Mine was a quick and simple stay, a night's sleep before mobilisation to site. However, it was a pleasant and welcome stay. Especially after 8 hours of travel from Brisbane. The bed was soooo comfortable. The room is a generous size for a standard motel room. The bathroom is newly renovated and clean The TV, AC, kitchenette, wifi etc is very acceptable. There is a restaurant which has a good selection of meal varieties, although there seems to be a problem with cooking a steak to the desired type. Staff are friendly and well organised, not an easy task with so many mining staff coming and going While I was there for the short period, I noticed holiday makers indulging in the pool and ample gardens, all enjoying light music and select beverages. Thanks for the comfort on the way to a challenging environment

Well, what a stay. Arrived at about 2230 and went straight to bed. The noise coming from the room next door was insane, sounded like someone wailing like they were being violated. However, according the the reception staff it was someone snoring very loud. I had to move rooms as there was no way to sleep through it. The walls must be very thin. Staff were good about changing my room. That as at 0130. 0600 down for breakfast, I ordered a smashed avocado with bacon and a cappuccino on almond milk, the coffee came first and it tasted a bit like you would imagine hydrochloric acid mixed with milk would taste, I had to send it back and the second one was much better. The bacon was not cooked for more than about 1 minute in an oven so couldn't eat that, one of the 2 poached eggs was edible and nice the other looked like it had been kicked around the kitchen floor for 10 mins before being placed on my avocado. I hope that's the last time I have to stay there for work. Goodbye Western Australia, as always, it's been expensive and mediocre.

Not sure if the chef was having a bad night, but the food was less than mediocre. Requested my steak medium, came out well done. Chicken wings were dry. Great atmosphere and friendly staff.

Best features are 24/7 reception and airport transfers. The rooms are a good size with everything you need. The rooms are serviced daily to a high standard.

Room was modern and mostly good. My complaint is: at about 7pm I went use the shower and it was evident it had not been cleaned after the previous guest. Used shampoo bottles and a face towel were left in the shower. I went to reception who told me they had no more rooms available, and that someone would come and clean it in an hour. An hour later the receptionist came to the room, took some photos of the dirty shower, left briefly and came back with fresh towels. He wiped down the shower with the towels. No cleaning products were used. He said it was the best he could do. I understand he isn't a cleaner but that isn't good enough. It also makes me wonder if the shower wasn't cleaned, what else wasn't cleaned?

We Have been using this place as our Family (including many extended members) hotel to stay and eat for past 15 years, always had problems with the booking system and admin staff, but kept coming back for great location and food. NEVER Again! Last Sunday 5th staff messed all our bookings up as usual but were so rude and we got no help from the so called Manager.

The hotel is a bit neglected,considering it is peak period. There is a hot tub spa in the pool area and the jets don't work,paint peeling around the place. The pool area is located right on the hwy very noisy. There aren't lifts to all second story rooms. There are rooms that are newer ,that are in a completely different building,further away from all facilities and you have to walk all the way out and away from the hotel at the very back through the car park and then an odd stand alone building. The childrens playground is very neglected,with a very unsafe dodgy attempt to repair a climbing rope wall with odd bits of wood,tape attached. BBQ. area is rundown . The original rooms,are not too bad,but you can hear everything . The location is great,walking distance to fast food and restaurants and race course and buses. There is complimentary air port shuttles.Staff are friendly.

Not happy with the lack of communication in regards to shuttle departure. I was met with a blank stare and zero offer for help for the morning shuttle. I was told by the super unfriendly and unhelpful Christian at 5 AM that the shuttle I had booked the evening prior left without me and that I was meant to be at reception at 4:50AM. I arrived at 5 on the dot…… All the doors in the rooms slam. Needs to be addressed considering so many ‘guests’ are fifo. Get your act together.

You can't offer wifi below 10mbps in 2023, on average it's 5 down 7 up, nearly unusable for anything except email, browsing and streaming max 1080p. People depend on a decent connection for remote work and entertainment. Large gaps underneath the doors and open ends of each accomodation block means fresh batch of mosquitoes waiting for you each night. Smart design. Parking can get so full on weekends you will be left outside the gated parking if unlucky. Despite all this, staff are pleasant, room is ok and location is excellent.

