Booked
a
week
for
work
and
room
was
clean
and
tidy
with
everything
needed
,
I
ordered
food
when
it
arrived
I
went
into
the
draw
to
get
cutlery
to
find
mould
growing
off
the
cutlery!
I
called
and
asked
for
more
which
they
agreed
and
gave
me
new.
Later
in
the
night
the
smoke
alarm
went
off
I
got
dressed
and
went
down
to
reception
and
asked
was
everything
ok
they
said
they
had
no
signals
that
the
alarm
in
that
floor
was
going
off
and
everything
was
fine,
ok
I
proceeded
back
to
my
room
on
arrival
there
was
a
very
strong
smell
of
burnt
plastic
I
returned
down
to
the
desk
and
asked
for
someone
to
come
and
check
which
they
did
and
Agreed
to
the
smell
I
asked
could
I
please
change
room
and
this
is
very
unpleasant
and
not
sure
it’s
healthy
to
sniff
burst
plastic
all
night
I
was
advised
sorry
we’re
fully
booked
but
will
get
you
a
new
room
tomorrow
-
ok
I
guess!
After
a
rubbish
night
sleep
a
headache
from
the
plastic
I
went
to
work
I
called
and
confirmed
that
I
could
change
room
during
the
day
and
the
receptionist
said
they
would
speak
to
the
manager
and
call
back,
they
did
call
back
and
advised
sorry
unfortunately
not
and
that
I
would
have
to
leave
the
hotel
and
to
come
and
get
my
stuff?
Unbelievable!
Worst
hotel
experience!
I
travel
to
WA
for
work
regularly
and
will
never
use
Quest
again.
