Gloucester Park is harness racing and is definitely one of the best nights you can have in Perth, especially when they have the fireworks on. We went with a few friends and had a meal there (Roast dinner). Was average in the food department but as a whole we had a good time and would go back again. The location is really nice too as we went for a walk along the river after and could see the Optus Stadium on the opposite side of the river. Entry price to Gloucester Park is very reasonable & wont break the bank. If you drive there, then there is plenty of parking nearby.

Great night out Chinese New Year. Food trucks, well priced drinks and those beautiful horses. Fireworks after the last race best I've seen.

Had a great night celebrating my birthday, plenty of food on the buffet, great drinks package & an awesome view from the Beau Rivage room

Food wasn't very good, I get better food at the mine site I work at. Stale bread and separate tables for our Xmas function.

Was there for NYE, it was a great night, service was excellent. Great to take the kids.

They say they have a dress code but they don't, and I am talking about the members lounge/ restaurant. Food good, great family night.

We went to the Trots for New Year last night and had a lovely time with a group of people we'd never met before, the buffet was ok but the oysters were terrible, they definitely weren't fresh but dry and stuck to the shells, it was disappointing.. other than that it was nice night.

Always a great night out. Not all events allow BYO picnic food anymore, which is a bit disappointing. Food trucks are good, though. Love the old bird cage area.

This is my second experience of Italian night at Gloucester Park. This is a well organised event with many food trucks with tasty food and drinks on offer. You can also get cold beers and wine if you like, sadly I was the designated driver that night. There were 10 races that night where the horses 'trot' rather than gallop which is very strange to watch at first. You can bet on the races to add to the excitement of the race. There were fireworks scheduled, however we did not stay for them. Great night. Will be coming back yet again.

Gloucester Park, great venue for the Perth Stamp Show during the day. They also had a wonderful display of antique bicycles and radios. We later stayed back and watched the harness racing in the evening. Good selection of drinks at the bar and hot food was available. The fresh seafood basket was the most popular, which came with a very generous serving of fries.

Always a lovely night at the trots. Only downside was having a booking for 7pm at one of the restaurants & not getting our food until 8.45pm

Fantastic evening with excellent food and all the fun of the races. Would definitely go again!!

Filthy place, overpriced food which is at best average quality. Security were spectators whilst punters behaved poorly. NEVER again.

Fabulous night, great food, very reasonably priced..Younger family members had a great time patting friendly horse with great rider between races

Great night out in so many ways, family, friends, business you name it you can be catered for, highly recommended for an easy going enjoyable night.

Normally 5 stars but last night was a bit naff... Pretty busy but only one bar open. No other options of food except the fairy expensive restaurant. It's ok hopefully will open up at lot more as summer arrives.

Love the racing and food drink prices are a bit steep if you don't like the specials and please bring back captain Morgan cans lol

A Great night with good food and service. Well worth a visit.

A well decorated, quiet and well maintained park along the riverbank. Good place for cycling, jogging and taking some photos with nice background.

Great event Venues for all ages,next to WACA at East Perth. Parking is $4/hour, $10 for half day. Next time will remember to buy half of the day rate. Better value if stay more than 2 hours.

Amazing family location, to watch the race, enjoy a picnic by the river, Optus stadium is next door and so is the bridge, one of the beautiful place to be in perth

Took my seriously disabled 68 year old mother Gertrude for a night at the trots as she loves watching the horses. The staff could not have been more welcoming. We had the opportunity to wet our whistles with several delightful cocktails and reminisced about the passing of my sister 36 years ago, which is apparently my fault even though I didn't even know how to turn the safety of our family shot gun on. I digress however that this place is inclusive, unpretentious and caters to people of all ages. God bless you Gloucester Horse Track!