Absolutely one of the best hotels I've stayed at. Bed is definitely comfortable and the pool was so big and nice for an afternoon swim. The service is amazing and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We had room service and it was brought up very quickly and when they didn't have a drink available they called us immediately to let us know. The free pick up service from the airport was amazing and made it so easy after a long flight. Will definitely stay here again

Love this hotel. Stay here every time I am flying out of Perth. The staff are awesome. So friendly and helpful. The rooms are huge and have all required amenities. Great for families, travellers and business persons. Thank you

We were after a one night stay after arriving in Perth late. The Country Comfort suited our requirements perfectly - only 10 mins from the airport, clean, comfortable and modern room and very reasonably priced.

We had (2 adults plus a toddler) a great 2 night stay at Country Comfort. The room was modern, I really like the huge TV they have in the room, it even has Chromecast. So you can stream your favorite shows from your phone. Our room was on the first floor, facing Great Eastern Hwy. Though there's a bit of traffic noise, it didn't bother us. We even left the patio door open at night. Another perk of having a first floor unit is that we have access to a private patio and quick access to a playground, very kids friendly. The hotel also has a great restaurant, do make an effort to check it out. We had lovely dinner there and the staff were very friendly. My only complaint about the room is that there are no USB ports or sockets beside the bed. You can only charge your phone near one corner. Oh, free parking on site. There's also a bus stop close by if you are driving. Overall, great value.

The room was clean and spacious and the bed very comfortable. We really enjoyed the food in restaurant. The staff are the high point here. Everybody smiled and greeted us warmly and nothing was too much trouble. Very much enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

Great for airport. Clean rooms with good food in bar. Missed breaky but manager sorted us out with ad-hoc muffin…perfect! Recommended.

Was very happy with my stay until this morning when booked for 2 pax early morning shuttle to airport. Record only reflect 1 pax and the driver want one us to take taxi to airport.. make sure the counter capture your booking … driver abit of attitude problem…

Spent a nite here not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. My room was quite modern and clean and featured a king size bed which was very comfy. There was also a lounge and table and separate desk which came in handy too along with a large flat screen tv with local channels. For those on a budget there was a microwave to cook meals and small fridge. The bathroom was modern and clean also with a shower and toilet and also offered up toiletries. Sleep quality was excellent , location is very good , there are many restaurants and fast food eateries within walking distance. Parking is available behind locked electronic gates. The only minor negative was the wifi , it wasn’t super strong . There is a large restaurant on site that gets quite busy featuring mainly western pub style fare. In all I enjoyed my experience here and would definitely stay again.

There was a mix up with my booking, but was sorted out eventually by a lovely young lady. She was very helpful and assisted me after driving nearly 300km and not turning me away. Thank you so much. 😊

I am surprised that my credit card was charged for the stay, even though I do not remember making a reservation at this inn and did not receive a reservation confirmation email. I was surprised to find that my credit card had been charged for the stay without any notice. I am simply amazed at the fraudulent management.

Room was fine, no mini bar as advertised. Room service forgot my meal so no dinner and then provided breakfast in morning but wasn’t edible. Only booked here as everything was onsite was disappointed and have to find another hotel for my stopovers now. Must mention staff at reception were good much better then the restaurant

Wonderful service and experience. Arrived at Perth airport and was collected by their free shuttle service, room was comfortable and clean, had room service from the restaurant on site which was easy and fast, food was good too. Definitely recommend 😊

Stayed the 1 night as a stopover from UK to Sydney. Arrived at airport and hotel free shuttle just perfect. Called and the bus picked us up by gate c outside the terminal and straight to the hotel. In by 13.30. dumped bags in the room which was in block 4, quiet area. Got the local 490 bus right outside the hotel into the city. So very good location. Did not use the onsite restaurant however it had a good selection and a good bar. The pool also looked good and clean.

unacceptable staff behavior! A front desk staff claimed that my lost items had been tossed into the rubbish bin. While, I witnessed another staff discreetly holding the item I had left behind. When questioned once more, she attempted to hide the fact that she had seized my property. Such dishonesty and deceit are utterly unacceptable. Apart from this dishonest front desk staff, the room service was terrible. They never do the cleaning, bin was still filled with trash, and the floor was not even vacuumed.

Pleasant decor comfy bad and pillow. Quirky bathroom/shower combo with sliding panels! Quiet. But the best bit is the staff, friendly & efficient. Plus the free transfers to and from the airport. And, when I left my back pack on the footpath, they drove it back to the airport!!! I made the plane. And they wouldn't accept a tip. Thank you Sandy.

Staff are friendly, approachable, and happy to be of assistance. The rooms are great for the prices. The room service and breakfast in bed is highly recommended. The Spa is a nice cosy size, more suited to one person but 2 can fit if you like been close together 😉😉

I had Two nights at the Country Comfort Perth and have stayed there a few other times with work. Without doubt it is clean, modern and comfortable and also has a great restaurant co-located with the facility.

