were so knowledgeable. The whisky was tasty too, I can't wait to check out the East Perth location!
