Impressive! I stayed here 28 years ago and today am amazed at how well maintained it is. Absolutely spotless and clean. All the the staff were warm and friendly. Couldn't ask for a better location with the beach outside the front door. Well equipped kitchen and huge updated bathrooms. The only reason I marked it 4 stars and not 5 is the water bottles should have been complimentary. Will definitely come back soon!

Please do yourselfs a favour and stay somewhere else as you will be absolutely gutted with everything 😢 Rooms are out dated they smell of smoke Aircons are noisy fans ceiling fans don't work. front counter service is like talking to a robot smoke alarms going off all through the night laundry services work all night and morning so you can hear the machines rumbling Food is oily and ltasteless All in all its extremely pricey and run down just bloody terrible in every way

Rooms are dark and dingy with no natural light. We had to keep lights on during the day. Room needed a complete overhaul it was like being in dodgy motel dorm the 60's. Only positive was the location and being able to walk to beach.

The Knights family thoroughly enjoyed our 1st anniversary here. Breakfast was wonderful and the service was friendly and memorable. We loved having a bbq in the pool area as the sun set and the room was lovely and clean. We’ll be back next year❣️

Stayed Mon 13 Sep 2021 - Room 62 - Paid $269 - 1 bedroom Spa Apartment with Ocean View Pros: * Staff are amazing and really friendly from reception to the chef and the cleaners * View of the ocean is beautiful * Spacious room * If ordering from the menu the food we got was good (breakfast) Cons: * Rooms are aging * Tiling needs regrouting everywhere * Continental breakfast set up seems old and food was pretty bland and boring for continental. Overall it was ok

Stayed the weekend to celebrate a birthday and the lovely staff gave us ocean views and a decent bottle of wine on arrival! No sound pollution even though we were right next to the road and super cheap to eat breakfast there. The pool is quite small for the size of the resort though, which was unfortunate with the school holiday timing, and the spa was closed.

Great place, however shame they don't communicate. Would have liked to have had a response from emails sent as we had a emergency and had to leave our stay in the middle of the night. Had only been there for five hours of our stay and was asking to rebook.

Rooms smelled of mold, everything had a damp feel to it. Showers could not maintain hot for more than 5min, the hottub was a warm tub, no vending machines, snacks from the local gas station is an option, and no dinner onsite ever. No gym onsite (partner gym, you need to drive too). Mondays, nothing is open so you are walking 15-20min for food. They have bike's, but look ancient and hourly... Should be curtsy to all guests. The hotel has a good basic breakfast included, no protein of any kind. The biggest thing this hotel has, is its location beside the water and the view of the sunset.

Rooms were very clean... actually very nice... unfortunately we couldn't find any tea and coffee until late on the last day but found it behind the microwave...We thought it a bit mean charging for bottled water but no Problem to boil the jug...My care provider mentioned that admin could learn some people skills-Ok now About "Quality Resort "breakfast..the food was quite good ... and the staff were excellent... very friendly and welcoming ... especially the older woman...she outshone herself 😇... Would I go back to Qualify Resort...Yes ofcourse...

Love this Sorrento Resort It's my third stay , staff are great and the resort is so handy to be able to walk to restaurants. Hillarys Boat Harbour is a quiet walk in gently lapping waves along the seashore A very short drive away is a great local shopping centre ( North Beach Sh Centre) , Whitford Shopping Centre is under 5 minutes away , so too Mullaloo Tavern, and Swell in Mullaloo . Only a few minutes to the freeway ramps North and South to venture further afield if you must leve this idyllic location.

Loved our overnight stay every was to a great standard. Could not fault the place at all. Will definitely be staying again.

Went for Easter break, stunning views over Sorrento Beach. Super clean, friendly staff 👌 A big plus. We had spacious room. Huge bathroom with spa. Very good breakfasts. Can not wait to come back. And we are in Melbourne Victoria 😀

Happy with the room but except that this is not we expected to see when we paid for a Seaview room….View was blocked by a huge tree..

