Unbelievably great vegan pizzas. When shared with non-vegan friends they can't pick it. Look, it's going to cost more than the bigger chains, but trust me, you get what you pay for. We typically go half / half - I love that you can do that with the online orders. The vegan options are amazing - smokey bbq pulled jackfruit, pesto pear with balsamic fig, and sweet peppered pineapple. (Please bring back the romanesco). Enjoy!!!

Initially gave this place 5 stars. However last 3 visits have been enough to stop us from going anywhere but our local Mt Lawley (which is great). Food was still ok but waited a fair while. Ordered breakfast, hash browns came about 10 mins later, the quesadilla's came 10 min after that then tacos another 10 mins after that. Wasn't to busy either. Just ordered a burrito each and took nearly 20 mins. Shop was quiet. Will stick to Mt Lawley where food takes about 2 mins.

Went in for the $7.5 deal and was advised it was over.. the brochures are still in the store and the sign board is still out front on the verge and therefore I ordered it, and was told to look at the fine print when I showed them the brochure.. If the offer isn’t valid, the signs should be removed from the store. I eat there at least once a week and I refuse to go back again! Any normal person would say “fair enough I’ll do the offer now” and then remove the signs to prevent it from happening again...

Delicious crispy pizzas.Every pizza I bought here I enjoyed very much and the service is good.My employer use to buy for staff to enjoy after work everyone enjoyed the pizza that is how I discovered Crust Pizza and I was hooked and started buying for myself outside work to enjoy in the comfort of my home. It's unfortunate that Perths pizza options are so bad that this is probably the best you're going to get around here. Mt Lawley have the worst service however. Waited over 90 mins for a pizza. Called and said they would give me a free one next time I ordered which I thought was a fair deal - although next time I did try and ordered there's no record of it. Bunch of muppets.

Average Mexican food at best. If you’re keen on a feed and it’s the last thing open, go nuts. If not, zambrero down the road is better. Lack of veggies in the burrito and not a lot of content in the veggie bowl :(

Ordered online for pickup and it wasn't ready on time, the restaurant was busy so I waited patiently. After 20 minutes of waiting I received my order but did not once get an apology. When I got home and opened the enchilada I ordered and there was no enchilada! I couldn't believe it! The order was cold and very disappointing

I would not give it even one star. Rude staff. My husband ordered online just now and waited for 10 min and then asked about order and they said its not ready yet. Then again waited for 20 min, he again then asked and they pulled the meal from-under the counter and was damm cold. Why not giving food when it was ready already. Staff said ‘as u wish’ take it or not. Staff smiling with each other. So unprofessional staff. Would not recommend it at all.

Shocking service from the moment we went in. We received our main and waited over 10 mins for chips. A guy came round delivering chips to people like Santa delivering gifts. Staff just shrugged shoulders when I first asked where our chips were, and were too busy with online orders to look after people who had paid and dined in. Unfortunately I needed to use the bathroom. Bad move, it was FILTHY! There was about a week's worth of public toilet dried urine in the toilet bowl...ugh! I told the worker, but he couldn't care less. Maybe use my 15% Good Friday surcharge to buy a bottle of cleaning fluid for the bathroom. Avoid at all costs!

Sitting in a virtually empty store, watching 4 staff talking to each other, only one preparing food (who happened to be most likely the youngest in the store) whilst the few customers in store twiddled their thumbs. Took 10 minutes to get a large chips out the kitchen. Don't come here unless you're British enough to enjoy queuing

Asked for DINE IN and gave TA (which is fine). Wanted some tap water for the table 4 pax and had warm water in a TA coffee cup. Just one. A true disappointment

Ordered via menulog. Totally wrong order..ended up going in to fix. They not only made it fresh but added a bit of extra bits to make up for the run around. 3 star as good they fixed without messing around. Not 5 star as they need to check right ticket goes on right bag....focus on the order. Some other guy must have had same issue as our order went somewhere. Great food. Great service..but what a run round to rectify.

