We stayed at rothwood homestays this week and we absolutely loved it! The owners were so lovely and very attentive. Nicest couple you’ll meet. The property and lodgings are so amazing and well kept. You can see everywhere you look the time, love and hard work the owners have committed to the place. We would recommend rothwood homestays to everyone. It’s definitely 5 stars from us, and we can’t wait to stay again. Thank you Kevin and Sunny for an amazingly relaxing experience.

Rothwood is Amazing!! what a great venue for a wedding. The gardens were lush and perfect for our wedding. The festoon lighting made it look magical both in the marque and in the gardens, and all our guests loved the venue. We were able to stay at the venue with our bridal party which just made the weekend that much more special. If you are looking for a DIY venue with accommodation this is the place to look. The owner is professional, friendly and very helpful, i would highly recommend this venue to everyone !!

I highly recommend having your wedding at Rothwood! Kevin was so helpful helping us move our outdoor wedding into the marquee due to rain and it was just as beautiful as it would have been outside. He has so many things included in the price and the gardens and natural surroundings are absolutely beautiful. It is a beautiful, affordable place you can really make your own.

My husband and I got married at Rothwood on December 4th and booked the 3 day extravaganza package. Everything about the day and the 3 days was perfect, the gardens are such a stunning backdrop for photos. As a venue itself it was gorgeous, the guests and other vendors were all commenting on how beautiful it was and the furniture provided by Kevin added the perfect rustic charm to our day. Kevin was such a delight, he was easy to communicate with coming up to the day and was readily available with advice and assistance on the weekend to make our day absolutely wonderful. Everything about my wedding went so smooth which in a large part was due to Kevin and Rothwood and we are truly grateful for the experience.

If you are looking for a stunning venue to get married at Rothwood is it! We were married at Rothwood this March and there was not a single thing we could fault. Kevin and his wife were so accomodating and made us feel at home. The homestead is large, clean and tidy and had a very warm homely vibe to it. The gardens outside where we had our wedding is incredible. Kevin puts his heart and soul into his property and it shows. Our guests raved about how beautiful it was. Kevin really helped out setting up our big day and he made sure everything was perfect for the bride haha Highly reccomend Rothwood. Kevin and his wife were just amazing!

What a magnificent venue! Kevin is the most hospitable host and it’s obvious he takes extreme pride in his property with the upkeep of the lush gardens and surrounds and the new marquee is what sold us! He was open and honest about everything from the beginning and made us feel very comfortable and confident in booking his venue for our event 🎉

We said 'I do' at Rothwood, it is a hidden little gem in Perth, the grounds are outstanding. We had our ceremony, reception and then retired in the homestead at night, with friends and family... it's the perfect spot for a stress free wedding to share with those you love and the grounds are perfect for photos as well. We went for a wedding and although originally intended to be an outdoor dinner in warm spring air the staff easily moved everyone undercover with heating for a crisp spring stormy afternoon. Beautiful grounds, great food, and an awesome atmosphere. Would love to come back and stay a night or two as it just looks magic.

Last weekend we had our wedding at Rothwood. It was the best day and night of our lives! From the day we decided to come view the venue, through the lead up to the wedding and on the wedding day - Kevin was so accommodating and helpful. The house was immaculate and very cosy to stay in and the gardens are absolutely beautiful and gave us the rustic vibe, fairy tale wedding we were after. The new marquee was perfect for our winter wedding reception. Thankyou so so much Kevin - we couldnt have asked for a better venue. I highly recommend Rothwood for a wedding - rain, hail or shine.

We had both our wedding ceremony and reception (and wedding photoshoot) at Rothwood last month and we could not recommend this stunning venue enough!!! Our guests are still talking about how beautiful this venue is whenever I see them. This venue needs to be more widely known as it is truly magical. Even we were blown away by how beautiful it is at night with all the festoon lights. Kevin was an absolute legend with helping to make our vision come true. We honestly could not have done it without Kevin. Kevin was very responsive, helpful, experienced and accommodating all throughout our planning process and really took the majority of our stress away!! Tucked away from the outside world a serine garden scape as lush as the jungle. The perfect canvas for any vision any couple may have for their day. It’s amazing what Kevin has been able to provide. We loved every part of the venue inside and out, the home stay facilities where exactly what you didn’t know you needed. Beds and pillows comfortable as a cloud. Seperate areas for both bride and grooms to get ready and the space for everyone to sleep off those hangovers. The outdoor fire pit Kevin built was the perfect location for an intimate dinner and drinks with our I do crew the night before. Now, Kevin. A Gem of a human, not only does he work 24/7 to upkeep his property, he is the nicest, kindest and and most dedicated man. Anything we asked he was happy to work with us and make a plan to achieve our vision for our special day.A man like Kevin Only comes into your life once and it has been a pleasure working with you. We have just got home after having our wedding at Rothwood. As we had family visiting from overseas, we did the three day package. I was so unbelievably impressed with Kevin and his property. His customer service, attention to detail and willingness to help throughout is second to none. I can’t recommend Rothwood enough. We are all very sad to be at home after a wonderful three days that were made easy by Kevin. Thank you once again.

WOW 🤩 What an experience! My husband and I were fortunate enough to stumble upon this gem in early 2021, we very quickly wanted to secure our booking for a Nov 2022 wedding and experience the Wedding Extravaganza package on offer! Kevin and Swan were nothing but kind, accommodating and helpful from start to finish!!! We can not recommend Rothwood more highly for functions of all sorts! Definitely a homestay and venue worth considering for your big day or (like I said) any function really!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
