Alex and his spouse are very friendly and hospitable hosts, we felt very welcomed during our stay. We couldn't fault our bedroom, everything was extremely clean and we were very happy staying there for a few days. I would highly recommend this host to anyone.

The whole house including my room and bathroom, even the outside is very clean. Alex and his lovely family are awesome hosts. supermarkets, servo and take aways in walking distance. Very good breakfast with fresh fruits included. Alex even picked me up from the airport for a fair price.

It exceeded our expectations! We stayed 3 nights on a weekend, and had a comfortable and pleasant stay, the host was very friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back.

This is the perfect getaway room with a full ensuite and a new split system a/c n new larger tv, it’s awesome value this is my 3rd stay here and will continue to come back from time to time as needed the owners make you feel at home and comfortable it’s extremely clean every time I’ve stayed and better value for money than other similar ones out there by a long shot. Definitely 10/10 highly recommend to anyone from all walks of life 😃

Very lovely couple with an amazing daughter , my daughter had a very good time with their daughter . House is very nice , clean , good location with a secure parking for our car . Enough food for full breakfast . We had stayed 5 days & No doubt”ll be back again .

Great accommodation, friendly host, close to shops.

Our stay at Caversham B&B was very pleasant. The shower was amazing because of the cold nights here in Perth during our stay. The service of this family is outstanding... you can ask them anything and they find a solution for you or help you eitherway. They were very helpful and nice! It was overall a great stay for 5 days. I really recommend it!
