Wouldn't accept a voucher that was in date but from the previous owners. Waste of $200. Certainly won't be getting our business in future and neither will their parent company, Seashells.

Located near a great shopping hub and the aquarium and rotnest ferry and sorrento beach. Great Customer Service always willing to assist. Hillarys is a good place to stay. Kids enjoyed the entertainment.

This resort has great location by Hillarys Beach. The residences are tired needing updating and upgrading. Mattresses are not hotel quality, no top padding and just what seemed like a double size in a small tight room. Bathrooms were ok . Laundry great Kitchen ok, not much variety of tea no salt and pepper - not even sachets. Freezer was good, had 2 auto turnout ice trays. Parking on site, secureswimming pool is not Infinity like a poster at reception, it's a smaller rectangular pool, surrounded by units which echo the screams of children jumping in and out of the pool, making it not relaxing at all. Stairs around the complex make it hard to get suitcases around. No lift, no offer of help from staff, I've just had heart surgery, not allowed to lift heavy items over 1 kg, my suitcase was 20kg.... Luckily my partner could help me but staff are only there part time from what I could see. Location by the, Wharf great Watchout for the wind, the Freemantle Doctor (wind) is pretty strong.

GREAT LOCATION - Very clean and spacious places that are economical when sharing. Kitchen with refrigerator is great. Be prepared to make a trip to the store to get food before you arrive. There are no stores within 3 km of this location. Responsive and friendly staff.

Had our anniversary there. Nice views, rooms spacious and clean with a full kitchen. We had a lovely gift on or arrived for our anniversary with was much appreciated. Close to shops and restaurants at Hillarys Boat Harbour. Enjoyed our break away. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Beds uncomfortable, rooms were very noisy and the Venetian blinds did little to keep the light out at night. Didn't get a lot of sleep.

Good location, light, spacious and airy apartments. Good size pool with a small shallow kiddies pool- perfect for the little ones, plus plenty of shade and seating around pool. Heaps to see and do at hillarys, overall great little getaway for the whole family

Location was great, rooms were extremely noisy - you hear all the noise from the nearby night club as well as people yelling and fighting when they are leaving, and very light - venetian blinds means you wake up with the sun.

Very helpful staff, amazing big family apartments at great prices with all you need. Close walk to everything around and so much to do.

Good accommodation in a convenient and picturesque location for a reasonable price, found the rooms clean and spacious with all self contained requirements.

This lovely hotel is a great place to stay, it is secure, the room we stayed was well-maintained, clean and so organised. There is an outdoor pool, 2 nearby walking distance beaches and the famous AQWA is just in front of the hotel. You will be delighted to see the restaurants, cafes and shopping stores are everywhere. The best experiences we had here was to watched the amazing sunset and walked around looking at the marina. I can definitely say that we will be coming back to stay in Hillarys Harbour Resort, I highly recommend this place.

Had the most relaxing stay. Nice apartment, close to beaches, bars/restaurants and cafes. I will certainly be back again.

Booked room online, paid. Arrived with my partner (it was a surprise) but no one there and no answer the phone, called head office they couldn’t do anything to help. Next day was tried to return money back but head office said the resort doesn’t answer them either. Disappointed and ruined afternoon. Next day I talked to the head office to get money back, they said I can’t get it !!! So what service is that??? Ridiculous

Fantastic rooms .super clean and spacious. SECURITY is top notch Highly recommended. Close to all range of Fantastic restaurants. Staff are super friendly and the welcome food pack for breakfast at $35 is a bargain. LOVE LOVED IT.
