Excellent location and great facilities

Great location 150 meters from the beach. Clean well kept rooms with a balcony. Good kitchen with full size fridge/freezer a microwave & dishwasher. Lovely bathroom with bath and shower and a Landry cupboard with washer, dryer and sink. Excellent staff only too happy to help. Smallish TV, DVD player & Audiovisual player didn't work. Excellent pillows, but found the bed uncomfortable with air conditioning blowing directly on the bed and too much road noise from West coast highway to leave the windows open for fresh air.

New, nice and tidy room. Service is really good. The location is amazing. I feel like the only thing that can be improved is the waiting time to get a room upon check-in. Coming from a long flight to Australia then another flight to hit Perth, waiting 2h to get a room was the ice in the cake

They got our room wrong as per our booking and didn't want to fix it up but they were happy to charge us our booking rate, when what they gave us was cheaper. Wrong

Most of the front of house staff were amazing. However the housekeeping staff/owner were subpar at best. We were there as a long term stay and multiple times I had to ask for the room to be serviced and/or to have fresh clean linen. We went a total of 5 days without the room being serviced. As a long stay client I felt as though we were forgotten about. The owner on the other hand was difficult to work with. After asking and asking again for our room to be serviced they finally came up to service it and unfortunately there was a small stain on the carpet. Mind you they were using glass cleaner and spray and wipe to try get it out of the carpet… They wanted to kick us out that day. Long story short, we were told they would not allow us to extend our stay any further and that we needed to find other accomodation. A quick trip to the shops and some carpet cleaner and the stain was removed by us.

Never ever been so disappointed by a hotel. This place is a joke. Horrid staff and exy rooms for what they are and the room smelt so bad when I checked in. This is by far the worst and grossest place I have ever stayed. I still am furious at the way I was treated by the staff as well. Will never recommend this place and I will never stay at another quest hotel. This is the 2nd quest hotel I have stayed in but won’t ever come back to one again. Housekeeping never came like they were meant to either

Great location, close to a patrolled beach and 5 minute walk to the centre of the action. Staff were friendly and efficient, rooms were very comfortable, well maintained and well appointed. The only thing missing in the kitchen is an oven. Prebooked parking is essential given the proximity to the beach.

This place deserves 5 stars ⭐️ My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The location is convenient and beautiful. Plenty of café, bars and restaurants downstairs. Sunset after dinner is exceptional. The staff were all professional, courteous, respectful and helpful. My wife and I truly recommend this hotel and when we return this is definitely our home away from home.

We’ve stayed with family for 5 days, the location is awesome! So much to do for kids. Just a few steps away to be beautiful beach and surrounding with lots of nice restaurants and bars, suitable for both budget traveller and expensive travellers. There are two really big play ground by the beach, very good equipped and they are free! There is also a swimming pool by the beach as well. Lots of buses here can take you to the city with is just 15-20 mints away.

The facility of the Quest Scarborough is very nice and comfortable. Most important thing is the staffs are very kind and show hospitality during our stay. They provided very high quality service and make us feel easy at home! We will definitely come back sometime in future.

Had the best staycation at quest Scarborough! Excellent location, just a street away from the beach, shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly regardless of how busy it was throughout this Christmas period. Very kid friendly, very clean, so happy to have chosen to bring the kids here for Christmas this year!

Great place to stay in Scarborough near Indian Ocean. The view was good from my balcony, could see the Rottnest Island from the balcony. Price was reasonable. My room had options for cooking though I didn’t have to cook anything.

Rude staff, room was dirty food still in fridge from previous guests, bed unmade , Bond was kept due to on departure Manager saying everything was ok and our bond will be released immediately. They keep most people's bond due to a person's inability to take it further. Would not recommend, you will not get your bond back Quest Scarborough is notorious for this.

This may be the nicest hotel we have stayed in Perth! Love it what a great location for access to the beach. Immaculately clean, friendly staff, decent sized room with a stunning view of beach. You won't be disappointed if you book here.

Well located, clean accommodation… I’ve rated as 3-stars as the room we stayed in (Room 5) has the world’s worst mattress. It was springy and the springs made noises when you turned over in the bed 🛏️

Amazing stay in Quest Scarborough for a week! Room is tidy and well organized! A stone throw away from beach, Coles, and restaurants!

