This has to be one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed! The room was spacious, with an incredibly comfortable bed, sound proofing from road & nearby room noises & black out curtaining. The bathroom was also spacious & the daily update of towels, shampoo, soaps, etc such a pleasant surprise! Not to mention the little bag of chocolate shortbread I found outside my door on Christmas morning! 😃 The staff were helpful & friendly & the buffet breakfast & cafe (great coffee) just made the stay perfect. Oh, & the free available parking for a traveller from the country … I can’t recommend this place highly enough - such great value for money & I will certainly be back! Always hard to run an accommodation place over the Festive season when everybody would like to spend time with their families, but you did it perfectly - well done … I actually didn’t want to leave 🤣🤣🤣

A hotel in a great location near the airport. The rooms are a good size, the beds are mostly comfortable. But! That all means nothing really if you let a guest leave upset. I arrived, not feeling too well. As a result, I needed to stay another night, which meant I didn't require housekeeping the next morning. Which meant I didn't get my fridge restocked with the 2 complimentary 600ml bottles of water. I order 3 bottles that night. The next morning, at check-out, I was told to pay $19 for 3 bottles of water (seriously unimpressed by this considering that if I had my room cleaned, I would have received 2 free) This may seem trivial, but I was thrown by the lack of discretion used by the 3 people at reception that morning. That simple $19 transaction means I will definitely not be going back or recommending the Ingot Hotel Perth. It's always the little things that leave an impression, good or bad.

Nice hotel. I stayed for one night, arrived late and left early. They have an airport shuttle that you have to call when you're at the airport and want taking to the hotel, then you tell them you want it back again and they'll offer you times. Ideal if you're just passing through.

The Ingot Hotel is great. We usually book Crown Promenade, but to be fair the accommodation is very comparable. Admittedly, the Crown is a bit dated but very comfortable. The Ingot was modern and comfortable. Everything you need and more. Only 2 things I thought that needed attention was the lid of toilet that bashes into tiles as you get up, easy fix with rubber stopper. Secondly the fridge which opens up towards door. Apart from that I rate it highly.

I attended a wedding here. It was a small intimate affair. Here is a sample of the orders: steak, chicken parmigiana, trio of mini burgers, yummy lychee drink. Food was on point. Service was friendly, could have been more attentive towards the groom and bride. Guests smoking at the entrance was off putting. Overall a good little spot.

Stay here often it's my go to for work trips. It's clean with secure parking out the back. I always feel welcomed. Room service is always welcomed with friendly delivery. I recently was put in the family room and it was amazing now to take my family to enjoy. Only down fall is location of the pool, with the bar/deck area over looking it.

It’s a good, clean hotel that is very convenient to Perth Airport. I have stayed there at least three times in the past six months for work. My only annoyance is that they do not email you a summary of your bill - like most other hotels so. It’s a pain to call them up to request it every time I do my work credit card expenses. Other than that I would give them five stars.

If we want 5 star luxury resort style, we go to Vietnam. But the Ingot has been wonderful for us everytime we stay here (4 times in 7 months). And the range of rooms is fantastic as this last trip we had 4 adults. The room was spacious and had a full fridge, washing machine/dryer and full kitchen set up with microwave. Stayed here at the beginning of our travels and at the end so we could recover properly before doing our 16 hours drive to Tom Price. Love this Hotel and their friendly staff.

Great overall experience! They provide 24/7 airport pick up/drop off services and late night check-ins. The room was modern and spacious. Staffs were friendly and helpful. There were many options to choose from the breakfast buffet, and the food was fresh and tasty. Definitely recommended 🌟

We had an absolute wonderful stay of five nights. Rooms are clean with daily service, fresh towels and amenities.The bed and pillows very comfortable. It was relaxing, having dinner by the pool, the cafe provides excellent service. The food was delicious and fresh. We can't thank the staffs enough for their professionalism and kindness. We would definitely go back and recommend to anyone to do so. Thank you!!!