Not impressed with the service. Caveat - our stay here was complimentary with our wedding reception package from AQWA. We needed to use the lockbox for room access, but this failed. In the end, AQWA staff had to drive over to help us out (thanks AQWA) because the security guard wouldn't respond to anyone else. At checkout, reception staff offered no apology or acknowledgement of their mishap - disappointing. I would stay here again if I had to, the room was big & had a great view of the beach, below ground parking was great. Furnishing was just ok.

Great location, close to Hillarys Marina, Whitfords Shopping Centre and trains to to Perth or Joondalup. Three bed unit had large rooms, bathroom upstairs, shower and toilet downstairs, kitchen and laundry. Everything a family needs for a holiday. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our night with ocean views however would’ve liked to have been able to drink the bottled water in the fridge without being charged .. water is SOOOO CHEAP AND A NECESSITY = we would’ve like the water to have been complimentary considering some facilities provide champagne or wine on arrival.. ♥️

The perfect summer holiday destination. 100 meters to the water, restaurants and walk along the coast for miles north and south. 15 minutes to Hillary's marina. Parks at Sorrento beach with BBQ's and toilet facilities.

The staff were so amazing and accommodating made us thoroughly enjoy our stay in the West. The resort was nice and pool and spa were great will definitely stay again.

Great staff, 5 star customer service, nice big rooms with nice little kitchen with all that you need in it. The bathroom is big and beautiful, you get a jacuzzi in it, good place for enjoy the beach. Buffet breakfast with good options if you're vegan.

Price bit rich for outdated room. Smelly, musky room, suspect it had been smoked in, so some air fresheners wouldn't be a bad idea. Needs better block out curtains as it faced east morning sun, was up early which was not the point of a late check-out. Spa (room), forget using it after 11pm as it apparently is a no no for noise. Staff member was very polite, nice to see from a young fella. Location good.

1) Helpful staff - emailed staff prior to arrival and responses were very prompt. Late check in procedure was fuss free and easy enough. I’m impressed by the service of front desk staff Brandon. He left me with a very positive impression of the hotel. Separately, cleaning staff were attentive to needs and requests, which was great. 2) Room - clean and tidy. It was much better than expected, having read many poor reviews about the cleanliness of various other hotels in Perth. I chose the ocean view and it was to our liking. There were constant breeze and apartment was well ventilated. However a couple of things to note - bottled mineral water is chargeable at $3/bottle, and late check out comes with a fee of $20/hour. 3) Location - great as it’s right next to the beach. There are a few eateries, a BWS and petrol station across the road. Hillary’s harbour is 5mins drive away. Perth city is 20-30mins drive away. However I believe the nearest mega mall is 5km away, which makes grocery shopping a little inconvenient. 4) Parking - parking is free at ground level or in the basement. No lack of parking lots. This is incredibly important to me and was one of the main reasons to select this resort. 5) WiFi - free WiFi in rooms. Connection is strong and stable. Overall I have enjoyed my stay and would recommend this resort if you intend to stay along the coast.

Absolutely amazing place to stay 😊 beautiful views and amazing to relax if you get the ocean view spa 😍 staff are amazing, the only faults I have for my stay is not enough toilet paper for 2 people and no tv in the room for white noise as a person with SPD 😊 Other than that, I'll see you again soon

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and had plenty of space, the continental breakfast perfect each morning.

Given it's name and prices I was expecting more. Small rooms with shabby carpet. Showers that spread water over the whole bathroom floor. Breakfast was good, but started too late (7am) as we were on the 7.30 ferry to Rottnest.

My favourite coastal getaway. Clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. I love the view from the ocean view apartments and rooms, it's worth hearing the traffic (in my view), which slows right down at night, but the apartments at the back might suit you better if you'd rather not hear any. Hillary's Boat Harbour is an easy 15 minute stroll away. The sofa bed in my room was a little worse for wear though.

We couldn’t be more happier with our stay at Quality Resort Sorrento. Our one bedroom spa room was perfect for a couple it had plenty of room and the Ocean view was spectacular. The staff are very friendly and the room and property is well kept and very tidy. The pool is a good size and solar heated. Walking distance to Hillary’s Harbour and Sorrento is ideally situated to Perth and other coastal areas like Cottesloe and Fremantle. Rottnest ferry departs from Hillary’s Harbour.
