Very enjoyable and comfortable stay in Guildford. Walking distance to cafes and historical pubs and restaurants. Swimming pool on site and friendly and knowledgeable owner. Room has everything you need including a coffee for the morning. Well maintained and clean, quite spacious. Book direct and you will get the best price. The premises was an old decommissioned school that is set in lucious green surrounds. It has a good historical feel about it all round.

Great location not too far from the airport and on the way to the Swan Valley. Quality rooms and a friendly welcome. Walking distance to a couple of good pubs for food, as well as a few other restaurants. Whenever I visit Perth, and if I'm not working in the CBD, then this is my first choice for accommodation.

Small room, did not seem like we were given the correct room we booked comparing to the photo on the booking site. Information provided on check in was disappointing in regards to local area or facilities in the house. Room was clean and located close walking distance to restaurants and pubs.

So the actually building was beautiful, the room was spacious and had a nespresso machine that was a nice surprise. The wifi was awful, could only connect when sitting outside, and had verynoisy people in the room below. Very clean, well apointed rooms, heaps of space and the owners were lovely

The beds are comfy, the room is tidy, and the water pressure in the shower is excellent. The building itself is super charming, and being springtime the gardens are beautiful. We only stayed overnight so didn't get much of a chance to sit and enjoy the pool and gardens, but we'd gladly stay again. It's a great time of year to visit, though; the wisteria and cherry blossoms are in bloom and the whole street is so pretty and fragrant.

👍👍 The Garden is a beer garden located at the back of Rose and Crown Hotel. I recommend going on the weekend for a great menu and ambience. The outdoor setting is fantastic. Beautiful garden with historical stables and a lot of seating space. I recommend the Dirty Potatoes (pictured) and the Napolent...
