Decent band space with good (and loud) sound BUT... Most of the beers are pricey and 500ml IS NOT A "PINT"! To then charge 1.7% credit card surcharge is just rude.

Since becoming lynotts lounge, (formerly the Boston,) the sound both on and off stage has improved 10fold. The lighting is much better and overall setup has improved noticeably. Nice little venue.

Whoever is in charge of the sound needs to be sacked. Guitar was way too loud. Couldnt hear the bass or the vocals.

Not one of the biggest places and the layout is quite frustrating.

Cool fringe venue, they rejigged the stage and its so much better. Cool to see live venues still around in Perth.

The audio equipment was invested on heavily. Beer priced at $12 to $13 a pint.

Owen is an excellent service person, very down to earth, welcoming, and has outstanding drink recommendations for deso drivers. Treat this gentleman well, he’s a keeper!

My band Lakesider has played a few gigs here. We've got to say, the venue has really lifted it's game in terms of stage equipment. Brand new, quality drum kit, plenty of monitors, lots of room up there to move around, good sound. Would recommend for locals wanting to hear some live and local music or bands looking to book their next venue in Perth at a decent price.