Lovely staff and music. Seriously delicious food, I was thinking about the enchilada I had for days after, and I would give this restaurant 5 stars if both my friend and I hadn’t bruised our legs when taking a seat at one of the booths due to the ridiculously sharp corner of the table. Surely this has happened to others. Rise up.

When you order a burrito they ask you politely if you want sour cream and guacamole and then they charge you extra for it without telling you.........and THEN they don't give it to you.....and you don't find out until you get home.........so annoying

After three years of marriage, I now know that if I ask my husband to choose a place for lunch, he will always pick GYG. 🤦‍♀️ He comes here every time he goes kitesurfing, but I'm starting to think he goes kiting just so he can have an enchilada... Jokes aside, GYG is hands down the best chain burrito place!! Spicy pulled pork with black beans and guac is the best. It's so easy to order through Google / their app and prompt pick up. The staff here is great, friendly and efficient. See you next week guys 😝

30min after I placed my order online I received a call to let me know that my order was cancelled because the restaurant was closing. And the solution? I got told to order from another restaurant. Edit after answer from Crust: Our order was placed on Wednesday 6th of January, not really xmas period. Order was confirmed, a delivery driver was assigned to the order, and was already outside crust(according to GPS from Uber) 30 min after order was placed and I thought it was on their way I received a call(I didn't call crust) let me know that the order couldnt be delivered.

I ordered through Uber eats. The large pizza I ordered was a small. I called the shop to let them know and received nothing initially except they would call me back. When they didn’t, I called them back, only to have the owner berate me and tell me it’s my fault for using Uber eats. He was an in professional and unhelpful liar who blamed the customer for the fault. Never ordering from there again and I suggest you order from elsewhere too. Uber looked after me and refunded the cost of the pizza. Terrible customer service!

A good pizza with fresh ingredients. We had the peri peri chicken and it was really nicely made with attention to detail ans presentation. The staff were efficient and friendly.

We live within walking distance and whenever we feel like treating ourselves to 'take-away' pizza, Crust is the place to go. Maybe the marketing and the higher prices makes the pizza feel less like 'junk-food' without losing on indulgence... but who are we kidding? ;) I like the dough-base they use; it's not too thick and feels as though it's come out of a restaurant (I checked the bottom of the pizza-base from Dominos once and noticed that it wasn't very well cooked/crisp and there were dots/dimples on the bottom that immediately gave it that pre-made feel). Crust doesn't offer as many deals as the other "usual" Pizza chains i.e. Domino's, Pizza Hut etc.

After more than 150 Uber orders this was the first time I had to ask for a refund. A sloppy, soggy mess that barely resembled a pizza and went straight in the bin. I used to like Crust, but after an „average“ meal months ago, this latest delivery was a disaster.

I used to love crust pizza Mt Lawley however after a couple of bad experiences I was put off. Recently after a great pizza from another crust store I thought I'd give crust Mt Lawley another try but after two different disappoint experiences I was reminded of why I never go there anymore. The first time my pizza had hardly any toppings especially compared to the other crust store that loads the toppings on. Then tonight my pizza arrived with again hardly any toppings (which is annoying when you pay $2+ per added extras and they hardly put any on) but one of the toppings, the caramelised onions, was completely char-grilled and inedible. I could understand if the toppings get a bit burnt whilst the pizza is cooking however these onions are surely pre cooked so they've burnt them when pre cooking them and then made a conscious decision to still put them on a pizza. Very disappointing.

after living in perth for many years and indulging in cheat nights the way any one would, crust has always been a favourite. since moving to mount lawely it seems that the crust i experienced in the past was no where near the quality this venue provides. truely the best ever and consistent to the degree of portion, quality and value. The gnocchi on the new menu is fantastic and i recommend the venue, menu (especially peri peri chicken pizza) and their customer service is a charm. keep it up :)

Hotly debated in my family but this is always my pick for pizza delivery. If, like me, you’re big on over the top toppings, it’s the right choice.