The apartments were spacious but dated and worn. Very quiet when we stayed

Had a nice time. Lovely clean modern room. Pool was refreshing in a warm night. Check in friendly. Didn't eat there but heard the food is good. No complaints from me.

We booked three rooms for the night as we had a work Christmas function to attend in the city. The rooms were clean and lovely, however the following morning there was no hot water available and at check out when we mentioned it, all we got was they had problems but it was fixed now. I mentioned that it was a little late. I know issues happen, but not to receive an apology or any form of compensation (like a free breakfast) was very poor on their behalf. The least a guest can ask for is hot water. Then breakfast buffet was a disaster, there was no normal size plates, no glasses, we asked for cutlery but had to remove some off other tables, plus the food was cold. Definitely not worth the $25 a head.

Great comfy rooms and good amenities. Security is really good too - makes you feel alot safer.

Really nice place to stay if you're looking to be close to Perth airport. Rooms are nice and clean, and reasonably sized, Have never been a fan of the two singles pushed together to make one bed, especially when one of them was lopsided, and missing a support. Otherwise would definitely stay again.

Absolutely beautiful place with friendly service. I’ll definitely be coming here again. It’s super relaxed, staff cater to you very well, comfortable beds, everything works, clean, car parking is perfect and secure, well presented all round, no horrible smells, so it yourself washing machine and dryer if needed for small cost, bar and restaurant is perfectly clean tidy and presented (I couldn’t afford the food though so can’t comment there). Pool has a 1.8max deep end and my 8 year old played in the shallow end, kids pool and spa pool. Also super easy to get to shops and a few takeaways over the road. 10/10 from me!

Check in was easy as was the free shuttle. Rooms were nice and clean with comfy beds, only downside is the rooms are not very soundproof at all, could hear people talking quite easily in the next room. Noise levels coming from the hall was very loud

Have stayed twice as part of a group booking. Both times receptionists were confused about who was in which room with whom. TV remote didn't work- couldn't turn TV off! had to call reception twice for assistance. Very noisy location with traffic noise plus a few dodgy guests who were visibly very substance affected. Several loud altercations heard during the night, the last couple finally quieting down around 3.30 am. Nice rooms but would not recommend.

Good quality accommodation friendly staff with an airport shuttle bus. Good value for money and the restaurant serves a great Slow cooked Beef Cheeks. Enjoy!

Room was ok but the small courtyard was in a parking, very noisy. The room is fine but the shower need to be improved. Also, cleanliness should be improved. A lot of noise from the corridor, you could here everything

Free hourly Air port shuttle , roomy , very helpful staff. Large Pool, Playground with slide and sand pit , BBQ area , Spa and a Bali feel . Around $25.00 for a taxi to airport. Snacks available at reception. ATM

No thrills hotel. Rooms are modern and comftorble. Mine had a bit of a musky smell though and because I was at the end I could hear some hot water units which woke me up early. No issues besides that though

Rooms are great, really liked the convertible bathroom with sliding panels to open it up. Staff were a mixed bag, mostly friendly but some were indifferent. The in-house restaurant times are limited. Getting off a 5&1/2 hour flight from Brisbane, waiting 40mins for the shuttle to check in at 9:10, only to be told “sorry, the restaurant closed @ 9:00” - really annoying. On that note, the restaurant/room service menu is just… odd. E.g. bread options are ‘garlic bread with balsamic glaze’ or ‘garlic bread with cheese & sweet chilli sauce’….?? Buffet breakfast is basic but good enough. Though on the second morning I was there for breakfast just after 7:30 and some of the hot options were almost empty, and the cold juice urns were actually empty. I managed to squeeze out a glass by tipping the urns up and making a cocktail of each of the 3 flavours. They weren’t attended to in the time I was eating. Shame, It could be a great place with some small effort, the rooms are great. But I won’t be back when better options are available nearby with in-house menus that don’t look like they’ve been put together by a FIFO camp cook who has just blazed one, and meals times that are more suited to airport travellers.

Great facilities, friendly staff and a decent price. Would have been nice if I'd been able to use the restaurant/bar on sun evening, but it was no trouble to walk down the road for takeaway and some beers. Thanks for a great stay

A little noisy but that's what you expect for airport convenience. Rooms were clean and nicely furnished in general but one piece of furniture in the room was broken and maybe should have been removed