Brilliant hotel for a one day workshop I've just hosted. Staff were BEYOND helpful, and the gentleman that assisted us throughout the day went above and beyond in making sure we were able to connect to the projector when we forgot to bring our connectors with us. Service was lovely, Rooms well laid out, bathrooms were 10/10. Shower was perfect pressure, and free parking was and added delight. Will only use the Ingot Hotel when flying to Perth for future functions.

The rooms are nice and clean. Just grab an Uber instead of the airport pickup. It’s only a 10min drive away. If not you’ll be waiting 45mins. We got our baggage at 2300. Not a peak period hardly anyone around. Reception confirmed the bus is on its way directly, will be 10mins. I called multiple times to confirm the pickup location after waiting every 15mins. Waited around until 2350. I would have been happy to get an Uber if I knew it would be that long. Same thing happen last time we stayed here too.

Excellent airport hotel. They offer a pickup service and drop off, complementary to and from the airport. If you arrive in terminal 1, pick up location is 'M'. I chose to catch a taxi as I wasn't sure of the pickup location and arrived at night. It is $50 in a taxi. My room was a queen size, very spacious and clean, with an excellent bathroom which has a door separating the bathroom from the bedroom (I hate open bathrooms and bedrooms). Easy efficient checkin and check out. Great room service and a good gym for an early morning run before my flight. Fast receipt of my expenditures to our accounts team saving them from having to chase the final bill. Highly recommend this hotel for any stay.

Waited over an hour to be picked up from the airport, called several times for an update and was never called back. The most negligent part was that the pick up point was a smoking area and my wife is pregnant so she sat away whilst i waited. When speaking to the manager she seemed to have no idea of how unprofessional her operation had been and offered me 2 chocolate bars and 2 free drinks from the bar, again i mentioned my wife is pregnant, seriously? We also missed our dinner reservation as a result. Truley a terrible experiance and we will not be back. There are much better places to stay near the airport for a fraction of the price.

Close to Perth Airport. Free shuttle but need to book in advance. Restaurant is good. Reasonable prices and variety of dishes. Pool and spa looked inviting. Room was clean with comfortable beds. New bathroom and tea and coffee making facilities in rooms. Staff are helpful and friendly. Recommend for overnight stay before flights. Reasonable priced too.

Spent a night there before traveling to the ship, check in was quick and easy as was check out, rooms are quite and nicely furnished. Althought i missed a toilet cleaning bursh, would be an usefull addition. Air conditioning is easy to control. Food is nice, had a kangaroo fillet to try for the first time and some ginger beer. Personel is nice and helpful.

Was visiting some family and her friends and brought some food down to the reception to see if they could heat it up for me as well as put some of it out of the container onto a plate as there was no microwave in the hotel room and it was takeaway Chinese or Thai I can't recall any how the young girl at the desk did so quite happily and was very courteous and engaging so that was good service for being around four a.m. in the morning there is also security because you need to swipe your card at the front automatic doors in order to be able to enter the building unless you are new and checking in in which case you ring the button and the reception will see you and let you through. There is a big spacious restaurant just nearby and it all seems to be kept quite clean and handy and there are several levels as well. My sister was on the ground floor but there was a big bathroom and enough heating to suffice and enough cupboard space and such things except for a sink to wash your dishes but I think you can just request new things usually I would presume if need be. Slightly cramped room and not too sure about the cost as I was not staying there. Seemed decent enough but didn't get to see any view of anything or explore much except for the outside at the parking lot when having a smoke and vape so yeah not too bad seemed to be ok from memory

Had to wait 50mins for the shuttle bus, even though the trip back was 8 mins. I was told they had a drop off at the other terminal 1-2. Ok so 8 mins to get there. Am I supposed to believe it took 42 mins to get to terminal 3-4. The supervisor wouldn't even take the time to come and speak to me about the issue. They clearly don't respect or care about their guests. I'll be speaking to my company about this. I'll be suggesting they only book us into the aloft or quest. Reading some of the other reviews this seems to be a common problem. The owner will blame peak times, or will endeavour to look into it. I have a suggestion, how about running the other bus parked out the front or be honest with people about wait times. Instead of feeding us lies.

Great location. Close to the airport, wonderful service and lovely rooms. I've stayed here several times and it's my place of choice when flying out of Perth. Rates are reasonable too.

