Very happy with the accommodation. The owner is great to deal with and very accommodating. Had the odd person has woken us up when arriving to the premises late in the evening. But that is part in parcel with this kind of accommodation. Very clean and well kept, CCTV security throughout the premises for added piece of mind. Would highly recommend and very close to the airport which is our primary requirement.

Very good for a short term stay. Close by to the airport. Clean facilities with very friendly staff. Shared bathroom facilities & self service breakfast. Can be a little noisy due to other guests but otherwise an affordable option for short term visits

Stayed in a Deluxe room with an attached bathroom. Furnishing is sufficient. Entire place is well maintained and clean. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. 10 minutes drive from Perth Airport. Aircraft noise is very minimal. Will stay again if I visit Perth again.

What a pleasant stay ☺️ Lovely smell as soon as I walked in the front. Crisp white clean sheets which smelt lovely (please let me know what detergent you use!) Also great communication in regards to entry access etc

I had never been to a Bed and brekky. This joint is good. Very clean and tidy. Very close the airport.

The staff very friendly and great service . The stay was feeling more like home than hotel and slept very well for 1st night on road They offer pick up and drop off service my recommendation is to use it as it is easier and cheaper than than share ride or taxi

I just needed a simple, no-frills place to crash for a couple of nights to take care of some business near the Perth Airport, and this place was wholly adequate for my needs. Check in was swift, as the owner gentleman pulled up in just a minute after I rang the bell. It was akin the any large size house in the quaint, seemingly quiet neighborhood, where I had a bedroom at the end of the hall, and a shared bathroom and shower. The other guests were all friendly and said a friendly "hello" upon passing. Fair price and easy logistics if your needs are simple. Thank you, Ellard Bed & Breakfast.

WARNING !!! - the place has a shared bathroom - & it is not clear when you book - who wants to pay full hotel rates and get shared bathroom like a backpacker ????

Going home to NSW in the morning. Have enjoyed my six night stay in this awesome b&b. Could not fault anything and I'm a fussy old bast@&d.

Stayed here a week ago on a fly in from Broome on the way to Bali. This place is 5 Star and their service is firat class from tgeir bookings, to their airport pick ups and drop offs and the accommadation. Super clean and modern rooms with continental breakfeas. Herman is a great guy and super helpful. Ill be staying here again on my way back from Bali to Broome. Terima kasih banyak dan saya menikmati tinggal di tempatnya anda.

Wonderful stay, my room set up like a hotel room. Clean and spacious. :Love the homely feel and ability to cook in their lovely kitchen. Now Bubba he is 2 and he slept like a baby ( because he doesn't if he doesn't like) and he actually enjoyed the homely feel. He sat at the big dining table and ate his breakfast beautifully. He did a little exploration. Staff friendly and took my booking straight away. Price is just awesome for the room. well worth for anyone thinking of staying. Location close to everything and parking right at the front door. The entry to the home is elegant and feels like you are walking into a little resort style. House clean and modern with great WIFI. Have a great stay everyone.
