I ordered from Roc candy back in June and didn't receive my order in time for my wedding in September. I did not receive any updates on my order unless I reached out to ask first. I said I needed the rock candy for my wedding on the 23rd of September. I assumed by telling them the date I needed it, they would ensure I had it with plenty of time to spare. At least a week minimum. I ended up being told I would receive it by the 21st of September. 2 days before the wedding! It was cutting it close but I trusted I would get it in time. The 21st came and went and no rock candy. I had to run around spending hours upon hours making new wedding favours because it did not arrive in time. It ended up arriving at 5:30pm on Friday 22nd. Less than 24 hours before the wedding. At that point, it was too late to set the favours up at reception. The amount of stress this caused me days before my wedding was exhausting. So it did not go to waste I ended up setting the rock candy up at reception on the day of my wedding! If you use this company please set the date you need it to at least a week before you actually need it. I did not receive mine on time because of shipping delays however if the candy was shipped earlier there would not have been a problem. Disappointed.

The candies we ordered are so much better than we could have hoped! They look incredible :) the ordering process was easy, we were given a graphic of how our candy would look as we designed it, and the communications team was professional, timely, and personable. Highly recommend! :D