Friendly, helpful staff, lovely room (I was upgraded), spotlessly clean and very spacious. Great service! Secure parking and entry. Location so great for getting a variety of meals.

The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable!! Also… there is no cleaning of the room while you stay there.

The Staff & Management were Wonderful, always there to assist. The Views That Quest Apartments have of Scarborough Beach is mind blowing. We stayed 4 nights at the beginning of a 3 week visit to Australia & returned 3 nights at the end of our trip and both times our rooms were immaculate & fantastic facilities throughout the hotel. The staff, especially Marcus, were friendly & exceptionally helpful. I would recommend this hotel, it is very close to the seafront & although the road nearby can be busy the rooms are pleasantly quiet.

My daughter stayed here for a week with my 5 year old Twin Grandaughters in December 2022. I visited every day the pool is not great, needs plants etc...looks like a cement pond! You have to ask for towels, we asked for a portable bed and explained we needed an extra bed for the girls. We returned to find a baby cot that they charge you for, we sent it back and made do with the beds provided. The parking is hard when you check in...not very well sign posted. I cannot recommend this hotel.

The room was neat and fully equipped. However, on my first night I awoke to a man entering my room, standing less than a metre from me, through the unlocked sliding door at 03:37 am!! I presumed when I arrived from the airport at 22:30 that all doors in the room would be locked as per hotel security but no. I screamed, and the man fled. I immediately phoned the night manager who didn't answer his phone and left a voice message. By 08:50 the next morning no-one had called to check if I was alright. The day manager/owner said that as there was no evidence he can't do anything, and that I had to make sure to lock the door. In subsequent emails the implication was made that I lied because according to hotel management no-one could enter from the balcony side. This is not true as I was on the second floor and there are numerous ways to get on the balconies which are only separated by dividers on the sides as it's one long balcony in front of several rooms. I won't ever stay there again. I shudder to think what might have happened to me due to negligence on the part of hotel management. And to top it all it was my first night in a hotel in Perth.

Not behd, view was nice

House keeping only came once to clean apartment. We didn’t have a problem this. We requested extra towels twice and the Asian lady lost it and said you are using too many towels. We stayed 6 nights total and she expected us to use the same towel everyday. Owner was sitting right there and didn’t even step in. This is not how you speak to customers for a petty thing like towels.

Clean with good ocean views south L4. Bed needs new mattress so lost 1 star but great stay nice and private good parking

I had a lovely time at the Quest in Scarborough during my two week stay. It was clean, spacious and the owners, who were exceptionally kind and welcoming, made the whole trip a success. Only 30m from the beach with restaurants all around. I stayed in the serviced apartment in the south tower which had all that I needed to cook a nice meal and relax out on the balcony. I would definitely recommend!

Good size room, clean bedding

I had a business trip in Perth for 3 days, the hotel is with great location, spacious apartment, walking distance to the beach and really beautiful sunset view from balcony. The staff is extremely friendly, particular the gentleman in the reception and Tracy. I have travelled around the Australia, and this is the cleanest place I stayed so far. Highly recommend. Only thing is “bad” is I can’t stay longer. Certainly will be back in the future.

Good place to stay. Mainly because there are lots of good places to eat, shopping and Scarborough market. The bed is comfortable, just the communication isn't great, but is good enough.

I wouldn't recommend the hotel, they are the most money hunger people you can meet. Front reception Lady by memory her name is Tracey is very unprofessional and doesn't try to assist costumers. I had stayed here before 2 times, but this last trip was the last trip I would use their facilities. There is heaps better around. Upon checkout, we left everything on the dishwasher, they short paid my bond because of a broken bowl, broken by their cleaner and blamed to us. Is all about the owners money. Best of luck hope to see them going under soon.

The concierge was polite and the room was reasonable however it smelled a little. On further investigation the air conditioning was full of mould and the curtains also had a fair bit.

Absolutely amazing place for business or leisure. Great staff, five star customer service, extremely cleaned room with a balcony and nice kitchen with all that you need in it. The location was excellent, just walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Wonderful sunset over the Indian Ocean! Would stay again definitely.
