Filthiest Park I have stayed at ever, including council run free grounds and roadhouses. 1/2 bag of rubbish collected by me from my site when I arrived. Toilets and showers not cleaned for 4 days. Same rubbish in toilets day after day. Rubbish on the ground everywhere. Would have moved but became sick after reception omitted to tell me not to drink the water. Found that out from the guy mowing the lawn. Was told I could haul my own water in buckets from the one tap that has drinkable water. Spoke to reception who said park manager would call me - so far, nothing. $ spent to stay in a tip with no water. Shame because, with a bit of work, it has great potential.

The cabin we had booked to stay at for 3 nights was very disappointing. We aren't fussy but this place was so dirty, run down and uncomfortable that we didn't even stay one night. The new manager was lovely though and hopefully he can get the place back to a reasonable standard.

Booked a stay with this company as we have dogs and the booking site said dog friendly (ITS NOT). Arrived Friday afternoon and told dogs not allowed, so asked nicely for a refund, then the lady (Kathy) started being very very rude and I was told defiantly wouldn't be getting a refund. She is the worst experience I've ever had as a customer service representative. I am 46 and been to many hotels and restaurants in my time and millions of shops and never been spoken too or dealt with like this evil, bad tempered thing. I would avoid this place like a corona quarantine hotel. absolutely disgusted.

Avoid at all cost! Spent more than 2 weeks in WA and this was, by far the filthiest, worst-maintained park we have been to. The location has potential, with lots of trees and large, shaded camp sites. But it is very poorly run, facilities are old and run down and and while the ablutions block is relatively clean, the kitchen/BBQ area is disgusting, with cockroaches and rats making surprise appearances. As said, go somewhere else!

Fantastic caravan park! Huge blocks, plenty of space, secure, every amenity you could think of and park layout means nothing is ever far. Great location just a short walk to shopping centre, leisure/sports park and regional park. Cheap rates and friendly staff. What more could ya want?

Dirty run down cabins and grounds. Filthy floor, ciggerette burns in basin, hair in knife and fork tray, hole in the bedroom door, broken and chipped cupboards and lino, broken tv, broken security door couldn't be locked, poorly insulated (freezing cold), foot traffic all night which could easily be heard through the walls. Weeds and ciggerette butts everywhere. Felt very unsafe stayed one night booked multiples couldn't get out of there quick enough. At $145 night totally over priced.

Only gave one star because I canโ€™t give zero stars. What a dump. The buildings are so dated and run-down. The only good thing about this place was the pool, and only because it was 40 degrees the day we arrived. Shower never stopped dripping, no matter how hard we tried to turn the taps off. Cockroaches crawling around the kitchen. The most uncomfortable beds weโ€™ve ever slept in. Probably shouldโ€™ve just slept on the floor (if it was clean). Lesson learnt - read reviews before booking. Donโ€™t waste your money people.

I booked for a week and I've extended my stay for another 5 weeks. Super friendly staff, clean ablutions, well-kept gardens, awesome pool, peaceful surroundings and to top it off, my dog absolutely loves the off lead exercise area. Thanks again Acclaim and staff, keep up the great work!

We made the mistake of booking in here for the 11th and 12th of August. First the noticed was the untidy site. Smelt musty when we opened the door. After driving for 8 hrs. to arrive here a shower was in order, no hot water went to the ablution block, the water was like warm at best. There were no lights in the park. Didn't trust the ancient air conditioner was very dilapidated. Was cold. The gas fire didn't light could smell gas but no ignition. Don't know how we were meant to use microwave. Was on a shelf behind the tv, which didn't work. above the fridge. We only stayed for that night and moved somewhere else. Was without a doubt the worst accommodation we have seen We were in number 79. A disgrace to anybody who has anything to do with this place.

