Stayed on departing and returning flights. Rang for the shuttle multiple times and no one answered, after 30 mins had to get $35 taxi and was told issue was due to "shift change", then when departing told no room on shuttle, another $35 taxi. On return stay we landed 1am, rang and they said 40 mins for a shuttle, so another $35 for taxi. Then they give us a room with 1 bed yet we booked 2 beds, had to change rooms at 2am and got a room with a disabled accessible bathroom. Average!

This place is a dump! Had I known the true condition of the accommodation I would never have booked it for our family. The rooms where filthy and in need of deep clean. The bed are terrible, lumpy and old. The sofa in the original room we were checked into was split and worn, fit for the tip! The private patio area attached to the original room we were given was covered in broken glass and had not even had a quick going over by cleaners, it was absolutely gross. We complained to reception and were basically accused of having too high expectations and told it wasn't 5 star accommodation.. How insulting. After much back and forth we were offered another apartment, waited for it to be cleaned then eventually thought we could relax, only to find the air-conditioning in the main bedroom wasn't working.. In summer. Just a cluster disaster. I have pictures from both apartments.

The location is nice and close to the airport and the courtesy bus was great. The apartments however leave a lot to be desired. The bathrooms had some major water damage and were filled with mould. The bottom of the walls had gotten so wet that they were rotting through. The beds were hard and the furnishings were very worn. We were only crashing there for one night. Anymore then that and I would have looked for somewhere else to stay.

This place is an AMAZING find. I booked this place last minute when JetStar cancelled my flight. Really amazing staff and smooth check in process. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The only confusing thing is that they can sometimes rent out only one of the bedrooms in a 2 bedroom. So I booked online for a single room with 2 single beds, but the apartment given to me had 2 bedrooms. One with 2 single beds and a second room with a double bed. If I wanted to use the second room, they would be an extra charge to upgrade. It's a great idea that saved me money, so I'm not complaining but was just taken back when I first entered the room. High speed wifi and ample parking. There's a hungry jacks and night owl across to road, so there's easy access to food. However, this is not convenient to go anywhere from here without your own transport, so I would definitely recommend this place if you have your own car. The Chromecast in the room didn't work, but everything else was 10/10. Coffee machine with espresso and coffee pods, hot chocolate, dining ware, a microwave, washer and dryer, and a full fridge.

Had to wait 20 minutes as no one was at reception despite being 24hous. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bedroom carpet was stained. But for all that we liked staying there.

I am staying here tonight i have been to countless hotels in Perth I am staying 1 night with a late check in 7:30pm. I am being asked to pay a $500 deposit for a 1 night stay now I know a friend that stays there and pays no deposit just pay for the night he is there I would not suggest this hotel to stay in the future will give a further update once I arrive tonight

Fairly average rooms. Clean enough but we had issues with the air-conditioning and access was difficult (one small elevator no where near the room).

Whilst the receptionist was lovely and was willing to help the hotel itself was not great to say the least. The door does not have a security lock which made me quiet anxious sleeping at night. The card/key did not work for both nights that I stayed and to top it all off, I was disgusted to find a cockroach on my leg when I woke up. There were lots of holes in the sheets I assume from the bed bugs and lots of dead insects all over the hotel floor. Will not be staying here again.

We wanted a place near Perth airport where we can check in asap after touching down at 6pm. This property is mere minutes by car so it fits the bill. Complimentary shuttle bus was undergoing scheduled maintenance while we were there, so if you need the airport shuttle, check their website before booking. There's plenty of complimentary parking lots on site too if you're driving. As expected the area was very quiet at night, not a bad thing being so near an airport. I thought airplane noises might intrude, but we didn't hear loud noises during our stay. Getting food within walking distance would be a challenge. In any case we had already planned to drive downtown for light dinner. Along the way we did pass by some fast food restaurants. Apartments are spacious and reasonably clean, although the floor was a bit sandy in places but it didn't bother us much. The sofa in both our apartments were a bit worse for wear and should be replaced though. Everything else was good, full sized fridge, washer, dryer, coffee maker, etc etc. Not that we used any of it as we stayed one night only. Reception staff was very friendly and check in/out was quick and easy. If I'm ever in Perth again and need a place near the airport, I would put this property high on the list.

Airport Apartment by Vetroblu Visited on 28/5/2022 This apartment is chosen because it is very near the airport. We booked a 2-bedroom apartment, and we are extremely happy with it. Well, we do have a small whinge about the housekeeping: a new toilet roll should be supplied, body wash topped up, missing a mug and no wiping clothes. The interior is tastefully done up, more towards the contemporary, with very heavy rich timber furniture that no guests can pinch by putting on a trailer. The Master bedroom has full ensuite and air conditioner. We do not have a chance to use other facilities, but that does not bother us.

I only spent one night here, but it was unforgettable. As soon as I checked in at 9PM, I realized that I left my mobile phone in the taxi. James, the apartment's front desk helped me to connect with the taxi driver. After the short drama, I got my phone back. Then, we realized that James and I were locked out outside the front desk and we could not get in for a couple of minutes! Other than that, the apartment was cozy with balcony. There were a full kitchen set with utensils, washing machine & drier, etc. No lift, but the hotel staff helped me take my luggage to my room.

Good location if you need close to Perth Airport. Only issue we had was that the lift didn't work on our exiting but other than that it was spacious and clean.

