I recently stayed at this hotel in Perth and found it to be a mixed bag. On the plus side, the location is excellent and the room is spacious. One of the standout features for me was the convenient parking—just a short walk to the check-in lobby. Additionally, the property is all on one level, making it easy to get to the room without having to lug suitcases up or down stairs. However, there were a few drawbacks that detracted from the overall experience. The lighting in the room is dim, which can be a bit frustrating if you’re trying to read. The soundproofing leaves much to be desired; I was easily disturbed by the noise from the in-house restaurant until late at night, as well as by early morning vacuuming. The sound from the TV in the next room was also audible. Lastly, the water heater was quite erratic, with hot water suddenly turning cold. If you’re a light sleeper or need stable water temperature, this might not be the place for you. However, if convenience and accessibility are your primary concerns, this hotel has that covered.

No reception to contact in the evening, Spoke with security 2 nights in a row regarding extremely load rooms and a change was basically ignored, rude staff, room is like a dance party inside at night people yelling and carrying on may as well try and sleep in the bar. If you are looking for a good night's sleep please detour this place.

We pulled the cover down to go to bed and there is sizeable amounts of blood on the underneath of the Doona cover. Absolutely disgusting. No way of contacting reception, no answer. Asking for money back and leaving now to a clean bed. $220 a night!!! For this

Came for drinks only just a serene and lovely place to spend some time.

This place although a little tired was huge, full of lovely spaces to wine and dine. We enjoyed the barramundi and steak. Both were quiet expensive but very well cooked and presented. My Barra lay on a bed of risotto which was delightful. Service was ok and bathrooms clean.

From the first phone contact everything was fantastic. Fiona answered every question I had and arranged everything for us amazingly well. Check in was a breeze even though the staff were busy. The room was great and the facilities absolutely perfect. The foodaries were really good & the pubs great value with food & drinks with a few surprises thrown in. All things considered this must be the best stay in the perth area. Special thanks to Fiona for an above & beyond helpful experience. We will be back thats for sure. 11 out of 10 guys.

Check-in: Slow. Waiting for staff to finish his work before attending to us. Breakfast: None provided as no hotel restaurants. There are restaurants around the hotel. Room condition: Great except the noise insulation. The sliding doors to the balcony has no noise insulation, can hear the speed boat zooming in the bay early in the morning at 7am. As there are restaurants around, the noise level increases as the crowd increases. View: Good view of the marina and sunset. Parking: Only a few parking space are reserved for hotel guests, if these are filled, have to park far away.

Peaceful and quiet. We were staying at the hotel was over 14 years ago and not much have changed and the area has been well maintained. Love the serenity, peace and quietness. This is a good stay over night.

Was crowded staff seemed clueless allowing kids to run around inside and out unsupervis3d though security were great especially with a medical issue

Really terrible service experience. The Marina puts $$ above their customers and does not value customer relationship. I won’t be back and do not recommend.

My husband had a great haircut at reasonable price with expert hairdresser. He felt comfortable and he doesn't like too much h fuss and time spent on his hair. A thumbs up

Loved the environment and the food was very good. We tried a few things in the menu and it was very worthy.

So much available parking space, clean and easy to access. Wonderful staff and a relaxing untrusted atmosphere 😀

Lovely view. Good sized rooms. Beds were a little hard. We couldn't get an ordinary breakfast anywhere. We thought they might have some plates in the room so we bought our own but no. The two restaurants that do breakfast on the weekend, one didn't have prices on their menu the other wanted $14 just for toast. So ended up not having any. We also saw a man who wasn't well and had been there for a wedding the day before. The man at the counter didn't seem to care. We wanted a wheelchair for him and he acted as if there wasn't one when the gentleman had used it the night before. He says it's locked in a cupboard and he didn't have a key to access it. Not good at all. We won't be back

Busy pub , good service , friendly staff . Busy with food with a good choice.A little off putting though is the visible presence of cockroaches in the outside area , I know this is nature but people eat here.

Our company has now held two staff conferences at Mindarie Marina. Gina and Melissa’s knowledge of hospitality has helped pull together the best options within budget to create a memorable experience for our guests. The accommodation is clean and modern, the options for dining give great variety and the day delegate package food was delicious especially the home-made scones. The conference area provided a picturesque view that made you feel like you were almost on holidays. Thanks again for all your help and see you again next year!”-

LOUD .... our room was directly above an outdoor pub which cranked on till 1-2 am on Friday and Saturday nights .... everything else about our stay was great , beautiful room beautiful views. But if you value sleep it's probably not for you. Probably fine on week days though.

Fantastic location but wasted as a restaurant on the water. Sad stale menu & very underwhelming food. Go to the Indie brewery instead.

Nice place to stay. Plenty of restaurants and bars to visit and modern setting overlooking the marina. Nice relaxing walks to the beach and plenty of cafes for that coffee fix. Prices were pretty fare for your room. Our room had no spa but they are available in most rooms. Pleasant staff and good to talk to. The only thing I have to criticise about is the cleanliness of the walk ways and paths. They desperately need some attention. Not sure who's responsible for the cleaning of these area's but it is a big downfall for the marina. They need serious water blasting with detergent and the walls also. The smell is unpleasant and the whole area has this greasiness about it. The lift also was stink and dirty.

Love the ambience of this hotel! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Very nice and clean rooms. Efficient room service.

We had a two bedroom apartment from 12 - 15th June. The beds were great and the rooms had the necessary amenities. The property also had ample parking. Waking up to sea gulls and boats was brilliant. As was the fine Indian Ocean Brewery which served good steak and beers. Just a tiny suggestion to have a light near room 16.

Stayed for only one night in late January and mid-week. The booking process, check in, parking and room access was all very easy. The location in the marina with the boating and the restaurant/cafe brings opportunity/activity that might be an issue for some during high activity times. Personally I thought that was and would be a reason to stay there. Great room and a reasonable price. From discussions with Perth locals my observation is that this hotel is just not very well known but if you need/want accommodation on the northern side of Perth I highly recommend this hotel.

Had a drink at Boat a d same excellent friendly service as always. Atmosphere is awesome just sitting outside watching boaties cruising out for fishing or WA's beautiful crayfish Thanks team

Great hotel, very comfortable rooms. We were right on top of the boat tavern so was very noisy with music from 11 am to 9pm most days. Apart from that it was lovely.

Booking in could be easier after hours. 6pm is early to close reception. Hotel & surrounds very good.

Staff was very helpful and friendly the food menu had everything that you would need enjoy our weekend we'll go there again

Waited an hour for some tacos, they were good buy not worth the wait especially when they were not busy. Friendly staff, nice area for dogs.

Amazing views, super comfortable bed, Netflix available, great restaurants and cafes, staff were really helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Highly recommend.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. Very spacious. The views amazing. Pillows need attention though. Rock hard. Went to the Brewery for dinner. Shout out to the lovely Alyssa that looked after us. Her service is to be commended. Very professional. We will be going back. Highly recommend.