Pizza was late and cold driver said he couldn't find our house number is on the fence very disappointed for $52 one had no flavour, wont be going back.

Order was little delayed but definitely team made up for it and Pizzas were amazingly delicious.

Found a small piece of meat in the VEGAN PIZZA. My sister spit it out as soon as she could. It was disgusting! does the restaurant know anything about chaining your gloves! Really horrible. Never ordering from here again.

Terrible! Ordered vegetarian supreme pizza, garlic bread and cesar salad for delivery. The pizza was all squashed as if it had been dropped. The cesar salad dressing was out of date! It also took over an hour to arrive. Will not be ordering from here again.

I love Guzman Y Gomez. It’s my go to dinner if I don’t want to cook. The food is so tasty and fresh I can eat it again and again. I love the shredded mushroom burrito and I add guacamole to make it a bit more luxurious. It’s also relatively healthy and I get lots of my daily veggies 😁

My little family and myself come here very often (almost every Thursday), because both my son and husband love it so much. We are very happy with the environment and how friendly all the staffs are to us with lots of smile too, there is nothing to stop us from not coming back for it. But every so often both my husband's and my orders would comes out not to our orders (such as he would wants it spicy on his n always turns out not spicy at all, as for mine..I asked for sour cream and no salsa on it..it turns out either nor). Please do keep up with your hard work !

Burrito was really good. Except where did half my fries go?

Usually love this place but the last 5 times we have been there has been errors with our order EVERY time. Hard shell tacos instead of soft shells and not adding guac with veg order and not plus-ing the quesadilla. It seems chaotic and inconsistent. And my partner is spewing that they removed his fav taco - barramundi.

Have dined in the Leederville store a few times and every single time without fail they have managed to stuff up our order in the most epic of ways. So we thought we’d try ordering through Uber eats. And no surprises another epic complete stuff up!! They managed to not deliver the majority of our order. We call the store for a refund, they inform us it has to be done through the Uber eats app. Uber eats refuses to refund the money. So not only don’t we have the order we also don’t have our money. How is that neither of these companies are responsible. At the end of the day Guzman stuffed up and now refuse to pay up. Your apologies are useless. Do the right thing!!!

Went to get a chicken burrito as I’ve had this in Melbourne many times. Unfortunately, this did not meet my expectations. The burrito was dry and packed with lots of dry rice and a minimal amount of chicken. Having this many times in Melbourne, I’m used to bitting into a juicy well sauced burrito packed with even amounts of meat.

Honestly the manager is bambi on ice, the most uncoordinated staff members i’ve ever met in my life, couldn’t find a loaf in a bakery. Had to wait 45 minutes for 2 burritos to only be stolen by staff members and demolished on the table infront of us. What a shamble. there’s no more words other than ceebs.

Told the guy I was allergic to dairy and asked for a vegan burrito with just veggies 2 bites in discover there was cheese and mayo. Now I’m having an allergic reaction and the guy actually didn’t care.

It's fast food, will shift the culinary paradigm? No, but for fast food, it's great, it's tasty, portions are generous. The staff at this GYG is always awesome, they clearly enjoy working there, and they let you feel it. This venue is really nice and open, which means, when it's cold the place transforms into a freezer, an uncomfortable freezer, the only negative here.

Don't waste your money, nearly $50 for 2 below average burritos. Extremely disappointed

Don’t bother going here if you’re hungry. Ordered beef tacos but where’s the beef? Spoke to staff but they didn’t do anything about it. Absolute joke, poor service and no standards.

They were busy and took a little longer than the apps estimated time. Iced coffee was a bitter but I believe the manager who was happy to exchange it to a different beverage. Food is ok.

Easily the worst GYG in Perth. Service is beyond a joke. Consistently slow. If you want to order ahead. Give yourself an extra 20 min, guaranteed the useless people here won’t be able to get it ready on time.