This is a super hotel for me. Picks me up from the airport late at night and is modern, airy, with a gym and a pool. Hoping the sauna will get started soon. Hotel is spotless and staff always so helpful - thank you.

They advertise airport drops especially for fifo workers. They won’t let you book the shuttle unless you are there. That’s okay if you can get there to check in early. But if you have a late checkin there may not be a seat on the airport shuttle by the time that you arrive to checkin. Sure there are different time slots to book a shuttle but that bay not be convenient at all. So you have to end up catching a taxi. So don’t fall in that trap. Find somewhere else to stay

Lovely place right near the Ascot racecourse beautiful place and great service too. Was easy for me from Perth Airport very nearby spacy rooms and food was great as well.

Spacious, clean, comfortable bed, rain shower and utensils well placed, walking distance to everything. Felt so at home the Studio unit had everything we needed.

The hotel is well-presented and very clean. The food in the bar is excellent. The only negative was the gentleman at reception must have been having a bad day. He was very rude and didn't make me feel welcome.

Had a breakdown out of Perth on way to South Australia, got lift to this hotel by recommendation from the people. At reception Pasang was absolutely magnificent and friendly in finding me a room. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Overall I found friendly staff, good meals and a well organised shuttle bus to and from airport. Definitely recommend.

Have enjoyed every stay at the Ingot Hotel, it has become the go to Hotel for everyone travelling to Perth from our company. The Hotel is very nice, conveniently located, friendly staff. The restaurant is a nice place to enjoy a meal after a day on the road.

Hi There I have a complaint about one of your receptionists who was working on Saturday 27th of November 2021 morning. I manage Belmont Family Pharmacy and one of your guests has asked for medication delivery to your hotel, the receptionist refused to leave the medication in the reception. My Pharmacy assistant called me asking what to do, your receptionist refused to speak with me. I called the landline and when he answered the call he said it wasn't his job to serve the guests and hang up on me. I called again and I said that he shouldn't hang up on me he said he will hang up again. Very poor quality of customer service, the guest has called the reception and was angry because he needed his medication after my assistant has left , then the receptionist agreed to take it. What a joke of customer service!

Reception some times knows what's going on. Food is great and fast rooms are awesome. 0 Mobile Reception cannot make calls inside guest wifi drops out every 2 mins and is very slow

Great hotel overall. Clean room and very comfy bed. Frustrating that the car park is not very big and then a truck is allowed to take up 6 car parks. 1030pm and I had to go into reception and ask where to park. Staff weren't super friendly everything seemed an inconvenience. The duty manager on Saturday night was super helpful and friendly.

Great location for early flights. Clean rooms, great range of beer in the bar and the food is good. Had a mix up with my bag (no fault of the hotel) and their communication and resolve of the matter was good also.

Our last night stop over after 3weeks in WA. Enjoyed our stay, had a lovely dip in the pool , room was very comfortable. All staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant was lovely. Would definitely stay again Thankyou

Front of House are rude and unhelpful. Pool is not heated. The pool was cold in no way is it heated when I reached out to the Hotel they told me it is heated to 25 degrees but because of the weather it wasn't warm, the weather while we where there was 27, 29 and 30. No greeting upon check in, our Card (key) didn't work when I went to the front desk to get a replacement I received an eyeroll, There where other people waiting to check in and i said sorry i just need a new key they were fine and shocked at how rude the staff member was, once she got a new key she just slammed it on the desk at me. only pleasant thing was the staff at the Eyre restaurant and House Keeping

Room was nice, comfortable and quiet. Bistro onsitezwas good value and pleasant. My only concern was that my room was not made up and cleaned every day. As this a hotel not an apartment I had expected daily cleaning. It was not a major issue as I was there by myself.

Great property, wide range of food and beverages. Been waiting for check in but the lady at the reception said that room is not ready yet which was unexpected for tbh. Couple of minutes later a young man probably named Itisham came out from inside office and sort out the room for me straight away. He came with me till my room double checked the room and gave me a chocolate as he was telling me that system wasn't still updated room condition. After all a Great experience and definitely we'll be back guys ✌✌

Great hotel. Outstanding facilities. Of special note is the food here. Truly fantastic. Both the room service menu and in house dining is of a much higher standard of comparable hotels. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. I have stayed in many hotels through work around this area and the Ingot has only 1 competitor in my opinion.

