Julia and Peter of Rosebridge Cottage operate this beautiful guest sanctuary in tranquil surrounding gardens with the warmest hospitality and personalized service. The rooms are very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The inclusion of a delicious hearty breakfast completed this beautiful experience.

Rosebridge is absolutely beautiful, from the gardens, pool, quaint rooms and gourmet breakfast - it was an absolutely perfect spot for a romantic night away in the hills. Highly recommend!

Very beautiful location and accommodations. Bandicoots in the garden. Kookaburra trying to steal your breakfast 😄. Nice hosts.

I think these kind of small sanctuaries is what makes Australia so special. If you were to ask me & my wife that is. A great peaceful & quiet place, not so far away from Perth CBD You could see how much the owners (Julia & Peter if I remember correctly) care about you & your experience, a small business that staying in it feels way better than top luxury hotels. Just imagine what a great feeling it is that the host in your hotel is also the the one taking care of making the food , serving it to you & doing everything else with care. You are feeling connected to the place for a bit, forgetting about your day-to-day tenacious worrisome stress & thoughts. Yes, you'll no get top variety of food that many hotels will make for you for breakfast, but they neither make it with tons of love & care .The breakfast was simple, yet delicious. Simple, comforting, food ,near the beautiful garden - a feeling you won't forget. At least, we haven't, and we were there for just a single night until the noon the next day. May your place stay prosperous for other people to acknowledge other hotel experiences.

We stayed in a spa suite. The whole experience was great, room clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast was fantastic with just about anything you could want available. Definitely recommend Rosebridge House and its managers Pete and Julia.

Stayed here for one night after flying into Perth, the place was excellent. The place feels like home and was just a really nice vibe, plus the fact bandicoots were just roaming around everywhere which was unreal. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend staying here

My wife and stayed here for two nights across the WA day long weekend & had a spectacular stay. We had a spa room so enjoyed a number of baths with the cold weather. The cooked breakfast was delicious. The owners are very welcoming & friendly. Can’t beat the location. Walking distance into town and we found it easy to get Ubers to wineries for lunch. Would definitely stay here again.

Walked in the doors of the Summer House and instantly felt relaxed and ‘at home’ the rooms are well-resourced and have everything you need for a weekend (or mid-week) getaway. The hosts are lovely and go above and beyond to look after you not only at the accommodation but with local knowledge of the area. Thank you for a carefree, relaxing weekend, we will be back soon!!

This was a lovely experience for us after living in the area for 40 years, moving permanently to Dunsborough last October. We had walked past Rosebridge House so often but not actually stayed there. Peter and Julia were so welcoming and friendly and we were so impressed with the presentation. Loved our room, the breakfasts were delicious and felt totally relaxed in the environment. Highly recommend.

To say that we were well rested, wll nourished and well cared for, is to substantially understate our accommodation experience. Our room was well furnished and decorated, and we enjoyed using very adequate guests' lounge area with provision of reading materials, videos etc. We had easy access to our room from an external verandah which made access to our vehicle easy. We enjoyed excellent privacy but at the same time friendly and helpful contact with our Hosts, Pete and Julia. A delicious cooked breakfast was the standout feature of the daily routine. A vehicle was necessary to avoid a lengthy walk to nearby Kalamunda. Parking was easy. Beautiful surrounding gardens and interesting wildlife. In summary excellent and reasonably priced accommodation.

Peter and Julia have attended to every detail. From check in to check out every aspect of their hospitality is excellent. We delighted in the appointment of our room. The pool and gardens are superb. Breakfasts were generous and delicious, providing the added enjoyment of the beautiful gardens and morning bird and animal activity. The guest lounge is warmly inviting. Our stay at Rosebridge House has been so relaxing and restorative. We would stay at Rosebridge again.

A very lovely 2 night stay at this B&B. The owners are very welcoming, the rooms are spacious and nice, the breakfast is very good. And the cherry on the pie, the garden with a few local animals. Quiet retreat, I loved it!

Rosebridge House is a lovely accommodation, with beautiful gardens and unique suites, located at walking distance to restaurants and shops, and close to multiple walk trails on Perth hills. Pete and Julia were very accommodating hosts and easy to get in contact with. We enjoyed our stay at their place.

Easy check in for a late arrival. Great service from Keith & Julie. Unfortunately due to time constraints we didnt get the full experience but we very much enjoyed the stay.

Tranquil beautiful gardens with private spaces for relaxing around the pool. So many birds and the regular bandicoot family. The hosts were so helpful and welcoming, their fresh fruit salad and cooked breakfast option legendary!

We really loved this place. The decor was based on wood and there is a lovely area for breakfast and a lounge. The food and cooked breakfast was excellent. The most endearing feature was the quendas that came just outside the breakfast room to eat the oats etc provided. Would come again.

We couldn’t believe that we found this little gem of a b an b. It’s location is superb, the accomodation has to be seen to be believed and the hosts were wonderful. We will definitely be coming back. Thankyou for a wonderful break x

Lovely place. Nice hosts and a good breakfast. Bandicoots on the patio. Even though the weather wasn’t good we enjoyed our stay. It would be even better in summer. Minor criticism was that tv was a bit small to view from bed and only one comfy seat to get closer. But we weren’t there to watch tv.

