I
was
eager
to
try
the
meals
as
they
looked
and
sounded
fantastic.
I
ordered
the
10
meal
plan
($155.00)
on
my
mobile
phone
on
the
Saturday
night
and
put
in
my
details
for
delivery.
I
was
so
sure
I
would
like
the
meals
I
even
signed
up
for
the
subscription
service.
As
my
suburb
was
outside
of
their
"delivery
zone"
the
order
defaulted
to
pick-up.
I
was
unaware
of
this
default
and
never
received
any
email
or
information
regarding
the
process
of
my
order.
As
I
hadn't
heard
anything
from
Wholistically
Healthy
by
the
Thursday,
I
decided
to
email
to
see
whether
my
order
had
been
processed
and
confirm
that
it
would
be
completed
the
following
week
starting
Monday.
I
also
noted
that
the
order
said
"pick-up"
and
not
delivery
as
I
had
selected
so
I
addressed
this
in
the
email.
Renee
responded
and
said
that
she
had
sent
an
email
to
me
with
the
pick
up
times.
I
checked
my
inbox
and
there
was
no
email
-
the
email
had
been
sent
to
my
junk
and
thus
I
had
no
idea.
After
looking
at
the
website
again
I
saw
the
no
refund
policy
for
delivery
orders
where
it
may
have
been
incorrectly
selected,
I
questioned
this
and
the
only
options
were
for
me
to
write-off
the
$155.00
I
spent
(which
is
a
lot
of
money
for
me)
or
that
she
would
freeze
the
freezable
meals
and
I
could
collect
them
or
get
an
Uber
to
deliver
them.
Considering
that
the
meals
wouldn't
be
fresh
and
as
I
work
long
hours
and
would
have
to
spend
over
an
hour
in
the
car
to
pick
up
the
meals
or
pay
more
money
to
have
a
few
out
of
the
10
meals
I
ordered
delivery,
this
would
have
been
a
nuisance
for
little
reward.
After
I
had
come
to
terms
with
my
money
being
wasted,
I
was
charged
$155.00
AGAIN
despite
cancelling
the
subscription
when
I
knew
I
wasn't
going
to
get
the
meals
delivered.
I
understand
that
the
website
has
warnings
to
check
the
delivery
locations
however,
I
still
find
the
refund
policy
and
how
the
website
allows
you
to
select
delivery
to
be
unfair.
As
with
any
other
website,
it
should
be
that
if
delivery
is
not
available
for
your
area
the
order
should
not
be
allowed
to
go
through
and
the
customer
should
not
be
charged.
Hopefully
this
gets
resolved
to
other
consumers
do
not
have
the
same
disappointment
as
me.