Very friendly, experienced and welcoming cosmopolitan staff (especially Bonnie). Spacious, elegant, well-appointed common areas and rooms. Lovely outdoor pool and spa area. Tasty meals. 24-hour food options, close to airport, etc, so a favourite with fly-in fly-out workers. Plenty of secure parking. Disabled facilities also great. In sum, new, fresh, friendly, clean, hassle-free accommodation. Thanks again to Bonnie and other regular staff: after a repeat visit we have been welcomed back like family.

Our home away from home! Staff across hotel (reception, housekeeping, restaurant) are fabulous. Professional, friendly, accommodating. This is THE hotel to stay at. The hotel was clean and warm but my stay at this hotel was average. We decided to have an evening meal in the restaurant but after 20 minutes of being seated, with no service, we left. We were on the ground floor and could hear the neighbour’s toilet flushing during the night. When we booked in, we organised the courtesy van to the airport at 11am. Again, after waiting and waiting in reception, we had to go and find out what was happening with our transport. The staff were professional but not really friendly.

Went there for a buffet dinner. Love it . Beef brisket perfectly done. Sweet and sour pork belly was so tender and delicious. And of course the seafood corner was the highlight of my night. It was fresh and yummy .

I’ve stayed here numerous times now, cannot complain at all. The service is always amazing, food is really good, it’s never noisy even though it’s located next to a main road. For the price of this place it far exceeds expectation, would recommend to anyone they should stay here!! 10/10 in my eyes.

Recently stayed here for numerous quick trips on my holiday around Australia with my senior father. The hotel was very nice, the amenities were excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The free hotel shuttle was such a bonus. Definitely would recommend to those wishing to rest after travelling!

Stay here quite often. Good pricing, good shuttle service to/from Perth Airport, clean tidy rooms, staff with a smile. Well worth it for price and location if you want somewhere nice to stay while also being close to the airport. Food on site, very nice food or you have the take aways just a few minutes walk along the Great Eastern Highway.

Great hotel for stopovers when transiting through Perth airport. Rooms are modern, clean, quiet and comfortable. Restaurant,Cafe and bar are all good. Seafood and meat buffet is great value. We didn't use the pool or gym but they look great. The free shuttle is prompt and convenient.

Solo stay for business. Room was nice with standard city view. Bed comfy and bathroom amenities good. Proximity to airport convenient. The aircon can't be turned off so there is a constant hum at all hours. Drove over a bolt in the car park which although not the hotel's fault, caused irritation. There is a secure car park for guests with plenty of spaces and overall a decent hotel.

Pasang the receptionist was very warm and friendly upon arrival. Our request of upgrading to a better room is granted to suit our need. Appreciate her kind offer to us. The hotel is spacious, comfortable and cleanliness is well commented. Very good location with ample of car park at the premises including close proximity to the airport .A well set up equipped gym for everyone with good equipment. Very impressive and top hotel in our view which I would definitely recommend friends to come and stay even for long period.

An absolute beautiful stay we had at the Ingot. Clean and fresh spacious room, bathroom is beautiful, customer service is impeccable, pool is clean and well looked after. The staff take pride in their work and made me feel so comfortable even after losing my room key. It was replaced with no stress at all. Very family friendly, usually I feel taking my young one to a hotel is uncomfortable and a hassle but the Ingot looked after my family very well and had pre made a beautiful space for my toddler to sleep in our room. We loved our stay so much that we have booked again for Christmas. PARKING: Parking was my main concern as most hotels charge $30 a day or else free street parking after 6pm. The Ingot provides free security/ gated parking for guests. This does fill up by the evening but there is also free parking at the front. KALGOORLIE COMMUNITY: If you are from Kalgoorlie (like myself) and often make the 6 hour car trip to Perth, I recommend you book a stay at the Ingot. Located on Great eastern highway, a beautiful way to end your long drive or start your drive back.
