Arrived after a long day travelling to find the couch with tears in the fabric, the bench in the lounge room falling apart with the laminex coming off, stains on the carpet, filthy architrave, shower grout dirty and I’ve asked for a refund. Hardly the relaxing luxurious restful experience I thought I was paying for. On top of which I have to pay a bond. Apparently the staff can’t help further as the manager is “in a meeting” hotel prices for backpacker standards. Unhappy so far

Room was lovely, clean and spacious even though smallest room available. Comfy big bed. Staff were very helpful. Great location for shopping and access to train station, easy to get on the freeway. Was able to park for free at ikea which was a bonus.

Great place to stay, clean and nice neighborhood, close to the highway and Ikea. Richard was really nice and professional, girls at reception as well, respectful and kind.

Grab an uncleaned room and changed 3 times of room key. Very bad smell when open the balcony. Not enough toiletries, when ask for new shampoo, body wash and towel, they forgot twice. The worst hotel experience I have had.

The room was perfect, modern, very nice and clean. The energy at the hotel was so pleasant and relaxing. The receptionist was beautiful and very helpful with any requests. I loved the secure parking in the building. Really close to food, gym and shops. Was perfect for a weekend getaway, Thank you!

My standard goto hotel when returning to Perth office. Modern. No restaurant but kitchenette in the room. They receive deliveries well, which suits me perfectly. Great staff.

Very nice rooms but the beds where awful couldn't sleep, dogs barking from residents, people running up and down hallways, noisy people in apartments up side the sports bar down stairs was awesome

Great room sizes. Good views, good customer service. Close to Ikea, Westfield Innaloo and only about a 5 minute drive to Karrinyup Shopping centre.

It’s a nice hotel and room, but be careful leaving your car overnight. We parked on the street opposite of the hotel, and got our stuffs stolen.

Booked a week for work and room was clean and tidy with everything needed , I ordered food when it arrived I went into the draw to get cutlery to find mould growing off the cutlery! I called and asked for more which they agreed and gave me new. Later in the night the smoke alarm went off I got dressed and went down to reception and asked was everything ok they said they had no signals that the alarm in that floor was going off and everything was fine, ok I proceeded back to my room on arrival there was a very strong smell of burnt plastic I returned down to the desk and asked for someone to come and check which they did and Agreed to the smell I asked could I please change room and this is very unpleasant and not sure it’s healthy to sniff burst plastic all night I was advised sorry we’re fully booked but will get you a new room tomorrow - ok I guess! After a rubbish night sleep a headache from the plastic I went to work I called and confirmed that I could change room during the day and the receptionist said they would speak to the manager and call back, they did call back and advised sorry unfortunately not and that I would have to leave the hotel and to come and get my stuff? Unbelievable! Worst hotel experience! I travel to WA for work regularly and will never use Quest again.

Strongly recommend. All service staff members were very supportive and helpful throughout the stay. Super fast Check in and check out not even a minute to wait. Conveniently located just under 10 mins walk to shopping area. Awesome 💯

Nice location and feeling however, something strange is happening in the internal courtyard. Almost all the hedging lining the rooms on level 2 is dying off and it looks like it's due to a lack of water. Years of growth and care is being lost and will takes ages to recover. Fix it please.

Hotel is quite nice. The only thing I found was that parking can be quite expensive if you choose the covered parking offered, otherwise you can street park around the corner or across the road in Ikea carpark for free at night.

Clean room, big enough, quick check-in with friendly stuff. Very good location. Plenty of free parking close by.

Great clean hotel. Not long to get into the city. Just be aware the reception isn't manned 24/7 and you have to ring someone to check in.

Staff very polite, room clean. The couch was worn and peeling like an old motel on a lonely highway. The balcony sliding glass door was full of hand prints and smears hasn't been cleaned for sometime. The balcony was full of dust, dirt and stains. Location was noisy from traffic of the freeway and all the roads surrounding the building. Noise from other rooms was relevant. Close to amenities ie: shops, train station and restaurants. Great views of IKEA as your looking at the city.

Rooms were clean, well stocked, and in good condition. Friendly service, helpful, but they are tough to get on the phone at certain times. Location is easy to get to, right next to the IKEA.

DONT BOOK HERE, VERY UNRELIABLE - my friend and I booked a hotel room for our birthday, only for them to call us a few hours before check in to cancel our booking because the room needed ‘maintenance’, and they had no other rooms available. This is very unprofessional and short notice, so now my friend and I are unable to book any other hotels as everything is booked out and we were given 3 hours notice before our booking that they were cancelling. My birthday is ruined.

Quiet environment Convenient location with Wilson parking available 100 MTR walk at $39 P/n. Dine in and takeout Meal in walking distance or cook in room. Grocery stores Under 2k away.

Bad parking, carpets and lounges dirty. Poor value for money. No place to park and check in.

Staff are friendly and helpful rooms are spacious and come with everything even when you get the cheaper rooms and across the road from T4 and IKEA would recommend the sushi place down the road from the the hotel within walking distance

The room was very clean and quiet Will come back again Strongly recommend. Awesome 💯 The counter service is very very very kind. We came from Sydney and forgot to print the Holiday Park Pass, but the lady at the counter was very happy and help to print it for us. Thank you so much to the lady at the counter on the evening of 2nd Jan🥰🥰🥰
