Went to pick up pizza and obviously it was learners night and yes we do all need to learn but I would have thought if you where the person cutting and boxing you would know how to make the box up 🤷 Get home and the pizza wasn't even cut and as we are visitors we didn't have a pizza cutter here and the knife we had wrecked it. I mean how was the pizza not cut 🤦 The pizza itself wasn't that nice. I don't know if there is a change in the sauce or heaps on our pizza but it was really spicy and I couldn't eat it .... Hubby wasn't keen on it either as leftovers from 2 adults show. This would have to be the worst pizza we have ever had from Dominos ...most disappointing ☹️

Horrible food. The delivery took over an hour and I was delivered the wrong food and the driver did not bring any change even though specifically requested. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted by the service I experienced today. The pizza also was not whole and was missing a large chunk. I suggest going anywhere else for a meal as the service I experienced was appalling. The box was also squished and the pizza daml and cold.

Below was my Earlier review. But Due to efforts made by Dominos Management, the team has been changed. It has been a pleasant experience on my last three visits. Not only the accurate, delicious and consistent flavours have returned, But Mohit, Shahdad and rest of the team member's efforts have started to get noticed. But it is how you deal with them after makes or breaks customers. Ordered a mean on Sunday the 11th evening at approximately 8:20pm. Did not receive full order. The Delivery driver was apologetic also offered to return his tip. Obviously I didn't take it back. He explained that the store was under pressure. Also assured that he will get back with the items. No issues. He was not able to come back and I called at least 5 times and no answer. Gave them time on Monday to get back to me . No response. On Tuesday the 13th I called at about 1750 hrs and spoke to Emily. Explained her the situation and she suggested that it was my fault for not calling them back. She also suggested that if I called earlier in the morning they would be in a position to refund. As per her I was calling her 'late evening' hence they cannot refund for the goods I didn't receive, but paid for. I did inform them about this review, but it was like talking to the wall. I have to add that she was polite. In my opinion very poor service. As a suggestion to this Otherwise successful Business thy can and should do better.

Today we had pizza from domino’ s nedland that was prepared and cooked by Indian guy Goyal don’t know his name . It was totally to max a wicked pizza. His customer service was excellent. All in all 5 stars from my side for him . He was awesome 🌸🌸. Amy

I ordered the Godfather, has to be the worst pizza I e ever had! Hardly any ingredients on it, it was literally bare. Cost over $25 with delivery, it was cold on arrival as well and was handed to me from the car seat so hadn’t been placed in a hit sleeve for delivery! Tried to ring the store and nobody answered twice! 😡

Worst service ever. Pizza was hard and cold and yet dairy deserts were hot and melted. Order was completely wrong and they offered no accountability or apology despite the proof of receipt being offered. It sucks that Covid took out good small business restaurants with great service and food and left these jerks to prosper.

Very good experience. Speedy service and delivery. Friendly and professional. Good food and quality/price very nice. Recommended.

Ordered pizza a few times from here while living interstate in Claremont from Jul-Aug 2019. Consistently good food, generous toppings and pleasant service from the delivery drivers - easily one of the all-round best pizza experiences I have had.

Colleague requested driver to drop off pizza’s as ordered for Emergency Department Nurses and doctors, driver sent message after 15 mins saying we would not get our delivery as no one had come to collect pizza’s but did not get out of his car. Would not have had to enter department at all as could drop of at pre screen. Immediately called and asked to return but he refused, talking over the top of me saying now closed and would get refund in 3 to 4 business days. Extremely dissapointed in lack of professionalism of delivery driver, completely inconsiderate leaving Ed workers hungry.

It was ok, The food could have been hotter for my liking. 1st time ordering Pizza online... Didn't like the idea of giving my tip to Dominoes online... That means that the delivery driver only gets their tip when the company decides it's time to hand it over. And it's no business but the drivers business how much a person gets/gives as a tip

Not sure what is going on at this store. Some reviewers say that they had a fine experience, meanwhile there is mine. If you order through the Dominoes app, a photo of your pizza is sent to you. I received two images of pizzas with toppings unevenly spread out that looked like they were just flung on without any care at all, dogs breakfast style. When I complained and asked for a pizza that didn't look like it had gone through a wormhole we were politely told that nothing could be done for us by the same staff who had the audacity to send us photographic proof that they do not care about customer service or their employment obligations. 0/10 have never returned in over 2 years, instead I get Pizza Hut delivery on Uber Eats all the way from Innaloo. Still better value and quality.

An absolute disgrace. We have had issues here before and persevere because the website and app do not allow any other store to be used for delivery but this was the final straw. Food took over an hour to arrive. Arrived cold and had to be microwaved. I tried to call store but didn’t answer and put the phone down on me. I drove to the store and the guy I spoke to was extremely rude and said that answering the phone was not a prioritise when they were so busy and it was not his fault they were understaffed and busy. Was advised food had just left the store and to call the store if food arrived cold. I arrived home and food still hadn’t arrived. When it did finally arrive, no surprise it was cold and had to be microwaved. Very hungry children. Rude staff. Cold food. Despite including a tip to try and incentivise some sort of prioritisation. Called store and told they couldn’t do anything and needed to call head office. Obviously there is not way to contact head office other than complete a form online. Utterly terrible.

Pizza was fresh and as good as you can expect. The shop was noticeably clean compared to other Dominos, and the staff were friendly.

Can only pickup because the database lacks some addresses. It's pizza for convenience not taste