Stayed here for 7 nights, ameneties are very nasty and not functionning properly. No hot water sometimes, and i got locked into the toilets due too poor maintenance of area. I tried climbing out but slipped and broke my toe. I called someone to help me open the door at reception which followed shortly. I told them about my issue with my foot, but no emphaty shown to customers. I thought going to reception to get 2 more nights so could go to the hospital to check it out. First thing lady tells me is "did you swear at me on the phone?" Which i did not i said "please send someone over to open this fu""ing door" obviously angry, but not towards her. I asked at least for a little discount which they told me i could get after 7 nights which they then rejected rudly. Never at any chance they asked me what happened, if i was fine, if they should call a ambulance or whatever! This place is a shame and should be closed down ASAP!

Dirty , dirty can't say anything else. The people were rude and for the price you pay for accommodation you expect much better than this place offers . If I could give no stars , I would .

This was by far the worst caravan park we have ever stayed in. It looked as if there had been no maintenance done in years, Gardens full of weeds, cracked concrete slabs, dirty kitchen areas, grubby laundry. The dump Point was discussing. Donโ€™t stay there!! We were in a site with an abandoned caravan and 2 cars next to us, one car with a flat tire.

If wanting to get away from city life, have some time away. this is somewhere you can go for safe keep, bbq, cabin style or even tent up .. or drive your cabin on wheels in and stay . Affordable prices and short to long stays . don't be shallow . Enjoy

430pm pull in to get powered site for night , hear a customer discussing a machine has pinched his $4 in coins to operate it. My turn comes around ask for site man tell me I can't camp in the back of my subaru forester. Ask why , he replies it's illegal in western australia, righto. I've just done it the whole way from newcastle N.S.W. Quick google check no its not illegal.

there was mold in the window frame, and a bogie on the pillow, big health hazard, and extremely over priced, we stayed for one night and it was over $200 like what the heck. and animal fee is too high. Would NEVER come back again.

We stayed here in our caravan, huge slabbed sites, definitely didn't feel ontop of each other like alot of other parks. Large dog exercise area which is fenced off and great for dog owners. Basketball net and small park for the kids. Amenities were clean and had everything we needed. Great location to stay and explore Perth, 5 mins from train station and bus stop right outside the park. We had a great stay and would definitely return. Also have a stay 7 pay 6 deal for campsites so worked out very affordable for a city stay.

Very understanding of your situation and caring. Very helpful and knowledgeable with lovely professional advice. Cleaners do an amazing job, without a grip when some people who visit leave it in a mess. The ground man are hard working and polite. All in all love being here. They even give fruit veges and bread to their customers.

We booked a powered site with an en suite , we were right by the very busy road , which would have been ok , but along with the dilapidated old toilet /shower room , broken dangerous tiles and overgrown plants and weeds , broken pavers etc , the whole place felt very unloved and dated .The photos on the website are very deceiving and obviously old pics . This place has potential , we liked the nice spacious pitches and it is in a good spot but unless they do major up grades we won't be back .

The place has a lot of potential but is run down and tired. Facilities listed on site were unable to be used during our stay (pool, recreation room etc) which was disappointing as it wasn't mentioned when booking and being charged full rate. The cabin was tidy but the bathroom floor felt like it was going to collapse. It's in a good spot close to shops.

Stayed here on multiple occasions, I don't know what half the reviews are on about, friendly staff and residents, amenities are clean, there's powered and unpowered sites for really good prices. From what I've heard the new management have really turned the place around and are constantly improving the park! Would recommend Kingsway to anyone

The ammenities are poorly maintained. We had a campsite 19A near Wannaroo Rd which I we expected som noise from. However the onsite to the caravan site was poorly maintained as per photos attached. Toilet cistern was loose, tap was not fixed, no drainage for caravan waste water, pool was green as chlorine system required extra chlorine add led by the pool man. The lady at reception was lovely. Generally the photos on the adverts do it reflect the true state of the caravan park and are misleading. It appears I cannot post photos so feel free to ask me for photos.

