The chevron Parkland is such an incredible spot. It's a beautiful place for a BBQ with the family or just picnicking on the banks of the river bank. It has plenty of barbecues spread across the Parkland and also seating with shelter underneath. It also has several playground areas for the kids and pathways where you can walk around the whole park land including Optus Stadium. Its a beautiful spot in a credit to the designers and the people who look after it and keep it so beautifully nice tidy and clean by maintaining it all.

Nice Riverside walk. Playground equipment are fitted into the surroundings. Wlid and play (for kids) are blended.

This playground is great for all ages since they have things for every kid. Probably the best playground I’ve ever seen and I’ve been to a lot of playgrounds. They just need a little more shade and it would be perfect.

An enjoyable and relaxing walk along the Swan River and this naturalistic landscaped parkland. Plenty of seating available along walk ways and within the park. Beautiful views of the Swan River and architectural structures within the area.

I went for morning walk. Weather was perfect in beginning of September. Quiet, very clean and safe place to walk or run. I could not stop exploring. Love this place.

Lovely park, dog friendly with lots of play areas for young children. Definitely worth a visit!

A lovely place to visit... in winter! There's very limited shade - none over the play equipment, but the benches and tables are shaded - so hats, sunscreen and water bottles are a must. It has a great mix of playgrounds separated by walkways (only the first playground, next to The Camfield carpark, is enclosed). Plenty of on-site parking, great food at The Camfield and the Matagarup Bridge connects with the East Perth side, and is another peaceful walk.

Great playgrounds plenty of shelter available. Good bbq facilities, although a little far to the toilets. Need more shade/shelters at the optus sensory playground.

Great place to go to with kids. Definitely needs few toilet facilities near play area. There's none there. It's too hard to go back to the building when you're with little kids.

Lots to do for our children aged 10, 5 and 2. Nowhere near any road so don't have to worry about traffic, plenty of other small parks in the area, great place for a walk with flora and fauna to see.

We liked this park for climbing really high for my boys. There are toilets but not very close and of it's really hot the play equipment is very hot to climb on and not much shade around. But a 20 something degree day is perfect and a beautiful setting.

Great outdoor area for kids and families with plenty of ammenities. Clean toilets nearby. Limited parking so you need to walk. It's a great walking area though.

I walk through here quite a bit. I think its quite a wonderful place to take kids. There are so many different activities you can do, then there's a Cafe that's open from 7:00 - 3:00 if you wanted to grab something after

It's a lovely park for family outing but I would put 4 stars because of few reasons. Firstly, there is no toilet in the bbq/picnic or play area; you need to walk to toilets next to Optus stadium. In addition, there is no safety fence for kids next to the lake. Furthermore, there is no water fountain. Apart from that it's a great place for spending whole day with family.

Great nature parks for kids of all ages. Parks are separated which is a great idea. You have the littlies park then they go up by bigger playground equipment to the huge slide and climbing things all set in nature play. My only gripe is no toilets and the 1 toilet there is you have to walk about 10mins too then 10mins back.. when your the only parent with more than 1 kid its not practical or safe. Apart from that good playground.

Playground and grassed areas great. Bit of a walk to get to it from main stadium car parks. No toilets super close.

My favourite place to walk. Start at the Camfield, through Chevron Parklands, around to East Perth then across the Bridge to your starting point. It's lovely done at sunset as the lights are coming on as you come over the bridge. Sensational ♥️♥️

Limited access during stadium events The Park is great but no easy access, especially with kids, when an event is on and they shut down all carparks in the vicinity. Had to park near the casino and walk in. Very hard with a 6 and an 8yo kid.

Located North-West right next to Optus stadium, it is a great place with a slight similar design as the Wellington Square playground. With many wooden obstacles to go through, it is also good for picnic spot for everyone! :)

Lots of different play areas, fun climbing tower with rope bridges and a tunnel slide. Toilets available at the stadium which is about 5 mins away.

👍👍 Wow. It's just amazing! The grand entrance, welcoming staff, and the main foyer is beautiful! The projections of the artwork are so cool, you can see artist's brush marks! The Waterlillies bridge photo frame area is so clever. It's like you're IN a Monet painting. Cocktails were lovely, too!
