Awesome location right on the beach. Heated and a normal pool which both are great. Rooms are large, clean and have everything you need. The lady is lovely on the front desk and very helpful. Will recommend and stay here again!

What a wonderful stay in an exception friendly apartment complex. Great faculties… lovely views and the super king bed was fabbo. Nice pool area - lots of loungers and the pool is heated and a good size. Apartments have great views over the Indian Ocean so the sun sets are spectacular. Special mention to the hotel receptionist Athena who was an absolute delight and couldn’t be more helpful and attentive to us on our final day. Big thanks for that Athena - great service (just try and get your Dad to support Newcastle United instead!!)

staying here. The apartment is comfy, the bed in particular is very comfy. Heated pool was great for our visiting grandkids. The view of the ocean from the big balcony is so special and there is lots to see and do in Scarborough. Receptionist extremely helpful. Checked in early at no additional cost . Coles, cafe’s , restaurants and all amenities very close. We had a smashing evening in the ‘Gallway Hooker’ just up the road and also recommend the bacon and egg burger and all food in ‘Plaka on the beach’ now named Newroz ( casual )

Location is amazing Rooms are very dated, more so the furniture. Very unpracticable in collections 10. Easy customer service great checkin/checkout procedure

Rooms are in need of an upgrade, very 90's/00's feel about the place down to the "best vacation winner" awards from 20 years ago (2002/2003) placard in the lobby lol. It's not bad, the rooms have everything one needs, just we had come from another place that had just had an upgrade so it really highlighted the age of this particular room/building and the fixtures and fittings are working fine just 30 years old. Where led lights have been put these are the first gen ones and some were still fluorescent tubes (yuck!). Annoying to have to switch on light switchs then mess with remotes to get the cheap lights to turn on off. These are minor issues however as the place has a friendly concierge and great views from the room and everything you need is included (plates, bowls etc etc). Just old fashioned by today's standards. Mind little ones hands in the pool as my youngest cut himself rather badly (he was silly and put his hands in the pools side vent thingy but kids do these stupid things) there was a full first aid kit there which was handy to patch him up.

We spent 2 nights away for a quick family getaway. The location is excellent and the staff were so accommodating and helpful - can't fault the service. We will definitely return!

We always buy gift vouchers for Xmas. Did not want to buy online wanted physical voucher. Rang “Helen” @ Seashell Scarborough to see if I drive 40 mins could I get a voucher to use at any of locations. Was told yes, but when I arrived was told that she made a mistake & gave me the wrong info. (Whilst finding it funny). Needless to say nobody at head office would answer the phone. Sorry lost a customer, poor service.

Wow! What a beautiful place in a fantastic location. Everything you would need is supplied and is across the road from the beach. The view from the apartment is brilliant especially during sunset every night. Coles and liquorland are only a couple of minutes walk which came in very handy. I highly recommend Seashells Scarborough you won't be disappointed.

We stayed here for a weekend. Was a great location and very clean. Was being painted outside so will present very well after that. Although it was great anyway.

Wouldn't recommemd, unit was old, fan and light didn't work, shower had no pressure and spa bath was tiny. View is great but unit is not up to other Seashells property standards and isn't worth the price they are asking per night.

Location and views were great. However, rooms are outdated and prices are costly. (You are more or less paying for the view and location) “White linen” was yellow and stained. No vacuum provided and room service is charged if you are not staying 7days or more. I believe ours was around $50 per full service (2 bed apartment). Moreover, staff were very friendly, helpful and professional.

Quiet, beach front, close to amenities. Clean and comfortable.

Got a 2 bed appartment on floor 4. For $600 for 2 nights not worth the money. Beds were extremely hard. We both woke with a sore back. Appartment needs a lot of TLC. Professional paint newer decor, clean carpets would have given it a 4 star. Some of the plates were dirty and pool area needed a clean. Free movie service kept glitching so couldn’t watch any movies. No room service was done our hole stay View was nice and great location.

Stayed the weekend here with my family and what can i say but wow 👌

Lovely apartment, very comfortable. Close to shops, restaurants, and importantly for me very close to a great swimming beach. I just love it. Thank you.