Rosebridge House has a lovely 1920s atmosphere with modern amenities. Our room was comfortable, with everything we needed, with a private terrace for sitting out. The shared dining room and lounge were beautiful. Breakfasts were delicious! It is close to the Kalamunda town centre, Perth Hills scenic attractions and the Perth Airport.

Rest , relaxation and recooperation. Rest amid the peaceful gardens with seating on a dozen spots to suit the wind, sun or time of the day. Swim in the pool or have a BBQ. Walk to town. Or just sit and listen to the birds and the at home the native animals. Read from the library, watch a DVD or do nothing. Sleep in anticipation of the beautiful scrambled eggs and bacon. We'll be back. Tony and Penelope

Upon arrival, we had to pinch ourselves over the absolute beauty of the setting & gorgeous 1920's period dwelling. WOW!!! Pete & Julia's warming hospitality & attention to every fine detail & need...'like no other'. Breakfasts generous & beautifully plated. Rooms heavenly and tastefully decorated. A perfect place to relax in the afternoon listening to sublime music. The location is central to hillside walking trails & quaint villages & wineries. So much to see & do. Resident birdlife & an inquisitive bandicoot completes the picture amongst the wonderful surrounding gardens.

Wow what an awesome bnb to stay at! Pete was so helpful with our late arrival, sending a text to make sure we knew directions. The night was very comfortable and the room has everything we could wish for. The breakfast was absolutely to die for. The muesli was incredible and then eggs made how you like 💪 tea, coffee, juice and spreads, everything perfect and well thought out. Can’t wait to stay again!

A beautiful property with lovely rooms and grounds. Also great breakfast. What made it 5 star was that we had a problem with the air con and they immediately upgraded us.

We did a last minute booking for the Anzac long weekend and managed to get a room for 2 nights. The accommodation was clean and comfy. The breakfast was fantastic, great spread and lots of options. We had the scrambled eggs, tomato and bacon option, it was yummy. The toast was delightful, I suspect it's homemade. To top it off, the resident quendas made an breakfast appearance at the front courtyard, also eating their breakfast. All in all, a very lovely experience. Will definitely recommend it to family and friends and look forward to stay there again next time. Pete and Julia were lovely hosts too.

What a wonderful little hideaway. Beautifully presented with lovely features and immaculately clean, this is really a wonderful place to get away to - I was there in summer, but it would be really lovely to go in winter too. Immersed in nature and a stones throw from places you would want to visit. Fully recommend and Peter and Julia and lovely hosts who will make you feel completely at home and relaxed. I loved it.

This was a lovely little one night get away for us. We live in Ocean Reef and wanted to get away from the house but not go too far. Property was just gorgeous and well maintained. Being no children was a huge draw card for us. What is the point in having some no children time to spend time with other peoples children jumping about in the pool! We had a lovely peaceful afternoon swim with no children and a dinner out at a local restaurant.

We spent a night at Rosebridge B&B for celebration of our wedding anniversary. The Summer House that we stayed has a spa and pool view as well as lovely garden bed with ornaments . We had a lovely evening walk with Kalamunda CBD only 1 km away which is close to shops , restaurants and cafe. Great location, excellent classical accommodation and beautiful environment. Delicious and nutritious breakfast, I don't even need to eat lunch after had that breakfast. A bonus of native birds and animals in the courtyard to greet us. Friendly hosts and very good communication, would like to go back again and definitely recommend to family and friends.

This is the fourth time we've stayed at Rosebridge with hosts Peter and Julia. The friendly service, lovely setting and the comfort of the rooms keep us coming back. Set in the Perth hills with gorgeous walks all around and close to the township of Kalamunda. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Absolutely amazing. Such a beautiful, homely feeling as soon we stepped foot onto the property. Definitely will book and stay again in the future and for longer next time. The hospitality and intimacy of the homestead was incredible. Thankyou so much Pete and Julia 🤗

Thank you Julie and Peter for our recent stay, was fantastic. Set in a beautiful area of Perth Hills, the accomodation is lovely and quaint, with tranquil surrounding gardens. The wildlife - Quenda, Kookaburras and other bird life was a big bonus whilst eating breakfast each morning. Thank you, will definitely be returning. :)

Rosebridge was such a lovely place to stay in the Perth Hills. I stayed here to get ready for my wedding with my bridesmaids. The rooms are so spacious and the gardens are beautiful- lots of birds came for a visit! Pete and Julie were great hosts- I would highly recommend staying here.

Relaxing, tranquil and therapeutic. Exactly what I needed after over a year of illness. I spent considerable time both sitting and walking around the beautiful gardens. The bandicoots, kookaburras, magpies and parrots were wonderful to watch while they were feeding. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this beautiful retreat so when my stay came to an end I felt sad about leaving. Pete and Julia I can't thank you enough for making my stay so memorable. You are such wonderful hosts.

The 'Summer House' that we stayed in was clean with everything you needed to relax and forget the outside world. The pool was great on the 40'C day we stayed there, but being surrounded by trees, flowers, birds and even a family of bandicoots, we soon forgot the heat. The hosts were friendly and catered to our wishes without any issues. Will go again and can definitely recommend it