The Hotel was clean and fresh. However We are 3 elderly people between 75 and. 85 years old and needed assistance with our luggage. The shuttle bus service/driver attitude was atrocious, the driver was unhelpful verging on rude and when it came time to packing the luggage he waited for my elderly husband to pack the vehicle and don’t even help him! He knew we had an 8 hour delay, could see we were exhausted, stressed and unwell and didn’t help. He was rude and when we arrived just dropped us off at 1.30am in the morning in the dark and again waited for us to unload and left. We had to navigate our way around the appartments late at night and try and find our room. I will not be booking this hotel again. I B, F B and M M.

Nice clean short stay apartments, located very handy to Perth airport. Has a number of shops within a couple of minutes walk. Hungry Jacks, Night Owl and service station. They have a shuttle to get to and from the airport if needed.

Close to airport, and 5 minute walk to Redcliffe Station. But not much else. Fine if you have a car, but be prepared to use a lot of public transport if you want to see anything.

Seems to be many polarising reviews on here. Our room was great, much better than expected. Apartments were clean spacious and well equipped with amenities. Pretty good value for money.

Driver who picked us up drove like he was in a rally, had to hang on to the side of the van or get thrown around. Rooms were fair, check-in process was a little bumpy. All of the walkways are small pavers, so everyone who is rolling a suitcase past your room sound like they’re bringing the thunder.

Good location close to the airports. Quite fair from the city but overall good value for the money. The only issue is that the property has been built building after building and there is no easy access path to the reception service. Also has only one elevator and that was a challenge for me to haul my luggage. Should also invest in luggage trolleys.

It was a terrible place. There were little cockroaches everywhere. When I asked the staff to change rooms, the reply was that there were no spare rooms to change. He just came to inspect and gave me a bottle of insecticide, and I sprayed the whole room. I still see them on the dining table, sofa, and sink when I wake up in the middle of the night. We killed at least 10 cockroaches throughout the night.

Room was lovely, clean and spacious even though smallest room available. Comfy big bed. Staff were very helpful. Great location for shopping and access to train station, easy to get on the freeway. Was able to park for free. Amazing hospitality, they did.

I booked the property. Drove to it and as I arrived was told that they had got a few people call up and taken someone else’s booking. Even though my booking was confirmed. No other accomodation available in all of Perth. I have a young son and not a single place to stay. Having to go sleep at the airport. What a joke.

Awesome place for people doing short trips out of the states. Rooms are very nice and clean.24hr reception ,free shuttle bus to and from the airport and the best part is you can park your car here while you are away for a fracture of the cost of the airport parking and pick it up on your returns.

Kieren picked us up from the airport on the hotel shuttle. Super easy based off his directions. He was incredibly helpful when checking in and suggestions where to purchase a gift. On arriving to the hotel he went over and above to ensure we knew where we were going and had everything we needed. The staff are always what makes a stay go from good to great. Thanks Kieren!

Great place to stay. Disappointed that we lost 3 days, due to Covid and the boarder closure in 2021. Christmas and new year 2022 was great in Perth.

The rooms are very spacious. The wifi is also reliable. The 24-hour staff are super nice and helped us with late-night assistance in solving some flight booking issues. It made a big difference.

Our first visit was a see-saw - having to carry 2 large suitcases up stairs to our room was a surprise but the service we received from the staff was brilliant. Shuttle bus to the airport next morning was interesting - driver wasn't aware of the 2 baby seats in the back until after she loaded everyone's luggage, then had to try and remove them so everyone could have a seat.

I have absolutely loved staying here over the many years that I’ve used these apartments. Always clean and lovely staff. However this time around we decided to use the long term car park. Big mistake, as our car was broken into while we were on holiday. A smashed window and two bags of laundry stolen out of our car, clothes we didn’t need for a warmer holiday . The only assistance given was a discount of $90 on our accommodation for the night we stayed on return from our holiday. You would have thought a little bit more given for instance a refund on our parking ? While you say you accept no responsibility for damages in the same breath you tell in your advertising that the car park is next to the 24/7 manned reception giving the impression of security. A very dissatisfied long term customer and would struggle to consider staying with you again.

Great appartments just like a house. lounge ,full kitchen set-up including dishwasher , laundry wash & dryer. Shuttle service terrific, late checkout available & parking bays right at your door. Quiet, convenient, & comfortable place. Staff friendly & helpful.

The Airport shuttle was great. Checking in was smooth and friendly. The apartment was big and very clean. We had everything we needed. It was quiet and comfortable. The price was really good.

Took us approx 7-10mins from Perth airport. Smooth check in process, room is clean spacious and comfy. Staff were friendly too! Adequate sheltered parking is a win! Location is pretty decent as well. We definitely enjoyed our stay! Thank you! :)

Went to visit a client. The grounds were nice, his room was comfortable. Quiet area yet close to the airport.

Perfect rooms, near new. Very comfortable. Great accessible room, not sure if they all are accessible but it's great.

Booked for 2 bedrooms after checking in one bedroom was locked had to get receptionist to open it. On going to bed it was obvious the bed had been slept in & sheets had not been changed. Had to call for fresh linen. Also large cockroach in other bedroom.

After such a long day, it was so nice to check in to our neat and tidy hotel room. A room and bathroom for our kiddos and a separate bed and bath for us 👌🏻 Lovely tea and coffee in the kitchen, washing powder and lovely soaps and wash in the showers. And of course being close to the airport for our flight is perfect too 😊

So convenient and close to the airport. They offer airport transfers a d is such a reliable service. Staff are friendly and more than happy to help. The apartments are spacious and very clean. We would definitely stay again.
