I came to the Dome today and purchased a Carrot Cake. I had parked outside and I ate a piece in my car. It was hard and tasted stale. I took it back and they apologised which I appreciated and gave me another piece from a new Carrot Cake. Tasted delicous. Thank you kindly for your great customer service.

Had the snack platter (arancini balls, black pepper squid, mushroom) and fish tacos. I loved the snack/sides platter but I hope the fish in the fish tacos could be more seasoned/flavourful. The snack platter could be a meal by itself but it's good for sharing and trying out the snacks. Customer service was great! They ran out of sweet potato fries and offered to give a portion of onion rings since they forgot to mention it when we ordered. Will come again and hopefully their sweet potato fries will be back by then😅

I came in a few days ago and had ordered myself an iced chocolate and I have to say it was a beautiful experience the lovely lady with the long black hair was very nice and prompt on getting me my order, the restaurant itself was one of the nicest domes I have been to in Perth, was a beautiful atmosphere and I felt so welcomed, would definitely recommend coming to this dome if your passing through the area or just for a nice brekky or lunch !

Staff are always friendly and service is good, the potato rosti is one of the better ones I have had from Dome. Dome is ok if you can't pick on a place to go.

Friendly staff, great coffee, and food quality is always good here. I usually visit this Dome after my skin appointment at The Lime Tree Clinic across the road. The staff will try to pump out coffee quickly, and always give out smile at the same time.

04July2022 visit @ 2.30pm. The food was good ; the LoT burger ordered was missing the bacon & egg but it was replaced promptly when we pointed out the discrepancy ( to the male caucasian waiter), thats fine, i have no complain . But the tall longhaired female waitress was so eager to clear our tables, the plates / utensils was clanging loudly & dropping on the floor. We were perplexed & confused to what was the problem was and we were rather embarrassed by her action. We we were there for no longer than 40mins … so i don’t know what happened & what caused her to do that

Absolutely the worst DOME I have ever eaten at. I love DOME (my friends joke that I live there), however this was the first time I had visited Nedlands. Firstly, despite repeating my order to me as I said, it got put through as eggs on toast instead of bacon and eggs on toast. I asked about it and then was told I'd have to pay the extra for bacon. Okay, I'm alright with that. However, they tried to charge me for the side, which would then make my entire order 95c more that what I originally asked for. I queried this and it was reduced to just the difference. I was then left with my order of eggs going cold while they cooked my bacon. At least it didn't take long. I'm also sure the bacon and eggs I ordered is supposed to come with 2 slices of toast and 2 slices of bacon (remember, I eat DOME regularly) however I got 1 slice of toast, one slice of bacon and 2 eggs.... not much different from the kids serving.. won't be visiting this DOME again.

We are regulars who come almost every Tuesday for breakfast. After night shift at the hospital and only come to their Dome as our regular closed (Subiaco) hopefully it will reopen soon and we can return to where we felt like family. Very very disappointing today. Cold food. Wrong orders and repeatedly needed to return of food. Will have to consider other options.

This Dome needs a professional cleaner! The toilet area has what looks like a years worth of hand and foot prints on the doors. It’s grimy. The ladies toilets had 5mm long brown spots (I dread to think what they are) on several walls and near the door. There’s black mold in the corners where the walls meet the floor and rubbish spilling over the floor. The whole area was just grimy. Having eaten at many Domes all over the state, this was my worst meal. My Big Breakfast was greasy, undercooked bacon, over cooked sausage, clear goo still on the top of my eggs, no butter for my toast and very weak tea in the pot. I usually choose Dome because I know I’ll get a quality product in a quality venue, this was just disappointing on all sides. NB, I did report the toilets to staff and they said they’d already cleaned it today. I later asked to speak to the owner, who gave the same response and said her staff always clean the toilet because “people up and down the street use it as a public toilet and put s**t all over the walls!” So I’ve decided to add photos of the walls and doors so you can see what their version of clean is. I suggested they hire a professional cleaner, she very politely said “thank you for your feedback” and left. More training and accountability required here.

Service was poor. Ordered a coffee and ice chocolate. Coffee arrived 5 minutes before chocolate as the staff were more focused on, still not sure what. Then when I advised the staff that the chocolate was hard and sticking to the cup, the response was, you guessed it, nothing. No sorry or can we get you another one. Would not go back as this just shows the staff were more focused on themselves than their main KPI, customers.

Staff rude. You make a mistake (twice) with the food you bring out you say it’s a mistake- don’t smart arse it with ‘are you sure???!’ then the manager behaves as bad…. dome can maybe get away with understaffing & always looking slightly grimy, but only if you are nice! very disappointed & offended

Ordered a toasted ham cheese and tomato sandwich with chips and aioli dipping sauce. The guy who serves me hears everything but the ham so I attempted to eat it but it tasted like it was just tomato no cheese when i get up to leave and worker says thankyou I responded wish I could say the same thing and his response was oh really thankyou as if i had just complemented them. Maybe the staff should learn to listen properly

Excellent service! I came here with my family. Morgan and team were absolutely amazing! The food was glorious! Not only made, made with LOVE. All very nice, will come back 😊

3 stars because they were open and polite. However the coffee was not hot and the Cafe freezing. We had the leave for another cafe. Usual Dome is excellent.

Went to into Dome Nedlands today.as la galette was closing . As I have had surgery, I cannot eat a huge meal so opted.for kids menu most things had bread so I ordered the macaroni and cheese . Well , it's microwaved pasta with cheese put on top to melt . It was like rubber . I spoke to girl on counter and changed to scrambled egg and baked beans . How can you get that wrong ? Kitchen staff need to be retaught how to cook eggs as again , microwaved til nice and chewy .. so dipped it in bean sauce to eat . So if you want something good for kids ... cook at home ###

Consistent top quality coffee with pleasant professional service - a trademark of Dome Cafes. Pleasant heritage ambience with comfortable seating makes all the difference. Handy fast wireless too. They seemed to have set a quality benchmark for Cafeterias/casual diners.