Stayed for 11 nights. Staff were friendly and approachable doing the best with the infrastructure they have available. Sometimes free bread and produce is offered to residents. Ablutions could do with a major injection of funds however didnโ€™t bother us as we were self sufficient in our van. Location is great being close to shops, public transport and 15mins to beach. Spacious sites. Albeit not the fanciest park in town but great value for money with a 7th night free offer. Would stay again.

plz stay away. Donโ€™t bring kids This place was filthy and full of drug addicts, the people on reception are very abusive and unhelpful, it was disgusting when I stayed there a few months ago, but I was told recently there is now new owners so thought I would give them a call to find out but received more abuse on the phone from from a lovely lady called SHELLY at reception , so obviously nothing as changed. Park from hell

I got a powered site for a few days. When booking the staff were extremely helpful and very nice. On top of that it is an absolutely beautiful caravan park, very quiet and relaxing, other campers were all great and nice too. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Perth.

The rooms while slightly older were very clean and comfortable. Shower pressure was wonderful and hot, the kitchen and kitchenware supplied all clean and worked well. Good sized fridge. I'm not sure why the negative reviews but I stayed here for a week and found it good value for money. The park itself is well maintained.

Booked online 7 days powered site with ensuite on arrival. Run down, unfit human habitation, website flawed photos don't match park, manager Andrew won't take accountability for parks shocking condition quick to blame the website and "cleaner" despite reception and ourselves directing problems to Andrew, more than once! Andrew's phone etiquette great falls over backwards to "FIX IT" in person his mannerism unprofessional, pulls excuses out of his hat, talks over you, refuses to hear concerns, yells uses obscenity, won't accept constructive feedback, involves the other staff with side comments, chuckles when being addressed btw the woman much older happy to be involved. Andrew's "FIX" ...kicked us out of the park, threatened to call police when we refused to leave bc we were "stuck" no where to go other parks unavailable to accommodate remainder 6 days. We asked a refund after Andrew's mismanagement day of arrival. Yes! All the above occured within 24 hours. Shocking nightmare, emotionally and mentally traumatic! Police attended after we followed up " Andrew's" call. Yes, we are aware this a civil matter. Usually we look at reviews prior to a booking we were caught out, this time..#WARNING avoid the trauma BOOK ELSEWHERE!

The worst place we have ever stayed in Australia. It was filthy, no blanket provided, broken T.V. and Luke warm hot water. Nobody on reception to complain to or get a blanket.

This caravan park is clearly unloved and not maintained. Sites, cabins, gardens, campers kitchen, pool and amenities all need so much attention. We left early due to the feeling of lack of care and love for the place.

Stayed over the weekend during the V8 Supercars. Granted its close to Barbagallo Raceway, Shops and what not, the general cleanliness of the park was a little so so. When we entered our cabin, the floors were sandy and there were large spider webs on the walls. As well as a dried out booger that had been wiped on the bathroom wall. Everytime the toilet flushed the shower leaked, handles on the kitchen cabinets were literally hanging on by a screw. Also when using the shower water leaked under the door as there is no seal and didnt see a single staff member during our 2 night stay. Bins were left to the point of overflowing and the local crows helped themselves to thrown out Mcdonalds. BBQ area was unkept and food was left out on the bench, the neighbour across from us had left the day prior and their room hadnt been cleaned or attended to even by the time we had left the following day. Great place if you need a bed for the night but not much else.

My Wife stayed on Friday night. Nice & clean & owner was very helpful with key etc,however...very noisy group in room next door. No one to contact after hours. Also could not open one window for fresh air as screens all had holes in them & Mosquitos immediately evident. Bathroom light not working. $160 for night...hmmm.

The "caravan without wheels" room was so dirty that I had to leave. The vinyl flooring was chipped, as were the benches, the sink drain had mould on it, the fridge was all dented with broken ice holder in the freezer. There were dirty finger marks on the door and prints all over the TV alone with no remote and it was not tuned. No bed lamps, no art on the walls and a bedroom so small you could just get between the beds. $145 for a very inferior and grotty room. The Manager was pleasant enough and the surroundings looked quite nice, so if you had your own caravan it would okay.

Beautiful park, lovely staff except for 1 lady who must think her face will crack if she smiles!, All amenities are clean with everything you need. A little highly priced.

Lots of improvements to park since our last visit. Well done to the friendly and helpful managers Terry & Kathy. Recommend to travellers as a good stopover park or an extended stay.
